Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rubber hoses, in particular to a medical elastomer hose and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the hose widely used in the operation is made of materials which are nontoxic and nonirritating to the larynx and the hose, can be cleaned by chemical disinfectants without deterioration, have good elasticity and certain strength, and are not easy to bend or flatten, so the materials for making the hose are polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride, but the hose of the materials has poor plasticity, and the shape of the hose is difficult to adjust when in use; although the arc-shaped hose is not difficult to be inserted in most cases, it is necessary to improve the strength and applicability of the hose because the anatomical individual is not absolutely consistent, such as short neck, short jaw, downward movement of lower bone, neck not bending backward, etc., and because of some pathological factors, such as face affected by trauma, head or neck, upper airway infection, obstruction abnormality, dysfunction of temporomandibular joint, craniofacial deformity caused by burn, etc., the hose cannot easily reach the part when being inserted even if the tubular core is used in combination, and in actual medical use, different medical treatment methods or rehabilitation methods sometimes use a mixture of gases, such as oxygen, nitrous oxide or carbon dioxide, etc.
By combining the above conditions, the existing medical hose has poor plasticity, and the shape of the hose is difficult to adjust when in use; the hose has poor stiffness and low strength, and the cannula is difficult to reach a specified part in use under special conditions; the hose has only one gas through pipe and is only suitable for conveying single gas. There is therefore a need for a medical elastomer hose and a method of making the same to address this problem. The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and enable the hose to have stronger applicability.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above situation, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a medical elastomer hose and a preparation method thereof, which effectively solve the above problems.
The technical scheme for solving the problem is that the novel support structure comprises a star-shaped support core, wherein a support reinforcing pipe is arranged on the outer side of the star-shaped support core, a spiral reinforcing rib is arranged on the outer side of the support reinforcing pipe, three cavities are formed between the star-shaped support core and the support reinforcing pipe, a heat resisting pipe is further arranged in each cavity, and a protection pipe is further arranged on the outer side of the support reinforcing pipe.
The heat resisting pipe comprises a polypropylene layer and a chlorinated polyethylene layer.
The protection tube is made of soft elastic materials.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has novel conception, three gas through pipes are arranged in the hose and are fixed and positioned by the planet support core, the integral strength and the applicability of the interior of the hose are improved, and the external protection pipe is supported by soft elastic materials, so that the injury to patients caused by accidents when the catheter is used can be reduced.
