Abstract
The invention discloses a pipeline switching valve which comprises a hollow valve body, a valve core and a rotating handle, wherein the valve core is arranged in the valve body, the rotating handle is connected with the top of the valve core, and a plurality of outlets are uniformly distributed on the valve wall of the valve body along the circumference; the valve core forms two valve core flow passages which are symmetrically arranged, and outlets at two ends of each valve core flow passage correspond to any two adjacent outlets. The invention provides a pipeline switching valve which is mainly used for meeting the design requirement that one pipeline needs to be communicated and the other pipeline needs to be closed in two selectable pipelines, reducing the complexity of pipeline design, reducing the operation difficulty and realizing quick selection and switching of pipelines.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pipeline design, and particularly relates to a pipeline switching valve.
Background
In the conventional pipeline design, when two pipelines select a passage, the inlet and the outlet of two pipelines are generally required to be connected with stop valves, and the inlet and the outlet stop valves of one pipeline are closed and the inlet and the outlet stop valves of the other pipeline are opened, so that the pipeline selection is realized. The design has the disadvantages of more valves needing to be installed, more valve switches needing to be operated during use and higher requirement on familiarity of operators on the pipeline design process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art that the number of valves installed when a plurality of pipelines are selected to be communicated and the operation is complex, and the invention aims to provide a pipeline switching valve.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a pipeline switching valve comprises a hollow valve body, a valve core arranged in the valve body and a rotating handle connected with the top of the valve core, wherein a plurality of outlets are uniformly distributed on the valve wall of the valve body along the circumference; the valve core forms two valve core flow passages which are symmetrically arranged, and outlets at two ends of each valve core flow passage correspond to any two adjacent outlets.
In the technical scheme, the top of the rotating handle is connected with a hand wheel.

Example 1
In this embodiment, the pipeline switching valve is applied to a dual-device operation system, so as to connect the No. i device 9 and the No. ii device 10 to a main pipeline.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pipeline switching valve includes a valve body 1, a valve core 2 disposed inside the valve body 1, and a rotation handle 3 connected to the top of the valve core 2, wherein the top of the rotation handle 3 is connected to a hand wheel 4.
Six outlets 5 are uniformly distributed on the valve wall of the valve body 1 along the circumference; the valve core 2 forms two symmetrically arranged valve core flow passages 8, and outlets at two ends of each valve core flow passage 8 correspond to any two adjacent outlets 5.
The hollow inner cavity of the valve body 1 is spherical.
The valve core 2 is spherical.
An outlet pipe 6 is arranged outside the outlet 5.
The outlet pipe 6 is externally provided with a connecting flange 7.
The longitudinal section of the valve core flow passage 8 is circular, and the diameter of the longitudinal section is directly matched with the outlet 5.
The valve core flow passage 8 is curved in an arc shape.
Example 2
Based on embodiment 1, the rotary handle 3 can be connected with a motor driving device for realizing automatic control, so as to realize automatic control of the valve.
Working procedure according to the invention (based on example 1):
firstly, a pipeline switching valve connects a device I9 and a device II 10 with a main pipeline in a mode as shown in fig. 3 or 4, a main pipeline inlet 11 is connected with a main inlet 5a, a main pipeline outlet 12 is connected with a main outlet 5d, an inlet and an outlet of the device I9 are connected with a device I inlet 5b and a device I outlet 5e on a valve body 1, and an inlet and an outlet of the device II 10 are connected with a device II inlet 5f and a device II outlet 5c on the valve body 1.
When the device 9I needs to be communicated with the main pipeline, as shown in fig. 3, the valve core 2 is rotated, and outlets at two ends of the flow channel 8a I are respectively communicated with the main inlet 5a and the device inlet 5b I; the outlets at two ends of the second flow passage 8b are respectively communicated with the main outlet 5d and the first equipment outlet 5e, and the first equipment 9 is communicated with the main pipeline flow passage at the moment.
When the No. II equipment 10 is required to be communicated with the main pipeline, as shown in figure 4, the valve core 2 is rotated, and outlets at two ends of the No. I flow passage 8a are respectively communicated with the main inlet 5a and the No. II equipment inlet 5 f; the outlets at two ends of the second flow passage 8b are respectively communicated with the main outlet 5d and the second equipment outlet 5c, so that the second equipment 10 is communicated with the main pipeline flow passage.
In the embodiment, the size of the valve is not fixed, the state that two paths are communicated cannot be realized, and the valve is generally used in the design of a pipeline in which one path of a double-loop pipeline is communicated and the other path of the double-loop pipeline is required to be closed.
The invention provides a pipeline switching valve, which reduces the complexity of pipeline design; the operation difficulty of pipeline switching is reduced; the switching time of the pipeline is reduced; the possibility of misoperation is reduced.
