Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lightening industry, in particular to noni plant essence shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Shampoo, also known as shampoo, shampoo or shampoo, is the most widely used hair washing product and one of the most commonly used hair cosmetics. It can be used for cleaning human body secreted oil, sweat scale, cells detached from scalp, foreign dust, microorganism, and residue and unpleasant odor of styling product, etc. attached to scalp and hair, and keeping scalp and hair clean and beautiful.
Foreign shampoos began to emerge in the early 30's of the 20 th century. Before the shampoo, people mainly use soap, perfumed soap, washing powder and the like to clean scalp and hair, and then use coconut oil soap to prepare liquid shampoo, but the shampoo products taking soap as base material have many disadvantages, especially in hard water, the soap taking potassium fatty acid as raw material can form sticky precipitate when meeting calcium and magnesium ions in hard water, and residue which is difficult to clean is left on hair; moreover, after washing hair with soap, the hair becomes sticky, non-glossy and not easy to comb.
Liquid emulsified shampoo and cream emulsified shampoo made of sodium lauryl sulfate as base material are available in the early 40 th century. Compared with soap and soap, the shampoo has several advantages: the foaming and cleaning capability is strong, and abundant foam can be generated even under the condition of hard water quality; easy to clean, does not leave unnecessary sediment residues, and is milder than soap products.
The shampoo in China is published in the early 60 s of the 20 th century, and is developed to the present, so that the shampoo becomes an indispensable shampoo product in the life of people. However, how to care the scalp and hair while cleaning, so as to moisturize the scalp and improve the quality of the hair, is a problem to be further solved in the industry.
In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.

The mechanism of the preparation process is explained as follows: 1) the phases A to D are all water-soluble substances. The phase A and the phase B can be dissolved at a high temperature of 75-80 ℃ due to the characteristics of raw materials. And guar hydroxypropyl trimonium chloride of phase B is a conditioning agent, as powdery substance, is easy to agglomerate when being added into preheated water phase independently, and is difficult to be fully dissolved when being added as A, so phase B is added after phase A. 2) The components of the phase C are all biologically active substances and need to be added after the temperature is reduced, otherwise the activity is lost. 3) Phase D is a salt that needs to be added after further cooling to prevent binding with the active. 4) Phase E is preservative, phase F is essence and pigment, and is weighed separately and added finally.
The application method of the shampoo comprises: after the hair is moistened, 5-10 mL of shampoo is uniformly smeared on the hair. Rub the lather and gently massage the hair and scalp with the finger abdomen. Gently kneading for 2-5 minutes, and washing with clear water. If the eye drops are carelessly dropped into the eye, the eye drops should be immediately washed clean with clear water.

TABLE 1
Shampoo foam height test
(1) Foam height was measured using a rockwell foam 211 model 2151 instrument. The thermostat was first opened to stabilize the temperature of the pipe clamp sleeve water bath at 40 ℃. + -. 0.5 ℃.
(2) 2.5g of one of the shampoos prepared in the above examples was weighed, and dissolved in 1000mL of water to obtain a test solution. The inner wall of the graduated tube is firstly washed by distilled water, and then the tube wall is washed by test solution.
(3) The graduated tube piston was closed and a further dropper was used to inject 50ml of the test solution to the 50ml graduation, which had been preheated to 40 ℃.
(4) The dropping tube was filled with 200ml of a test solution, which was previously heated to 40 ℃. Then the dropping liquid tube is arranged on a prepared tube frame and is vertical to the section of the graduated tube, so that the test solution flows to the center of the graduated tube, and the outlet of the dropping liquid tube is arranged on the 900mm graduation line.
(5) The piston of the dropping tube is opened to allow the sample solution to flow down. When the test solution in the drip tube was run out, a stopwatch was started immediately and the well measured the foam height, which was then recorded over a 5 minute period. The results are retained to integer numbers and are reported in table 2.
TABLE 2
0min foam height (mm) | 5min foam height (mm) | |
Example 1 | 157 | 140 |
Example 2 | 145 | 135 |
Example 3 | 160 | 145 |
Example 4 | 142 | 108 |
Example 5 | 155 | 138 |
As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the addition of 3 auxiliary surfactants (including sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, and cocamide DEA) in examples 1 to 3 resulted in a large amount of foam, and the foam durability was strong, and the foam height after 5min was maintained at 135mm or more.
Example 4, which removed a co-surfactant, produced no significant difference in foam amount compared to example 1, but the foam durability was not strong.
Example 5 the noni fruit extract was not added and its ability to produce foam was similar to that of example 1. The main factor influencing the foam height is the kind of surfactant added, which is not very relevant to the active substance.
Scalp use test
Selecting 40 volunteers with the age range of 18-40 years, and selecting male and female. The volunteers were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 persons each. Wherein 1 to 3 groups were experimental groups using the shampoos prepared in examples 1, 4 and 5, respectively; group 4 was blank and used a common commercial shampoo. The shampoo is used every day or every other day according to the habit of the user, and the experimental time is 30 days.
The using method of the shampoo comprises the following steps: fully moistening the whole scalp, rubbing 5-10 mL of shampoo to obtain foam, and then applying the foam on the hair of the scalp. The finger abdomen is kneaded for 2-5 minutes and then cleaned with clear water.
The center of the vertex of the head is selected as a test part, and the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the scalp is tested by a moisture test probe Corneometer CM825 of a skin moisture tester on the 0 th day and the 30 th day of the experiment. The results are shown in Table 3, as averaged over three tests.
TABLE 3
Moisture content (C.U.) | Day 0 | Day 30 |
Example 1 | 19.39±1.35 | 23.05±1.17 |
Example 4 | 19.04±1.21 | 20.23±1.11 |
Example 5 | 17.65±1.08 | 21.85±1.36 |
Blank group | 18.55±1.25 | 19.01±1.15 |
As is clear from Table 3, in each of examples 1, 4 and 5, the water content of the stratum corneum of the scalp was increased after 30 days of use. Example 5 the moisturizing ability was inferior to examples 1 and 2 because no Morinda citrifolia extract was added. The shampoo has the effect of moistening scalp, and can increase the water content of scalp stratum corneum and enhance the scalp barrier function.
