Abstract
The embodiment of the application discloses a lamp panel, which is arranged in an intelligent bulb and comprises a lamp panel body, a wireless receiving and transmitting module and a luminous body, wherein the wireless receiving and transmitting module and the luminous body are arranged on the lamp panel body; the lamp panel body is provided with a slot extending from the edge of the lamp panel and through holes adjacent to two sides of the slot; the wireless transceiver module is provided with a feeder line and a ground line, and the feeder line and the ground line are connected to the through hole. The stable receiving and dispatching of signal can be realized to the lamp plate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a lamp panel and an intelligent bulb.
Background
In the current era of everything interconnection, people have stronger and stronger requirements on intelligent products. In intelligent products, the intelligent lamp bulb occupies an important position, wherein the intelligent lamp bulb is low in price, convenient and practical, and wide in application in intelligent furniture. Wherein, intelligent bulb not only has traditional illumination function, still installs wireless communication module, realizes adjusting luminance through wireless communication and mixes colours and voice control etc. complex function.
In order to receive and transmit wireless signals, the intelligent bulb is provided with a wireless receiving and transmitting module. However, because the working temperature of the intelligent bulb is higher, aluminum layers are arranged on the lamp panel and the lamp cavity of the intelligent bulb to facilitate heat dissipation of the intelligent bulb, and the aluminum layers can block signal transmission. In practical development, how to realize stable transceiving of signals has become a difficult problem in the industry. One existing solution is: the intelligent bulb comprises a lamp panel, and the wireless receiving and transmitting module is welded on the lamp panel. The lamp plate middle part is equipped with a through-hole, and a spring antenna is connected to wireless receiving and dispatching module, and the spring antenna passes the through-hole and extends, and the antenna that stretches out has sheltered from the light that intelligent bulb sent to a certain extent, and then has the shadow even to the illumination that leads to intelligent bulb.
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide an improved lamp panel and an improved intelligent light bulb to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of this application is to provide a lamp plate and intelligent bulb, its stable receiving and dispatching that can realize the signal.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present application provides a lamp panel, which is installed in an intelligent bulb, and the lamp panel includes a lamp panel body, a wireless transceiver module and a light emitting body, where the wireless transceiver module and the light emitting body are installed on the lamp panel body; the lamp panel body is provided with a slot extending from the edge of the lamp panel and through holes adjacent to two sides of the slot; the wireless transceiver module is provided with a feeder line and a ground line, and the feeder line and the ground line are connected to the through hole.
In a preferred embodiment, the edge of the lamp panel body is further provided with a notch, and the notch is communicated with the open groove.
In a preferred embodiment, the length of the notch is greater than or equal to one fourth of the perimeter of the lamp panel body.
In a preferred embodiment, the length of the notch is greater than or equal to one third of the perimeter of the lamp panel body.
In a preferred embodiment, a pin connecting seat is arranged on the lamp panel adjacent to the slot, and the pin connecting seat is welded on the lamp panel body; the two jack grooves of the contact pin connecting seat closest to the open groove are electrically connected with the through hole; the feeder line and the ground wire are inserted into the contact pin connecting seat in a contact pin mode.
In order to achieve the above object, another embodiment of the present application provides an intelligent bulb, which includes a lamp cavity and a lamp panel accommodated in the lamp cavity; the lamp cavity comprises a metal layer; the lamp panel comprises a lamp panel body, a wireless transceiving module and a luminous body, wherein the wireless transceiving module and the luminous body are installed on the lamp panel body; the lamp panel body is provided with a slot extending from the edge of the lamp panel and through holes adjacent to two sides of the slot; the wireless transceiver module is provided with a feeder line and a ground line, and the feeder line and the ground line are connected to the through hole.
In a preferred embodiment, the edge of the lamp panel body is further provided with a notch, the notch is communicated with the slot, and the slot is defined by the lamp panel and the lamp cavity.
In a preferred embodiment, the length of the notch is greater than or equal to one fourth of the perimeter of the lamp panel body.
In a preferred embodiment, the length of the notch is greater than or equal to one third of the perimeter of the lamp panel body.
In a preferred embodiment, a pin connecting seat is arranged on the lamp panel adjacent to the slot, and the pin connecting seat is welded on the lamp panel body; the two jack grooves of the contact pin connecting seat closest to the open groove are electrically connected with the through hole; the feeder line and the ground wire are inserted into the contact pin connecting seat in a contact pin mode.
The beneficial effect of this application is: in this embodiment, the lamp panel body is provided with a slot extending from an edge of the lamp panel and through holes adjacent to two sides of the slot; the wireless transceiver module is provided with a feeder line and a ground line, and the feeder line and the ground line are connected to the through hole. The stable receiving and dispatching of signal can be realized to the lamp plate.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. In addition, for the sake of accuracy of the entire description, all references to directions herein refer to fig. 1, wherein the extending direction of the X-axis is the left-right direction (wherein the X-axis is forward left), the extending direction of the Y-axis is the front-back direction (wherein the Y-axis is forward back), and the extending direction of the Z-axis is the up-down direction (wherein the Z-axis is forward up).
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram illustrating an intelligent light bulb according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the intelligent light bulb includes a light cavity and a light panel accommodated in the light cavity. The lamp chamber includes a metal layer. The lamp plate includes lamp plate body 21, installs wireless transceiver module and luminous body 23 on the lamp plate body 21. The lamp panel body 21 is provided with a slot 211 extending from the edge of the lamp panel 21 and a through hole closely adjacent to the two sides of the slot 211. The wireless transceiving module is provided with a feeder line and a ground line, and the feeder line and the ground line are connected with the through hole. In another preferred embodiment, the edge of the lamp panel body 21 is further provided with an unfilled groove 213, the unfilled groove 213 is communicated with the open groove 211, the unfilled groove 213 is defined by the lamp panel and the lamp cavity, that is, after the installation of the lamp panel and the lamp cavity is completed, a gap is formed between the lamp panel and the lamp cavity. In another preferred embodiment, the length of the notch 213 is greater than or equal to one fourth of the perimeter of the lamp panel body 21. Tests have shown that in this example the remote control distance is more than 50 meters. In another preferred embodiment, the length of the notch is greater than or equal to one third of the perimeter of the lamp panel body. The greater the length of the slot, the further the remote control distance.
The lamp plate is equipped with the aluminium lamination, does benefit to the heat dissipation. The lamp plate still is equipped with luminous body 23 and wireless transceiver module. And the feeder line and the ground wire extending out of the wireless transceiving module are connected with the through hole, namely are connected with the aluminum layer. In a preferred embodiment, the lamp panel is provided with a pin connecting seat near the slot 211, and the pin connecting seat is welded to the lamp panel body 21. The two pin sockets of the pin socket closest to the open slot 211 are electrically connected to the through holes. The feeder line and the ground wire can be inserted in the pin connecting seat in a pin mode, and then connection with the through hole is achieved.
The inner surface of the chamber may be provided with an aluminium layer to help dissipate heat from the burner 23.
In another embodiment, the intelligent bulb is further provided with a lampshade with light transmission capacity, and the lampshade can adjust the distribution of light on one hand and prevent a user from directly touching elements inside the intelligent bulb to cause safety accidents on the other hand.
It can be understood that, as those skilled in the art will readily appreciate, the wireless communication module of the smart light bulb in the present application may employ other wireless communication technologies such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, Zigbee, Sub1G, etc., and the size and shape of the lamp panel and the lamp cavity may be any other shape.
The application provides an intelligent bulb no longer sets up the antenna that passes the lamp plate and stretch out, has avoided sheltering from of antenna to light for intelligent bulb's light distribution is more even, and lighting quality is higher.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A lamp panel is arranged in an intelligent bulb and is characterized by comprising a lamp panel body, a wireless receiving and transmitting module and a luminous body, wherein the wireless receiving and transmitting module and the luminous body are arranged on the lamp panel body; the lamp panel body is provided with a slot extending from the edge of the lamp panel and through holes adjacent to two sides of the slot; the wireless transceiver module is provided with a feeder line and a ground line, and the feeder line and the ground line are connected to the through hole.
2. The lamp panel of claim 1, wherein: the edge of lamp plate body still is equipped with lacks the groove, lack the groove with the fluting intercommunication.
3. A light panel as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the length of the notch is more than or equal to one fourth of the perimeter of the lamp panel body.
4. A light panel as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the length of the notch is more than or equal to one third of the perimeter of the lamp panel body.

The lamp panel of claim 1, wherein: a pin connecting seat is arranged on the lamp panel close to the slot and welded on the lamp panel body; the two jack grooves of the contact pin connecting seat closest to the open groove are electrically connected with the through hole; the feeder line and the ground wire are inserted into the contact pin connecting seat in a contact pin mode.
6. The intelligent bulb is characterized by comprising a lamp cavity and a lamp panel accommodated in the lamp cavity; the lamp cavity comprises a metal layer; the lamp panel comprises a lamp panel body, a wireless transceiving module and a luminous body, wherein the wireless transceiving module and the luminous body are installed on the lamp panel body; the lamp panel body is provided with a slot extending from the edge of the lamp panel and through holes adjacent to two sides of the slot; the wireless transceiver module is provided with a feeder line and a ground line, and the feeder line and the ground line are connected to the through hole.
7. The intelligent light bulb as recited in claim 6, wherein: the edge of lamp plate body still is equipped with lacks the groove, lack the groove with the fluting intercommunication, the fluting is defined by lamp plate and lamp chamber.
8. The intelligent light bulb as recited in claim 7, wherein: the length of the notch is more than or equal to one fourth of the perimeter of the lamp panel body.
9. The intelligent light bulb as recited in claim 7, wherein: the length of the notch is more than or equal to one third of the perimeter of the lamp panel body.
10. The lamp panel of claim 6, wherein: a pin connecting seat is arranged on the lamp panel close to the slot and welded on the lamp panel body; the two jack grooves of the contact pin connecting seat closest to the open groove are electrically connected with the through hole; the feeder line and the ground wire are inserted into the contact pin connecting seat in a contact pin mode.
