Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于制造具有集成的电子部件的料条的方法和设备。特别是本发明涉及用于制造具有集成的无线射频识别芯片(RFID-chip)的橡胶条的方法和设备。
背景技术
在现有技术中已知的是:出于物流和质量保障的原因,将无线射频识别芯片集成在汽车轮胎或者载货车轮胎中。通过这种方式也可以实行交通监控和在必要时提供轮胎或者车轮盗窃的证据。
同样已知的是:由未经硫化处理的橡胶制造具有集成的无线射频识别芯片的料条、所谓的无线射频识别标签,然后在轮胎制造时将这些料条与用于制造轮胎的橡胶一起进行硫化处理。为了制造这种具有集成的无线射频识别芯片的料条,从一个卷材上展开两个分离的材料幅,并在将材料幅剪切为料条或者无线射频识别标签之前,将无线射频识别芯片集成在这两个材料幅之间然后进行层压。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供用于制造具有集成的电子部件的料条的方法和设备,利用该方法和设备减小了用于制造设备的空间需求。这个目的通过根据权利要求1所述的方法、根据权利要求4所述的方法和根据权利要求11所述的设备得以实现。从属权利要求涉及本发明的有益的构造设计。
用于制造具有集成的电子部件的料条的方法根据本发明包括以下步骤:输送材料幅;从材料幅上剪切下第一坯料;将第一坯料提起;将电子部件放置到所述材料幅上;再次输送具有位于其上的电子部件的材料幅;从材料幅上剪切下坯料,以获得第二坯料,电子部件位于该第二坯料上;将第一坯料放置到第二坯料上,从而将电子部件收纳在第一坯料与第二坯料之间。
根据本发明,从同一个材料幅上剪切下第一坯料和第二坯料。因此只需要一个设备用于展开和输送唯一的由未经硫化处理的橡胶构成的材料幅。通过这种方式,整个制造设备需要少得多的空间,这是因为可以省略用于展开由未经硫化处理的橡胶构成的第二材料幅的设备。另外,作业过程得到简化,这是因为只须为制造设备装载由未经硫化处理的橡胶构成的材料幅。
如果坯料具有充分粘贴的接触表面,那么这些坯料可以通过所述放置而相互结合。然而也可以额外地将第一坯料和第二坯料结合或者层压,以获得具有集成的电子部件的料条。
电子部件优选具有存储器和至少一个天线,其中,所述(至少一个)天线可以用于为了存储器的写入和/或读取的信息交换以及在必要时用于能量供应。特别是电子部件优选是具有至少一个天线的无线射频识别芯片。第一坯料和第二坯料优选由未经硫化处理的橡胶构成。
另外,根据本发明可能的是:第一坯料和第二坯料具有不同的尺寸,并且一个坯料相对另一个坯料彼此错开地放置。通过这种方式可以实现料条的不同形式。根据现有技术,只能实现坯料的相同尺寸,这些坯料的边棱准确地具有同样的x和y定向(x轴:制造中的进给方向;y轴:针对进给方向的横向;z轴:针对坯料的大表面的垂直轴)。根据本发明还可能的是:一个坯料小于另一个坯料,使得在面积形心的定向相同的情况中在横截面中大致产生梯形结构。作为可选方案,坯料中的一个坯料相对另一个坯料可以沿着x和y方向错开,使得在面积形心相应错开的情况中(在边棱优选平行定向的情况中)产生“Z图案”。此外,坯料中的一个坯料相对另一个坯料仅可以沿着x方向错开(在边棱优选平行定向的情况中),以获得“菱形图案”。
电子部件、特别是无线射频识别芯片在材料幅上的放置可以在为了制造正好具有这个电子部件的料条而将第一坯料从材料幅上剪切下之后进行。作为可选方案,电子部件的放置可以在为了制造正好具有这个电子部件的料条而将第一坯料和第二坯料从材料幅上剪切下之前进行。在两种情况中,将材料幅连同设置在其上的电子部件引导穿过剪切装置。这再次产生空间优势,因为这样用于放置电子部件的装置可以设置在剪切装置的上游、例如该剪切装置之前的上部。
优选地,同时进行第一坯料的提起和第二坯料的剪切。通过这种方式可以同时进行这些过程,使制造速度得以提高。另外可以同时进行第一坯料的剪切和第二坯料的剪切、例如通过使用双刃刀(Doppelmesser)。并且最后作为可选方案还可能的是:同时进行第一坯料的放置和第二坯料的剪切。
根据本发明,用于制造具有集成的电子部件的料条的方法作为可选方案也可以利用以下步骤得以实施:输送材料幅;从材料幅上剪切下第一坯料;从材料幅上剪切下第二坯料;将电子部件放置到第二坯料上;将第一坯料放置到第二坯料上,从而将电子部件收纳在第一坯料与第二坯料之间。接着可以将第一坯料与第二坯料额外地结合、特别是层压,以获得具有集成的电子部件的料条。在这种情况中又只需要一个用于展开和输送由未经硫化处理的橡胶构成的、唯一的材料幅的装置。然而并不是在剪切装置的上游将电子部件放置到材料幅上、而是更确切地说在剪切装置的下游将其放置到已经剪切下的坯料上。
优选通过压力作用、特别是通过层压将具有设置在其间的电子部件的坯料结合。然后可以将逐步制造的坯料放置到单侧粘贴的带材上或者支承幅材上,然后将该带材缠绕成卷材。通过这种方式在例如其它工厂中的轮胎制造时可以通过自动化方式重新从卷材上截取坯料。
在本发明的意义中,料条一般优选构造为用于与制造轮胎的橡胶结合。
根据本发明的用于制造料条的方法一般来说优选包括最后的步骤:将制造的料条与用于制造轮胎的橡胶结合。
根据本发明,用于制造具有集成的电子部件的料条的设备包括:用于输送由未经硫化处理的橡胶构成的材料幅的装置;剪切装置;用于将电子部件放置到所述材料幅上或从所述材料幅上剪切下的坯料上的装置;用于将从材料幅上剪切下的坯料提起和用于接着将提起的坯料放置到剪切下的另外的坯料上从而将电子部件收纳在两个坯料之间的装置。通过这种方式可以省略用于输送由未经硫化处理的橡胶构成的材料幅的第二装置。此外,可以设置有用于将两个坯料结合以获得具有集成的电子部件的料条的装置。
此外,优选设置有用于将具有集成的电子部件的料条敷设到运输幅材或者支承幅材上和用于在敷设之后将运输幅材或者支承幅材缠绕成卷材的装置。
一般来说优选规定:根据本发明的设备构造为用于实施根据本发明的方法。
根据本发明在此规定:所述设备构造为用于对由未经硫化处理的橡胶构成的材料幅和/或由未经硫化处理的橡胶构成的坯料进行处理。

具体实施方式
图5示出了根据本发明的第一实施例的料条13,其具有集成的电子部件3。由于电子部件3设置在两个坯料之间,所以它从外部是看不见的。因此在图5中电子部件3的视图只可视为其在料条13内的位置视图。
根据本发明的电子部件3优选具有存储器和至少一个天线12,其中,一个天线或者多个天线可以用于为了存储器的写入和/或读取的信息交换以及在必要时用于能量供应。特别是电子部件优选是具有两个天线12的无线射频识别芯片11(参见图5)。
具有集成的电子部件的料条可具有例如30至150mm、特别是50至120mm、进一步优选50至70mm的长度。宽度为例如3至50mm、特别是5至20mm、进一步优选8至12mm。高度为例如0.3至4mm、特别是0.5至1mm、进一步优选0.6至0.8mm。
图1示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的设备,其具有剪切装置1和用于将电子部件3敷设到材料幅4上的装置2。材料幅4优选由未经硫化处理的橡胶构成。
材料幅4由用于输送材料幅的装置5输送。材料幅4在此首先缠绕到卷材4a上和通过输送装置展开,并且经由优选经驱动的转向辊或者输送机6输送给剪切装置1。
材料幅4首先覆盖有中间薄膜或者保护材料7。该保护材料7在转向辊6的区域中例如围绕导向板或者围绕楔形件8偏转,以便将保护材料7从材料幅4上揭除。然后可以经由另外的转向辊9使保护材料7转向并缠绕到卷材10上。
各个电子部件3首先设置在透明塑料带(Blistergurt)14a与透明塑料膜(Blisterfolie)14b之间,它们缠绕在卷材15上。将透明塑料带14a和透明塑料膜14b连同电子部件3从卷材15上展开。然后由卷材16a缠绕透明塑料带14a,由卷材16b缠绕透明塑料膜14b。在此通过导向板或楔形件18使透明塑料膜14b转向,通过压紧元件17使透明塑料带14a转向。压紧元件17构成为长形的、具有优选圆形的或椭圆形的横截面。
尽管电子部件3在所示出的实施例中缠绕在卷材上,然而根据本发明也可以在透明塑料板(Blisterplatte)上输送它们。
压紧元件17与移交机构18邻接。各个电子部件从这个区域起(在该区域中透明塑料带14a和透明塑料膜14b彼此分离)被移交给材料幅4。移交机构18为此优选具有可转动的卷材20和设置在该卷材20内的、固定的磁性区域19。电子部件通过磁力保持在卷材20上并且接着自动脱离,以便平放在材料幅4上。
代替上述移交机构18,这个移交机构也可以构造有部分磁性的带子(代替部分磁性的卷材)或者构造为具有抓取系统的机构。
然后由剪切装置1将材料幅4剪切为单个的坯料。这个剪切装置可以通过各种方式构成,例如具有连续的刀(例如冲刀或者切纸闸刀(Guillotinenmesser)),该刀从上向下运动;具有横向于材料幅运动的滚刀或者位于转动的卷材上的刀(所谓的Cross-Cutter(横向切割器))。
剪切装置由(未示出的)控制装置操控成,交替地剪切下没有电子部件3的第一坯料21a,并且然后剪切下具有电子部件3的第二坯料21b。
图2示出了根据本发明实施例的剪切装置1和用于将坯料提起的装置22。该装置22将第一坯料21a(没有电子部件)提起,使得可以将具有电子部件的第二坯料21b设置在第一坯料之下。接着使第一坯料21a重新下降,电子部件3由此设置或者收纳在两个坯料21a、21b之间。装置22为此可以具有机械式抓取装置或真空抓取装置。
图3示出了根据本发明实施例的设置在剪切装置之后或者下游的装置。在用于将坯料提起的装置22后面设置有装置23的两个辊子,这两个辊子用于将两个坯料结合,以获得具有集成的电子部件的料条13。这个装置23优选是层压装置,使得通过压力作用使坯料连同设置在其间的电子部件相互结合。
此外可以设置有用于将信息传输给电子部件3(更确切地说:经由至少一个天线12传输给电子部件的存储器)和/或用于测试电子部件3的功能的装置24。在此也可以设置有用于料条或者无线射频识别标签13的质量检验的检验装置和用于将有缺陷的料条或者无线射频识别标签13分离的排出装置。
图4示出了根据本发明实施例的用于将具有集成的电子部件的料条(13)缠绕到单侧粘贴的运输幅材或者支承幅材25上的装置。经由卷材27将料条或者无线射频识别标签压到支承幅材上。接着将支承幅材25连同料条13或者无线射频识别标签一起缠绕到卷材26上,以便接着能够在必要时在运输之后容易地通过自动化方式在轮胎厂中重新被输送。
在轮胎厂中,将具有集成的电子部件3的料条13与用于制造轮胎的橡胶结合并且共同对其进行硫化处理,使得电子部件最后集成在轮胎中。
尽管在上述实施例中在剪切装置之前将电子部件3敷设到材料幅4上,然而也可以在剪切装置之后将电子部件3敷设到已经剪切下的坯料21a、21b上。
另外,根据本发明可以将电子部件敷设到第一坯料21a上(代替第二坯料)或者敷设到材料幅4的部分上,然后将该材料幅剪切为第一坯料21a,并且然后将第二坯料21b敷设到第一坯料21a上。

1.用于制造具有集成的电子部件(3)的料条(13)的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
输送材料幅(4),
从所述材料幅上剪切下第一坯料(21a),
将所述第一坯料(21a)提起,
将电子部件(3)放置到所述材料幅(4)上,

2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述电子部件在材料幅上的放置在为了制造正好具有这个电子部件的料条而将第一坯料和第二坯料从材料幅上剪切下之前进行。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,同时进行第一坯料的提起和第二坯料的剪切。
4.用于制造具有集成的电子部件(3)的料条(13)的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
输送材料幅(4),
从所述材料幅(4)上剪切下第一坯料(21a),
从所述材料幅(4)上剪切下第二坯料(21b),
将电子部件(3)放置到所述第二坯料(21b)上,
将所述第一坯料(21a)放置到所述第二坯料(21b)上,从而将所述电子部件(3)收纳在所述第一坯料(21a)与所述第二坯料(21b)之间,
其中,所述第一坯料和所述第二坯料具有未经硫化处理的橡胶或者由未经硫化处理的橡胶构成。
5.根据前述权利要求之任一项所述的方法,其中,同时进行第一坯料的剪切和第二坯料的剪切。
6.根据前述权利要求之任一项所述的方法,该方法此外包括如下的步骤:将所述第一坯料(21a)与所述第二坯料(21b)结合,以获得具有集成的电子部件(3)的料条(13)。
7.根据前述权利要求之任一项所述的方法,其中,在剪切下所述第一坯料之后,进行第二坯料的剪切。
8.根据前述权利要求之任一项所述的方法,其中,从同一个材料幅上剪切下所述第一坯料和所述第二坯料。
9.根据前述权利要求之任一项所述的方法,其中,在压力作用下、特别是通过层压将所述第一坯料与所述第二坯料结合。
10.根据前述权利要求之任一项所述的方法,其中,所述电子部件具有存储器和至少一个天线并且尤其是无线射频识别芯片。
11.用于制造具有集成的电子部件(3)的料条(13)的设备,该设备包括:
用于输送由未经硫化处理的橡胶构成的材料幅(4)的装置(5),
剪切装置(1),
用于将电子部件(3)放置到材料幅(4)上或者从材料幅上剪切下的坯料(21b,21a)上的装置(2),
用于将从材料幅(4)上剪切下的坯料(21a,21b)提起和用于接着将提起的坯料放置到另外的、剪切下的坯料(21b,21a)上从而将电子部件(3)收纳在两个坯料(21a,21b)之间的装置。
12.根据权利要求11所述的设备,所述设备此外包括用于将两个坯料结合以获得具有集成的电子部件的料条的装置。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的设备,其中,此外设置有用于将具有集成的电子部件的料条敷设到运输幅材上和用于在敷设之后将运输幅材缠绕为卷材的装置。
14.根据权利要求11至13之任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:所述设备构造为用于实施根据权利要求1至10之任一项所述的方法。
