the sewage filter cylinder (2) is supported by the frame (1) to be arranged in a horizontal posture, the sewage input pipeline (3) is butted at the front end of the sewage filter cylinder (2), the sewage output pipeline (4) is butted at the rear end of the sewage filter cylinder (2), and sewage input into the sewage filter cylinder (2) through the sewage input pipeline (3) is output from the sewage output pipeline (4) after being filtered;
the rotary sewage filtering bent frame (5) is arranged in the sewage filtering cylinder (2), the rotary sewage filtering bent frame (5) is arranged along the axial direction of the sewage filtering cylinder (2) in the length direction, and the rotary sewage filtering bent frame (5) is arranged along the radial direction of the sewage filtering cylinder (2) in the width direction; the rotary sewage filtering bent frame (5) rotates circumferentially relative to the sewage filtering cylinder (2) to filter sewage and collect filtered solid impurities in the rotary sewage filtering bent frame;
the sewage filter cylinder (2) is provided with an impurity outlet (20), and solid impurities collected by the rotary sewage filtering bent frame (5) are discharged out of the sewage filter cylinder (2) through the impurity outlet (20); the solid impurity squeezing and water filtering device (6) is in butt joint with the impurity discharge port (20), and the solid impurity squeezing and water filtering device (6) performs squeezing and water filtering treatment on solid impurities;
the sewage filter cylinder (2) comprises a cylinder body (21), a front cylinder cover (22), a rear cylinder cover (23), a front rubber sealing ring (24) and a rear rubber sealing ring (25); the cylinder (21) is horizontally arranged on the rack (1); the front cylinder cover (22) extrudes the front rubber sealing ring (24) to cover the front end cylinder opening of the cylinder body (21), the front cylinder cover (22) is provided with a sewage inlet (220) communicated with the cylinder body (21), and the sewage input pipeline (3) is butted with the sewage inlet (220); the rear cylinder cover (23) extrudes the rear rubber sealing ring (25) to cover the rear cylinder opening of the cylinder body (21), the rear cylinder cover (23) is provided with a sewage outlet (230) communicated with the cylinder body (21), and the sewage output pipeline (4) is in butt joint with the sewage outlet (230);
the rotary sewage filtering bent frame (5) comprises a servo motor (50), a rotating shaft (51), a sewage filtering plate (52), a first spiral conveyor (53) and a roll shaft (54); a front hollow frame (22.1) is arranged on the front barrel cover (22), a rear hollow frame (23.1) is arranged on the rear barrel cover (23), and the rotating shaft (51) is rotatably arranged on the front hollow frame (22.1) and the rear hollow frame (23.1); the servo motor (50) is mounted on the front-end hollow frame (22.1) or the rear-end hollow frame (23.1) through a servo motor connecting part, and the servo motor (50) is in driving connection with the rotating shaft (51); the sewage filtering plates (52), the first spiral conveyors (53) and the roll shafts (54) are two, the sewage filtering plates (52), the first spiral conveyors (53) and the roll shafts (54) are sequentially connected to the side surfaces of the rotating shaft (51), and the rotating shaft (51), the two sewage filtering plates (52), the two first spiral conveyors (53) and the two roll shafts (54) are positioned on the same plane; the sewage filter plate (52) is of a hollow structure and is communicated with a first outer pipe (530) of the first spiral conveyor (53); the sewage filtering plate (52) is characterized in that the surface of the sewage filtering plate (52) which faces the sewage is a sewage inlet hollowed-out surface structure (521), the surface of the sewage filtering plate (52) opposite to the sewage inlet hollowed-out surface structure (521) is a sewage outlet hollowed-out surface structure (522), and the pipe surface of the first outer pipe (530) of the first spiral conveyor (53) positioned on one side of the sewage outlet hollowed-out surface structure (522) is a sewage leakage hollowed-out surface structure (5300);

The horizontal sewage filtration system of claim 1, wherein: the sewage inlet hollow-out surface structure (521) is formed by uniformly arranging a plurality of water inlet holes (5210) on the surface of a sewage filter plate (52); the sewage discharge hollowed-out surface structure (522) is formed by uniformly arranging a plurality of water outlet holes (5220) on the surface of the sewage filter plate (52); the sewage leaking hollowed-out surface structure (5300) is formed by uniformly forming a plurality of water leaking holes (53000) in the first outer pipe (530) of the first spiral conveyor (53); the aperture of the water inlet hole (5210) is R1, the aperture of the water outlet hole (5220) is R2, the aperture of the water leakage hole (53000) is R3, and the R1, R2 and R3 satisfy the following conditions: r1 > R2 > R3.

The horizontal sewage filtration system of claim 2, wherein: the first outer pipe (530) of the first spiral conveyor (53) is provided with discharge ports (531), the two discharge ports (531) of the two first spiral conveyors (53) are positioned on the same side, and each discharge port (531) is provided with a discharge electric valve (531 a); the number of the impurity discharge ports (20) of the sewage filter cylinder (2) is two, and each impurity discharge port (20) is provided with an electric discharge valve (20 a); the rotary sewage filtering bent frame (5) rotates to be in a horizontal posture and under the state that the discharge port (531) faces downwards, the discharge port (531) is in one-to-one correspondence with the impurity discharge port (20) up and down.

The horizontal sewage filtration system of claim 3, wherein: the solid impurity squeezing and water filtering device (6) comprises a second screw conveyor (61), a water filtering tank (62) and a water collecting tank (63); the number of the second spiral conveyors (61) is two, the two second spiral conveyors (61) are arranged in an inverted splayed shape, a feed inlet of the second spiral conveyor (61) is butted with the discharging electric valve (20a), and the tail ends of second outer tubes (610) of the two second spiral conveyors (61) are respectively communicated with the water filtering box (62); the top of the water filtering box (62) is provided with a box door (621), and the bottom of the water filtering box is provided with a water filtering supporting net (622); the water collecting tank (63) is covered with a water filtering supporting net (622) and is arranged at the bottom of the water filtering tank (62).
5. The horizontal sewage filtration system of claim 4, wherein: the pore diameter of the water filtering support net (622) is R4, and R3 and R4 satisfy the following conditions: r3 is more than or equal to R4.
6. The sewage filtering method of the horizontal sewage filtering system according to claim 5, wherein: include sewage filtration stage, solid impurity discharge stage and solid impurity extrusion drainage stage in proper order, specifically as follows:
a) filtration stage of the waste water
Sewage is input into the sewage filter cylinder (2) through the sewage input pipeline (3), the rotating shaft (51) is driven by the servo motor (50) to drive the sewage filter plate (52), the first screw conveyor (53) and the roller shaft (54) to rotate in the circumferential direction synchronously, the sewage guided along the sewage filter cylinder (2) is filtered by the sewage filter plate (52), the sewage of the sewage filter plate (52) enters the hollow surface structure (521) to attack the sewage, the sewage enters the sewage filter plate (52) with the hollow structure from the water inlet hole (5210), and then the sewage is discharged from the water outlet hole (5220), because the aperture R1 of the water inlet hole (5210) is larger than the aperture R2 of the water outlet hole (5220), solid impurities with the diameter between R2 and R1 in the sewage are filtered out in the sewage filter plate (52), and because the sewage filter plate (52) is in a rotating state and has a centrifugal effect, therefore, solid impurities in the sewage filter plate (52) are conveyed into the first spiral conveyor (53) under the action of circumferential rotation and centrifugation, the aperture R3 of the water leakage hole (53000) is smaller than or equal to the aperture R2 of the water leakage hole (5220), so that the solid impurities are collected in the first spiral conveyor (53), the sewage in the first spiral conveyor (53) leaks out from the water leakage hole (53000), and finally, the filtered sewage is output from the sewage output pipeline (4);
b) solid impurity discharge stage
Stopping inputting sewage into the sewage filter cylinder (2), then driving a rotating shaft (51) to drive a sewage filter plate (52), a first screw conveyor (53) and a roller shaft (54) to synchronously and circumferentially rotate through a servo motor (50), stopping when the sewage filter plate (52) rotates to be in a horizontal posture and a discharge port (531) faces downwards to an impurity discharge port (20), opening a discharge electric valve (531a) and a discharge electric valve (20a), starting the first screw conveyor (53) to discharge solid impurities in the sewage filter plate from the discharge port (531), and further enabling the solid impurities to fall down and be discharged out of the sewage filter cylinder (2) from the impurity discharge port (20);
c) stage for squeezing and filtering solid impurities
Solid impurities discharged from the impurity discharge port (20) enter the second spiral conveyor (61), the second spiral conveyor (61) is started to continuously convey the solid impurities to the water filtering box (62), extrusion on the solid impurities in the water filtering box (62) is formed along with the continuous increase of the solid impurities and the continuous conveying of the second spiral conveyor (61), so that the surface of the solid impurities and sewage contained in the surface of the solid impurities are extruded and filtered into the water collecting box (63), and the box door (621) is opened manually at regular intervals or according to the accumulation amount of the solid impurities in the water filtering box (62) to take out the solid impurities.
