(3) Soaking the sterilized and disinfected substrate in the wet tissue compound liquid for 30min to obtain the multifunctional wet tissue;
(4) And (4) folding, sealing and packaging the multifunctional wet tissue prepared in the step (3).
Comparative example 1
The multifunctional wet tissue comprises a base material and a wet tissue compound liquid soaked on the base material, wherein the base material is spunlace non-woven fabric, the spunlace non-woven fabric is prepared from viscose fibers and polyester fibers according to the mass ratio of 3:2, and the wet tissue compound liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 part of cucumber juice, 5 parts of mint essential oil, 3 parts of borneol, 1.9 parts of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 3.6 parts of propylene glycol, 3 parts of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, 0.4 part of PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil and 95 parts of deionized water. The preparation method of the multifunctional wet tissue is consistent with the three phases of the embodiment.
Comparative example No. two

Performance testing
The wet wipes prepared in the examples were tested for antibacterial property and skin irritation.
Antibacterial property test
According to GB15979-2002 hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary articles, the action time is 5min, the test strains are Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538, escherichia coli ATCC 25922 and Candida albicans ATCC10231, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the wet tissue prepared by the embodiment of the invention has good antibacterial effect, and the antibacterial rate reaches more than 98%. The comparison of example three with the respective comparative examples shows that: the natural plant extracts such as the aloe extract, the pine needle oil and the orange peel essential oil and the chemically synthesized polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride have antibacterial property, a synergistic effect is generated after compounding, and under the same condition of the total adding amount, the antibacterial effect of the compounded wet tissue is superior to that of the singly used natural plant extracts or polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride.
Skin irritation test
15 healthy white rabbits without skin damage were used as test animals and divided into 3 groups. 24h before the test, the hair on both sides of the dorsal spine of each group of test animals was cut off, and the skin with an area of 3cmx3cm was exposed. In the test, the wet tissues prepared in the first to third examples were cut into pieces of 2.5cm × 2.5cm and applied to the exposed skin on the back side of the rabbit, and the skin on the other side was used as a control. The application was removed 4h after application and the skin reaction at the application site was observed and recorded at lh, 24h, 48h and 72h, respectively. The scoring criteria were as follows: (1) erythema formation: 0 is nothing; 1 is barely visible; 2 is significant; 3 is severe; 4 purple red erythema with eschar. (2) edema formation: 0 is nothing; 1 is barely visible; 2, the skin is raised, and the outline is clear; 3 edema swelling of about 1mm; edema swelling of more than 1mm was indicated by 4. The test results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, no erythema or edema appeared on the skin of each group of test animals within 72 hours, which indicates that the wet wipes prepared in examples one to three are non-irritating to the skin.

Claims (7)

1. A multifunctional wet tissue is characterized in that: the wet tissue compound liquid comprises a base material and a wet tissue compound liquid soaked on the base material, wherein the wet tissue compound liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.01 to 0.1 portion of aloe extract, 0.1 to 0.5 portion of cucumber juice, 1 to 5 portions of mint essential oil, 0.2 to 0.4 portion of pine needle oil, 0.3 to 0.6 portion of orange peel essential oil, 1.5 to 3 portions of borneol, 0.4 to 0.8 portion of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 1.2 to 3.6 portions of propylene glycol, 1.5 to 3 portions of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, 0.2 to 0.4 portion of solubilizer and 85 to 95 portions of deionized water, wherein the solubilizer is PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil or Tween-80.
2. The multifunctional wet wipe as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the base material is spunlace non-woven fabric.
3. The multifunctional wet wipe as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the base material takes viscose and polyester fiber as raw materials, and the mass ratio of the viscose to the polyester fiber is 3:1-2.
4. The multifunctional wet wipe as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the mass ratio of the viscose fiber to the polyester fiber is 3:2.
5. The method for preparing the multifunctional wet wipe as set forth in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and propylene glycol into deionized water, heating to 60-65 ℃, uniformly stirring, adding a solubilizer, borneol and polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, and uniformly stirring and dissolving;
(2) Cooling the solution obtained in the step (1) to 40-45 ℃, adding aloe extract, cucumber juice, mint essential oil, pine needle oil and orange peel essential oil, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a wet tissue compound solution, adding an acid-base regulator, and regulating the pH value of the wet tissue compound solution to 5.0-7.0;
(3) Soaking the sterilized and disinfected base material in the wet tissue compound liquid for 20-30 min to prepare the multifunctional wet tissue;
(4) And (4) folding, sealing and packaging the multifunctional wet tissue prepared in the step (3).
6. The method for preparing a multifunctional wet wipe as claimed in claim 5, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and (3) synchronously carrying out ultrasonic treatment in the stirring process in the step (2).
7. The method for preparing a multifunctional wet wipe as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the ultrasonic treatment time is 8-15 min, and the frequency is 20kHz.
