Detailed Description
Preferred implementations of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While a preferred implementation of the present disclosure is shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be implemented in various forms and should not be limited by the implementations set forth herein. Rather, these implementations are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
The term "include" and variations thereof as used herein is meant to be inclusive in an open-ended manner, i.e., "including but not limited to". Unless specifically stated otherwise, the term "or" means "and/or". The term "based on" means "based at least in part on". The terms "one example implementation" and "one implementation" mean "at least one example implementation". The term "another implementation" means "at least one additional implementation". The terms "first," "second," and the like may refer to different or the same object. Other explicit and implicit definitions are also possible below.
With the development of electric vehicle technology, electric vehicles of various brands and models have been developed, and manufacturers of electric vehicles can define respective charging standards and produce corresponding charging pile devices. In order to provide a more convenient charging method, a large number of charging stations have been built. These charging stations may be distributed in different cities and provide charging posts from different manufacturers.
An application environment of an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure is first described with reference to fig. 1. FIG. 1 schematically illustrates a block diagram of an application environment 100 in which exemplary implementations according to the present disclosure may be used. As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of charging piles may be distributed in different cities. For example, charging posts 142, … …, and charging post 144 may be located in city 140, may have different brands and models, and may be located in the same or different charging stations. Similarly, charging posts 152, … …, and charging post 154 may be located in city 150.
In order to ensure the normal operation of charging pile, a plurality of different main bodies can establish own engineer teams respectively. For example, manufacturers of various brands may establish a team of full-time engineers who are specially responsible for maintaining their own brands of charging piles. The operator of charging station can establish own engineer team, is responsible for maintaining the electric pile that fills of a plurality of brands and model in own charging station, etc.. To ensure that maintenance tasks are efficiently distributed among their own teams of engineers, each agent may develop its own operational maintenance application. Specifically, the status of the various charging piles within the jurisdiction may be monitored and maintenance tasks assigned to the various engineers 110, … …, and 120 via the terminal devices 112, … …, and 122 when a fault is discovered or periodic service is required.
However, due to the cost limitation, the number of engineers is usually not enough to meet the requirement of more and more maintenance services, which causes problems of long waiting time and the like. On the other hand, the ability level of each engineer also varies, which results in some engineers being insufficient for the assigned task, and further, a situation arises in which the engineer needs to be dispatched again.
In order to at least partially solve the above-mentioned deficiencies, according to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure, a technical solution for providing a maintenance service to a charging pile is provided. In this technical solution, a concept of a sharing engineer is proposed. Engineers may be shared across different brands, models, and operators. By assigning maintenance tasks to the sharing engineers, a large number of charging piles involving different brands, models and operators can be managed in a unified manner. Hereinafter, an outline of an exemplary implementation according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 2. Fig. 2 schematically shows a block diagram of a process 200 for providing maintenance services to a charging post according to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, a status of a plurality of charging posts may be monitored. For convenience, only one example charging post 142 is shown in fig. 2, which may be processed in a similar manner for the other charging posts. As shown in fig. 2, a charging post status 210 of the charging post 142 may be obtained. It will be appreciated that the charging post status 210 herein is associated with attributes of a particular make, model, etc. of the charging post. For example, when a connection failure occurs in the charging pile, a failure code "001" is used in a certain brand, and "0 x 10" is used in another brand.
A difficulty index 220 for maintaining the charging post 142 may be determined based on the charging post status 210. If the difficulty index 220 satisfies the threshold condition (i.e., the difficulty is low and assistance from a full-time engineer of the corresponding brand is not required), the charging post state 210 of the charging post 142 may be transitioned to the standardized state 230. The standardized status 230 herein is not related to a specific make and model, but is a general description of the charging post status 210. For example, for a fault code of "001", the converted standardized state 230 may be denoted as "connection fault" and provide a related description. Maintenance tasks 260 can be generated that include the standardized states 230.
Further, one or more engineers (e.g., engineer 250, etc.) matching the difficulty index 220 may be selected based on the engineer status 240 of the plurality of engineers 250, … …, and 252, and a maintenance task 260 may be sent to the selected engineer. At this point, the selected engineer is the engineer who has the ability to perform maintenance tasks 260. In this way, each entity (e.g., operator of the charging station) does not have to maintain a respective team of engineers, but can share engineers 250, … … 252 across manufacturers and operators, etc. By utilizing the exemplary implementation mode of the disclosure, the maintenance waiting time can be reduced, the maintenance efficiency can be improved, the task scheduling capability of engineers can be improved, and the manpower and material resource expenses for training and managing a large number of engineers can be reduced.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, a management platform of a charging pile may be established to perform the above-described functions. Specifically, the management platform can be deployed at the cloud end of the network, data resources of each charging station and each manufacturer can be integrated, and data are provided for the management platform. For example, each charging station may provide status information of charging piles in each charging station to the management platform; each agent may provide status data of engineers, maintenance standards of each agent, technical data, maintenance man-hour standards, part information, stock information, and the like to the management platform; further, the manufacturer may provide various information of itself.
According to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure, various types of users may be connected to the management platform in order to implement corresponding functions. For example, an administrator of the charging station may be connected to the management platform in order to report the status of each charging pile, an engineer of each agent may be connected to the management platform and receive maintenance tasks distributed from the management platform, an administrator of the manufacturer may be connected to the management platform in order to monitor the status of the charging pile of its own enterprise, and so on. By utilizing the exemplary implementation mode disclosed by the invention, the problems of insufficient resources and/or incapability of timely in-place of a engineer, long maintenance period, high cost and the like in the maintenance process can be solved. In this way, intelligent, efficient, digital, streamlined, and low cost maintenance services may be provided.
Hereinafter, an exemplary implementation according to the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3. This fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a method 300 for providing maintenance services to a charging pile according to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the method 300 may be performed via the management platform described above. At block 310, a charging post status 210 of a charging post of a plurality of charging posts is collected. Here, the plurality of charging piles have different attributes, and the attribute includes at least any one of: brand, model, and carrier. It will be appreciated that while complex faults may require professional repair experience and may require professional engineer handling by the manufacturer, most routine maintenance and simple fault handling during use of the charging post does not require excessive professional experience, but may be performed via ordinary engineers with routine training. With the exemplary implementation of the present disclosure, charging piles with different brands, models and operators can be managed on a unified management platform.
Hereinafter, more information on the state of the charging post will be described with reference to fig. 4A. Fig. 4A schematically illustrates a block diagram of a data structure 400A of state information of a charging pole according to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4A, the charging post status 210 may include a number of things: maintenance type 412A, urgency 414A, man-hour estimation 416A, and location 418A. More information about the maintenance type 412A is described with reference to fig. 4B.
Fig. 4B schematically illustrates a block diagram of a data structure 400B of a maintenance type 412A of a charging pole according to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure. The maintenance type 412A may include a fault repair 412B, which indicates that a fault affecting normal use has occurred during operation of the charging post and must be repaired. The maintenance type 412A may also include a daily maintenance 414B, which indicates that the charging post is not malfunctioning but has reached the term of regular maintenance (e.g., once per month), and requires an engineer to perform a daily maintenance check. The maintenance type 412A may include a value added service 416B, which is a service other than charging provided by the charging post, for example, peripheral information may be displayed on a display of the charging post.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the maintenance type 412A may be represented by a numerical value in the range of 1-100. The maintenance type may be ranked according to the degree of harm to normal use, for example, a value in the range of 61-100 may be used to represent trouble shooting 412B, a value in the range of 21-60 may be used to represent routine maintenance 414B, and a value in the range of 1-20 may be used to represent value added service 416B. Within each level, a refined type may be set to describe multiple maintenance types in a ladder manner.
It will be appreciated that the above-described numerical ranges are merely illustrative and that other numerical ranges may be used to represent the maintenance type 412A in accordance with exemplary implementations of the present disclosure. Although the above schematically illustrates the scoring of the various levels being represented in a continuous manner, the scoring of the various levels may not be continuous, according to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure. In this way, differences between the various service types may be more pronounced, thereby giving priority to assigning engineers to more severe service types.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the charging post status 210 may include an urgency level 414A to indicate whether a charging post current problem is urgent. For example, the urgency 414A may be determined based on the impact of the state of the charging post on safety. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, urgency 414A may be represented by a value in the range of 1-100. The urgency level can be set 95 assuming that a line fault occurs in the charging post and a safety accident such as an electric shock and/or a fire may be caused. The urgency level may be set to 60 assuming that the charging post software needs to be upgraded to provide convenient interaction. Assuming bad pixels appear in the display of the charging post, the urgency may be set to "15", and so on.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the charging post status 210 may include a man-hour estimate 416A to represent a time overhead that may be required to maintain the charging post. The man-hour estimate 416A may be determined based on the maintenance type 412A and historical experience. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the man-hour estimate 416A may be represented by a value in the range of 1-36. Assuming historical experience shows that it takes 1 hour to change the display of the charging post, the man-hour estimate 416A may be set to 1 hour.
It will be appreciated that while the man-hours during actual maintenance may exceed 36 hours, when the man-hours are estimated to exceed 36 hours, the problem is considered too complex and a full-time engineer from the manufacturer is required to be dispatched. At this time, the upper limit of the man-hour estimation 416A may be set to 36 hours. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the charging post status 210 may include a charging post location 418A indicating a geographic location at which the charging post is maintained.
Having described detailed information regarding the state of charge 210 above, more information regarding the difficulty index 220 is described below, returning to FIG. 3. At block 320, a difficulty index 220 for maintaining the charging post is determined based on the charging post status 210. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the difficulty index 220 may be determined based on the maintenance type 412A. Here, the difficulty index 220 may be proportional to the value of the maintenance type 412A. In other words, the more serious the problem involved in the maintenance type 412A, the higher the difficulty index 220. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the difficulty index 220 may be determined based on the urgency 414A of the maintenance charging pile. Here, the difficulty index 220 may be proportional to the value of the urgency 414A. In other words, the more urgent the problem of charging pile, the higher the difficulty index.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the difficulty index 220 may be determined based on the man-hour estimate 416A. Here, the difficulty index 220 may be proportional to the value of the man-hour estimate 416A. In other words, the longer the time involved in the man-hour estimation 416A, the higher the difficulty index 220. According to an exemplary implementation manner of the present disclosure, the charging pile status 210 may include various factors, and thus, corresponding scoring criteria may be set for various aspects, respectively, and weights may be set for various aspects, so as to determine an overall difficulty index for maintaining the charging pile.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the difficulty index 220 may be determined according to the number of modules involved in the maintenance process, and the difficulty index 220 is higher as the number of modules involved is larger. According to an exemplary implementation manner of the present disclosure, the difficulty coefficient may be set according to an operation type involved in a maintenance process, for example, a lower difficulty coefficient may be set for software upgrade operation, a higher difficulty coefficient may be set for hardware disassembly and assembly and debugging, and the like.
At block 330, responsive to determining that the difficulty index 220 satisfies the threshold condition, the charging pile state 210 is transitioned to the standardized state 230 according to the charging pile state 210 and the attributes of the charging pile. According to an exemplary implementation manner of the disclosure, a premise of allocating the sharing engineer is that the sharing engineer should have the ability to solve the problem of the charging pile, and thus, only a task with a low difficulty index may be allocated to the sharing engineer. For more difficult tasks, even if a sharing engineer is dispatched to the maintenance site, the sharing engineer is likely to be insufficient for maintenance work and needs to ask for help from the manufacturer's professional engineer. Thus, only when the difficulty index 220 meets the threshold condition, the sharing engineer is sought; when the difficulty index is high, a full-time engineer of a manufacturer is required to maintain the index.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the threshold condition may be set based on historical experience. For example, an overall threshold score may be set for the difficulty index determined based on the multifaceted factors. Assuming a difficulty index in the range of 1-100, the threshold condition may be defined as: the difficulty index is less than or equal to 80. The threshold condition represents: and only distributing sharing engineers to the tasks with the difficulty index less than or equal to 80. As another example, the man-hour estimate 416A may be used to filter first, and if the man-hour estimate 416A exceeds the threshold value by 36 hours, the manufacturer's full-time engineer is referred directly without allocation of a sharing engineer.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, upon determining that the difficulty index 220 meets the threshold condition of the dispatch sharing engineer, the charging pile state 210 (as described by the specifications of the various manufacturers) may be converted to a standardized state 230. Assuming that the manufacturers A, B and C use the fault codes "001", "0 x 10", and "009", respectively, to represent a connection fault, in the standardized state 230, the words "connection fault" may be used to describe the fault of the charging pile. Further, the standardized state 230 may also provide more details about the charging post, such as the name of the module, pin number, etc. involved in the connection failure.
At block 340, a maintenance task 260 including a standardized status 230 is sent to at least one of a plurality of engineers, based on the difficulty index 220 and the engineer status of the plurality of engineers providing maintenance services to the plurality of charging piles, to find an engineer for maintaining the charging piles. Maintenance tasks 260 can be created based on the standardized state 230. Maintenance tasks herein refer to tasks that may be assigned to a sharing engineer. Fig. 5 schematically illustrates a block diagram of a process 500 of creating a maintenance task 260 according to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, a monitoring module 510 may be included in the management platform to monitor the status of a plurality of charging poles based on a variety of means. For example, the automatic monitoring module 512 may automatically monitor whether the operating parameters of the plurality of charging posts are normal. The operator manual monitoring module 514 may receive manual input from an administrator of the charging station in order to obtain the status of the charging pole that requires maintenance services. The manufacturer manual monitoring module 516 may receive manual input from an administrator of the manufacturer in order to obtain the status of the charging poles that require maintenance service.
The charging post status 210 collected via various means may undergo a standardization process to generate a standardized status 230 regardless of brand and model, and thus a maintenance task 260. Further, the generated maintenance tasks 260 may be placed in a shared task pool 520 such that qualified engineers are selected from a plurality of shared engineers to handle the maintenance tasks 260.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the maintenance tasks 260 may be automatically generated based on the charging post status 210, and the standardized status 230 in the maintenance tasks 260 herein does not relate to professional information such as a specific brand and model of the charging post, but may be understood by a shared engineer with general maintenance knowledge. In this way, a multi-channel monitoring mode can be supported, and fault reporting is automatically triggered, so that the problems of insufficient resources (for example, too long waiting time of a repair call) and the like of various manual repair modes are solved.
According to the exemplary implementation manner of the present disclosure, the tasks can be sorted according to the emergency degree of the charging pile problem, the sorting can be performed according to the maintenance type, and the tasks can also be sorted based on the overall score of each charging pile. The higher the overall score, the higher the severity and urgency of the charging pile problem and thus the priority of the distribution engineer to deal with these charging pile problems.
According to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure, a suitable engineer may be selected for each maintenance task in the shared task pool 520, respectively. An engineer herein refers to a shared engineer that can maintain charging piles having different brands, models, and operators. For example, full-time engineers from various manufacturers may register sharing engineers. For another example, a common engineer may also register a sharing engineer after passing a professional test. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, at least one engineer qualified for a maintenance task may be selected from a plurality of engineers to find a final maintenance engineer.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, maintenance tasks 260 are sent only to one or more engineers that are competent. In particular, a degree of match between the difficulty index 220 and the engineer states of the plurality of engineers may be determined. Here, the respective ability levels of the plurality of engineers may be determined according to the engineer states of the plurality of engineers. In the following, more information about the status of the engineer is described with reference to fig. 6.
FIG. 6 schematically illustrates a block diagram of a data structure 600 of the engineer state 240, according to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 6, the engineer state 240 may include a variety of information: capability level 612, idle time 614, and location 616. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the engineer's competency level 612 may be determined from the engineer status 240. The capability level 612 may represent, for example, the integrated capabilities of the maintenance charging poles possessed by the engineer. For example, the engineer's competency level 612 may be determined based on information of the engineer's age, education level, specialty, work age, training experience, whether or not there is a driver's license, and the like. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the capability level 612 may be represented by a numerical value in the range of 65-100 (or other numerical range), with higher numerical values representing greater ability of the engineer and may be suitable for more difficult resolution issues.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, it may be determined whether the engineer's capability level matches the difficulty index of the maintenance task. Assuming that the difficulty index is represented by a numerical value in the range of 1-100, the matching relationship between the difficulty index and the ability level may be defined in advance. If the difficulty index has a value of x, an engineer having a selection capability level greater than the value of x may be designated. Specifically, assuming a difficulty index for a maintenance task of 75, an engineer with a capability rating of greater than 75 is qualified. For another example, assuming that the difficulty index of the maintenance task is 60, all engineers are qualified. According to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure, maintenance tasks 260 are sent only to qualified engineers.
In this way, the degree of match (pass or fail) between the difficulty index and the respective ability levels of the multiple engineers can be determined based on the matching relationship. It will be appreciated that the foregoing illustrates only an exemplary degree of matching of the difficulty index to the capability level. In accordance with example implementations of the present disclosure, an engineer whose level of capability is qualified may be selected based on other approaches.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the engineer state 240 may include an idle time 614. The idle times of the plurality of engineers may be determined based on the engineer status of the plurality of engineers. The idle time may represent whether the engineer was idle for a recent period of time (e.g., 1 day, or other length of time), and may include an associated schedule. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, one or more engineers currently having idle time may be selected. According to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure, if engineers with qualified capability levels are all currently in a "busy" status, engineers with idle time within the urgency tolerance may be selected according to the urgency of the maintenance task. Assuming that the urgency value "90" indicates that the engineer is required to arrive within 3 hours, but no engineer is available within the next 3 hours, the manufacturer's full-time engineer may be referred for help.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the engineer status 240 may include the location 616 of the engineer. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, locations of a plurality of engineers may be determined according to engineer states of the plurality of engineers. It will be understood that information such as the distance between the engineer's location and the location of charging pile, road conditions will influence the speed at which the engineer arrives, and by considering the positional relationship between the two at this time, at least one engineer located near the charging pile can be preferentially selected from a plurality of engineers.
The process of selecting one or more qualified engineers based on the engineer's capability level 612, idle time 614, and location 606, respectively, has been schematically illustrated above. In accordance with exemplary implementations of the present disclosure, the above-described aspects of factors may be considered separately in order to find the best maintenance engineer. It will be appreciated that, since the capability level 612 is the most important factor in the maintenance process, a higher weight may be placed on the capability level 612. The idle time 614 is an important factor in the maintenance process, and a medium weight may be set for the idle time 614. In particular, for maintenance tasks with low urgency, the engineer may not be required to be on site immediately, but rather the range of idle times may be suitably relaxed.
With the exemplary implementation of the present disclosure, whether an engineer can complete a maintenance task has been comprehensively considered before the maintenance task is assigned, and the maintenance task is issued only within a small number of engineers that meet the requirements. In this way, situations where tasks are broadcast to a large number of engineers and result in orders for non-qualified engineers may be avoided.
After one or more qualified engineers have been selected, maintenance tasks 260 may be sent to the selected engineer or engineers. The maintenance tasks 260 herein may include information such as the standardized status 230 of the charging post, address, maintenance time requirements, etc. An engineer may "pick up" if the engineer believes he or she may perform the maintenance task 260. On the management platform side, if feedback is received from an engineer, the engineer may be assigned a task for maintaining the charging pile. At this point, the order taking engineer may proceed to the predetermined address in accordance with the task description and perform the maintenance task.
It will be appreciated that the above is only schematically illustrated as being ordered by one engineer. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, some maintenance tasks require multi-person collaboration, in which case the maintenance tasks 260 may include requirements regarding the number of engineers, as well as task descriptions for individual engineers. At this point, multiple engineers may pick up orders based on task descriptions.
In the following, further details of the maintenance service will be described with reference to fig. 7, which fig. 7 schematically shows a block diagram of a process 700 for providing maintenance service to a charging post according to an exemplary implementation of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, the management platform 710 may assign 720 tasks to the engineer 250 regarding maintaining the charging post 142. According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the management platform 710 may send technical material associated with maintaining the charging piles to the engineers 250. For example, the tasks and/or technical material may be displayed at the end device of the engineer 250. The technical data may include, for example, relevant operating parameters of the charging pile, circuit diagrams, and operational steps and precautions for repairs, among others. The engineer 250 may maintain 722 the charging post 142 based on his or her own experience and related technical data.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, the management platform 710 may collect maintenance data of engineers during maintenance of the charging piles 142. At this point, engineer 250 may send 724 maintenance data to management platform 710. For example, the engineer 250 may collect photos and/or videos related to the maintenance process, enter related maintenance data, submit maintenance notes, and the like via the terminal device. Assuming that the engineer 250 is handling a "connection failure" and finds that the charging post's connection wires are aged, the engineer 250 may take a picture of the aged connection wires and the replaced new connection wires at this time to prove to the management platform 710 that the maintenance task has been completed.
Management platform 710 may then request 726 status parameters from charging pole 142, and charging pole 142 may return 728 the requested status parameters to management platform 710. The management platform 710 may determine 730 if the status parameter is normal and, if so, may notify 732 the engineer 250 that maintenance is complete. If the management platform 510 determines that the status parameters indicate that the charging failure still exists in the charging pile, the management platform can ask for help from a professional engineer of the manufacturer. For example, a full-time engineer may be contacted and the status of the charging post sent.
According to an example implementation of the present disclosure, management platform 710 may include an evaluation module to provide a closed loop quality evaluation for the maintenance process. When there are multiple unfinished tasks under the account of the engineer 250, the engineer 250 can timely arrive at the fault site and perform maintenance processing according to the requirements of the tasks. After the task is completed, if the charging post can be normally charged and the malfunction alerting signal at the management platform 710 has disappeared, the maintenance task is considered to have been successfully completed. If the fault is not repaired, the maintenance task is no longer returned to the shared task pool 520, but is returned directly to the full-time engineer of the associated manufacturer.
The maintenance process may be evaluated from multiple perspectives in order to facilitate improvements in the management platform 710. For example, the operator of charging station can grade to engineer's technical merit, response speed, service attitude etc. can grade the reliability, the producer's degree of cooperation, the maintenance price reasonableness that fill electric pile. Engineer 250 can grade reliability, easy maintenance degree etc. of charging pile, can grade technical data, the fault prejudgement degree of accuracy etc. that management platform 710 provided. Management platform 710 can grade reliability, operation and maintenance cost, part supply chain etc. that each fills electric pile, can grade the professional degree, the service ability of engineer's individual and the enterprise that is located.
