Abstract
The invention relates to a stepping type countercurrent heat exchange device and warm-boiling water drinking equipment thereof, belonging to the technical field of temperature control of water dispensers. The stepping type countercurrent heat exchange device comprises a water suction pump, a heat exchanger and an open stepping heater, wherein the water suction pump is positioned at an outlet pipe of the heat exchanger, and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are arranged between the heat exchanger and the open stepping heater; the water pump pumps the boiled water of the open type stepping heater and discharges warm boiled water, the open type stepping heater automatically replenishes water, and the direct drinking water automatically enters the open type stepping heater after passing through the heat exchanger; the warm boiling water drinking device comprises a water purifier, a valve assembly and a controller. The water pump and the open type step heater are adopted to replace the existing closed heater, so that the step type countercurrent heat exchange device is safer and more energy-saving; can provide direct drinking water, warm boiled water and boiled water simultaneously, and meets the drinking water requirements of consumers.

Background
The drinking water equipment is equipment for adding boiled water by utilizing electric energy or chemical energy, is mainly suitable for public occasions such as enterprises, troops, station factories, hospitals, schools and the like, has the advantages of safety, rapidness, low noise, environmental protection and no pollution compared with the traditional boiler, and can provide boiled water at any time in different time intervals. The existing warm-boiling water drinking equipment on the market mostly adopts a closed heater, has potential safety hazards and has the problem of energy conservation. In addition, the common open type drinking water equipment can only provide boiled water and direct drinking water, but cannot provide warm boiled water; the equipment for providing warm boiled water is generally pressure-bearing non-open type, and because certain pressure is carried in the heating process, and the water and the air are not separated thoroughly, the instability of water outlet and air injection is easy to occur, and the control requirement on safety risk in the use process is high.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a stepping type countercurrent heat exchange device and warm boiled water drinking equipment thereof.
The stepping type countercurrent heat exchange device comprises a water suction pump, a heat exchanger and an open stepping heater, wherein the water suction pump is positioned at an outlet pipe of the heat exchanger, and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are arranged between the heat exchanger and the open stepping heater; the water pump pumps the boiled water of the open type stepping heater and discharges warm boiled water, the open type stepping heater automatically replenishes water, and the direct drinking water automatically enters the open type stepping heater after passing through the heat exchanger.
Preferably, the heat exchanger comprises a plate heat exchanger or a tube heat exchanger.
The warm-boiling water drinking device of the stepping type countercurrent device also comprises a water purifier, a valve assembly and a controller, wherein the water purifier is positioned at the water inlet end of the heat exchanger, and the valve assembly is respectively connected with the water outlet of the water purifier, the water outlet of the water suction pump and the water outlet of the open type stepping heater; the controller is respectively connected with the water purifying assembly of the water purifier, the water inlet assembly and the water outlet assembly of the heat exchanger and the open type stepping heater; the water outlet assembly comprises direct drinking water flowing out of the water purifier, warm boiled water flowing out of the water suction pump and boiled water flowing out of the open type stepping heater.
Preferably, the open-type step heater comprises a heating pipe, a sensor and a plurality of water level electrodes; the upper part of the open-type stepping heater is provided with an overflow port, and the bottom of the open-type stepping heater is provided with a sewage draining port.
Preferably, the water level electrode is positioned at the top of the open type stepping heater and is divided into: the low water level electrode, the middle water level electrode and the high water level electrode are used for detecting different water level changes of the open type stepping heater.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the stepping type countercurrent heat exchange device adopts the water suction pump and the open stepping heater to replace the existing closed heater, so that the stepping type countercurrent heat exchange device is safer and more energy-saving; meanwhile, the warm-boiling water drinking device of the stepping type countercurrent device can provide direct drinking water, warm boiled water and boiled water at the same time, the water supply temperature is diversified, automatic control is realized by adding the controller, and the drinking water requirement of consumers is met.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, the step-by-step countercurrent heat exchange device of the present invention comprises a water pump 1, a heat exchanger 2 and an open step-by-step heater 3, wherein the water pump 1 is located at an outlet pipe of the heat exchanger 2, and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are arranged between the heat exchanger 2 and the open step-by-step heater 3; the water pump 1 pumps the boiled water of the open type stepping heater 3 and discharges warm boiled water, the open type stepping heater 3 automatically replenishes water, and the direct drinking water automatically enters the open type stepping heater 3 after passing through the heat exchanger 2.
The heat exchanger 2 comprises a plate heat exchanger 2 or a tube heat exchanger 2.
The use process of the stepping type countercurrent heat exchange device is as follows: starting the water suction pump 1, pumping the boiled water of the open-type stepping heater 3 by the water suction pump 1, and discharging the warm boiled water; at the moment, the water level of the open type stepping heater 3 descends, the water level electrode of the open type stepping heater 3 automatically supplements water after detecting the water level descending, and the direct drinking water enters the open type stepping heater 3 for supplementing water after passing through the heat exchanger 2; the water pump 1 and the open type step heater 3 are adopted to replace the existing closed heater, so that the step type countercurrent heat exchange device is safer and more energy-saving.
As shown in fig. 2, the warm-boiling water dispenser of the step-by-step counter-current switching device further comprises a water purifier 4, a valve assembly 5 and a valve assembly 6, wherein the water purifier 4 is positioned at the water inlet end of the heat exchanger 2, and the valve assembly 5 is respectively connected with the water outlet of the water purifier 4, the water outlet of the water pump 1 and the water outlet of the open-type step heater 3; the valve assembly 6 is respectively connected with the water purifying assembly of the water purifier 4, the water inlet assembly and the water outlet assembly of the heat exchanger 2 and the open-type stepping heater 3; the water outlet assembly comprises direct drinking water flowing out of the water purifier 4, warm boiled water flowing out of the water suction pump 1 and boiled water flowing out of the open type stepping heater 3.
The open type stepping heater 3 comprises a heating pipe, a sensor and a plurality of water level electrodes; the upper part of the open-type stepping heater 3 is provided with an overflow port, and the bottom of the open-type stepping heater is provided with a sewage draining port.
The water level electrode is positioned at the top of the open type stepping heater 3 and is divided into the following parts from bottom to top: the low water level electrode, the middle water level electrode and the high water level electrode are used for detecting different water level changes of the open type stepping heater 3.
The warm-boiling water drinking device of the stepping type countercurrent device can provide direct drinking water, warm boiled water and boiled water at the same time, the water supply temperature is diversified, automatic control is realized by adding the valve assembly 6, mixed water is avoided, and the drinking water requirement of consumers is met.
It should be noted that: the invention provides direct drinking water flowing out of a water purifier, warm boiled water flowing out of a water suction pump and boiled water flowing out of an open type stepping heater, which is not limited to the fact that the invention can only provide three kinds of drinking water, but can provide three kinds of drinking water at most according to the requirements of customers, and can select only warm boiled water without the need of boiled water and direct drinking water.
The invention can be widely applied to the occasions of controlling the temperature of the water dispenser.

A stepping type countercurrent heat exchange device is characterized by comprising a water suction pump (1), a heat exchanger (2) and an open stepping heater (3), wherein the water suction pump (1) is positioned at an outlet pipe of the heat exchanger (2), and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are arranged between the heat exchanger (2) and the open stepping heater (3); the water pump (1) pumps boiled water of the open type stepping heater (3) and discharges warm boiled water, the open type stepping heater (3) automatically replenishes water, and direct drinking water automatically enters the open type stepping heater (3) after passing through the heat exchanger (2).
2. The stepped countercurrent heat exchange device according to claim 1, characterized in that the heat exchanger (2) comprises a plate heat exchanger (2) or a tube heat exchanger (2).

The warm-boiling water drinking equipment adopting the stepping type reverse flow device as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, characterized by further comprising a water purifier (4), a valve assembly (5) and a valve assembly (6), wherein the water purifier (4) is positioned at the water inlet end of the heat exchanger (2), and the valve assembly (5) is respectively connected with the water outlet of the water purifier (4), the water outlet of the water suction pump (1) and the water outlet of the open type stepping heater (3); the valve assembly (6) is respectively connected with the water purifying assembly of the water purifier (4), the water inlet assembly and the water outlet assembly of the heat exchanger (2) and the open stepping heater (3); the water outlet assembly comprises direct drinking water flowing out of the water purifier (4), warm boiled water flowing out of the water suction pump (1) and boiled water flowing out of the open stepping heater (3).

The warm-boiling water drinking device of the stepping countercurrent heat exchange device according to claim 3, wherein the open-type stepping heater (3) comprises a heating pipe, a sensor and a plurality of water level electrodes; the upper part of the open type stepping heater (3) is provided with an overflow port, and the bottom of the open type stepping heater is provided with a sewage draining port.

The warm-boiling water drinking device of the stepping type countercurrent heat exchange device according to claim 4, wherein the water level electrode is positioned at the top of the open type stepping heater (3) and is divided into: the low water level electrode, the middle water level electrode and the high water level electrode are used for detecting different water level changes of the open type stepping heater (3).
