Description

Hemodialysis auxiliary nursing device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a hemodialysis auxiliary nursing device.
Background
Hemodialysis (HD) is one of the alternative treatments for the kidney of patients with acute and chronic renal failure. The method comprises the steps of draining blood in vivo to the outside of the body, enabling the blood and electrolyte solution (dialysate) with similar body concentration to be inside and outside one hollow fiber through a dialyzer consisting of a plurality of hollow fibers, and carrying out substance exchange through dispersion, ultrafiltration, adsorption and convection principles, so as to remove metabolic waste in the body and maintain the balance of electrolyte and acid and alkali; at the same time, the excess water in the body is removed, and the whole process of purified blood reinfusion is called hemodialysis.
In the hemodialysis process, a patient needs to lie on a simple bed for hemodialysis, and in the hemodialysis process, the patient cannot be effectively massaged and decompressed, so that the circulation of blood is promoted, and the efficiency of dialysis is reduced; and after patient's dialysis, often be the bedridden, need medical personnel to massage patient's shank to promote patient's blood circulation, prevent that shank limbs are stiff, walk after the influence, but nursing doctor operation process is wasted time and energy, and efficiency is slow, and working strength is high.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the hemodialysis auxiliary nursing device, which effectively solves the problem of poor use effect of the conventional hemodialysis auxiliary nursing device.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the hemodialysis auxiliary nursing device comprises a bed body, wherein a support plate is arranged on the bed body, a turnover plate is rotatably connected onto the support plate, and a turnover structure for driving the turnover plate to turn over along the support plate is arranged on the bed body; the bed body is also provided with massage devices corresponding to the supporting plate, each massage device comprises two lines of first massage structures for performing vibration massage on the legs, and the first massage structures are fixedly connected with the supporting plate; a massage cavity is fixedly connected to the bed body, a driving structure is connected in the massage cavity in a sliding manner, and the driving structure drives the first massage structure to carry out vibration massage on the legs in the sliding process; the two sides of the driving structure are both connected with a pair of second massage structures, the second massage structures are arranged on the two sides of the two rows of first massage structures, and each second massage structure comprises a massage rod which rotates along with the sliding process of the driving structure and moves up and down to massage the legs.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. when the patient lying bed is used, a patient lies on the supporting plate and the turnover plate, and the turnover plate is driven to turn over along the supporting plate through the turnover structure according to the condition of the patient, so that the patient is driven to be in a semi-lying position; the semi-supine position facilitates blood circulation, increases lung tidal volume and also relieves abdominal strain, making the patient comfortable.
2. When the leg of the patient is massaged, the driving structure acts, the driving structure slides to drive the first massage structures below the leg of the patient to act in sequence, the leg of the patient is massaged in a vibration mode, and blood circulation is promoted; meanwhile, the driving structure drives the second massage structure to act, and the second massage structure rubs the outer side of the leg of the patient through the massage rod so as to promote the blood circulation of the leg of the patient.
3. The sliding assembly is matched with the first lifting assembly to drive the driving plate to reciprocate up and down and back and forth, and the driving plate presses and resets the pressing balls through the driving groove, so that the massaging balls press the patient in a reciprocating manner; when the pressing ball is separated from the driving plate, the massage plate continuously moves up and down due to the elastic action of the upper buffer spring and the lower buffer spring, and then the massage ball continuously moves up and down to carry out vibration massage on the legs of a patient.
4. When the incomplete gear is simultaneously meshed with the fixed rack and the driven wheel, the driving plate moves back and forth under the action of the sliding assembly to press the pressing ball and simultaneously moves along with the driving structure; in addition, when the incomplete gear is only meshed with the driven wheel, the driving plate only moves back and forth under the action of the sliding assembly to press the pressing balls, the two massage modes are continuously switched, and the frequency of pressing vibration is regularly switched; meanwhile, the massage rod regularly switches the arc-shaped kneading and the up-and-down kneading of the leg of the patient to promote the blood circulation.
