Furthermore, two sides of the radial floating column are respectively provided with a positioning tooth; the radial floating column is clamped in the radial telescopic channel in a sliding mode through the positioning teeth on the two sides.

Furthermore, the upper part and the lower part of the inner end of the axial moving roller are respectively provided with a sliding limiting rod; the upper part and the lower part of the inner end of the positioning roller are respectively provided with a guide positioning groove; the axial moving roller is axially and slidably connected to the guide positioning groove at the upper end of the inner end of the positioning roller through the upper and lower sliding limiting rods at the inner end.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an adjustable film collector comprises a base 1, a first bracket 2, a second bracket 3, a winding mechanism 5 and an axial driving mechanism 4; the upper ends of two sides of the base 1 are respectively provided with a first bracket 2 and a second bracket 3 in parallel; the winding mechanism 5 comprises a driving motor 51, a rotating shaft 52, a penetrating shaft 53, a positioning roller 54 and an axial moving roller 55; the positioning roller 54 is rotationally clamped on the inner side of the first bracket 2; the axial moving roller 55 is mounted inside the second bracket 3; the inner end of the axial moving roller 55 is axially clamped at the inner end of the positioning roller 54 in a sliding manner; the driving motor 51 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the outer side of the second bracket 3; the outer side of the driving motor 51 is fixedly connected to the base 1 through a positioning rod 511; one end of the rotating shaft 52 is mounted on the driving motor 51, and the other end of the rotating shaft extends to the inner side of the second bracket 3 after passing through the second bracket 3; the other end of the rotating shaft 52 is provided with an inserting cavity 521; one end of the penetrating shaft 53 is slidably inserted into the inserting cavity 521 of the rotating shaft 52, and the other end is fixedly connected to the middle of the outer end of the axial moving roller 55; the sections of the inserting cavity 521 and the penetrating shaft 53 are both rectangular structures; the axial driving mechanism 4 comprises a movable internal thread cylinder 46, a rotary driving screw rod 47 and a rotary clamping ring body 48; the upper side and the lower side of the axial moving roller 55 are respectively fixedly connected with a moving internal thread cylinder 46; the outer end of the movable internal thread cylinder 46 is provided with an internal thread channel; the periphery of the second bracket 3 is provided with a rotary clamping ring groove 31; two sides of the rotary clamping ring groove 31 are respectively provided with an annular through port 32; the rotary clamping ring body 48 is rotatably clamped in the rotary clamping ring grooves 31 on the periphery of the second support 3; the upper side and the lower side of the rotary clamping ring body 48 are respectively and rotatably clamped with a rotary driving screw rod 47; the inner end of the rotary driving screw 47 passes through the annular penetration port 32 and then is in threaded connection with the movable internal thread cylinder 46, and the outer end of the rotary driving screw 47 passes through the annular penetration port 32 and then extends to the outer side of the second bracket 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, further, a radial adjusting mechanism 6 is further included; the radial adjusting mechanism 6 comprises an outer limiting ring body 66, an inner limiting ring body 67, a radial floating column 63, a reset elastic body 663, an outer conical driving block 62, an inner conical driving block 68, a movable screw rod 61, a linkage rod 64, a linkage barrel 65 and a reverse power screw rod 69; the positioning roller 54 and the axial moving roller 55 are internally provided with driving cavities 541 which are axially communicated; an external conical driving block 62 and an internal conical driving block 68 are respectively arranged in the driving cavities 541 inside the positioning roller 54 and the axial moving roller 55; the outer side and the inner side of the periphery of the positioning roller 54 and the axial moving roller 55 are respectively provided with an outer side limit ring body 66 and an inner side limit ring body 67; a plurality of radial telescopic channels 661 are uniformly arranged on the radial peripheries of the outer limiting ring body 66 and the inner limiting ring body 67; the radial telescopic channel 661 is in communication with the drive chamber 541; a radial floating column 63 is respectively inserted in the radial telescopic channels 661 in a radial sliding manner; a reset elastic body 663 is respectively sleeved and mounted on the radial floating column 63; the inner end of the reset elastic body 633 elastically extrudes the radial floating column 63 inwards; the inner ends of the plurality of radial floating columns 63 enclose a conical inserting ring surface; the external conical driving block 62 and the internal conical driving block 68 are respectively abutted against a conical plugging ring surface formed by enclosing of the inner ends of the plurality of radial floating columns 63; the inner end of the external conical driving block 62 is provided with a linkage rod 64; the outer end of the inner conical driving block 68 is provided with a linkage cylinder 65; a linkage channel 651 is arranged in the linkage cylinder 65; the external conical driving block 62 is inserted into a linkage channel 651 of a linkage cylinder 65 connected to the outer end of the internal conical driving block 68 in a sliding way through a linkage rod 64 at the inner end; the cross sections of the linkage rod 64 and the linkage channel 651 are both rectangular structures; a driving threaded hole 21 is formed in the middle of the first support 2; the moving screw rod 61 is in threaded rotary connection with the first bracket 2; one end of the movable screw rod 61 is connected to the middle of the outer end of the external conical driving block 62; the reverse power screw 69 is arranged on the inner end surface of the driving cavity 541 of the axial moving roller 55; the inner end of the inner conical driving block 68 is provided with an occlusion thread channel 681; the inner tapered drive block 68 is threadably connected to the reverse power screw 69 by a mating threaded passage 681 at the inner end. Further preferably, two sides of the radial floating column 63 are respectively provided with a positioning tooth 631; the radial floating column 63 is slidably engaged in the radial telescopic channel 661 through the positioning teeth 631 at both sides. Further, an abutting ring body 662 is arranged at the outer end of the radial telescopic channel 661; the two ends of the reset elastic body 663 are respectively elastically connected between the outer side of the positioning teeth 631 and the inner side of the abutting ring body 662 in a pressing mode. The axial driving mechanism 4 is additionally arranged, and the movable internal thread cylinder 46 is driven to axially move by rotating the rotary driving screw rod 47, so that the inner end of the axial moving roller 55 slides at the inner end of the positioning roller 54, the length between the axial moving roller 55 and the positioning roller 54 is changed, and the length of a wound film can be changed; in addition, in order to not influence the smooth rotation driving after the axial moving roll shaft 55 moves, the invention designs an axial sliding structure of the penetrating shaft 53 and the rotating shaft 52, and the sections of the inserting cavity of the rotating shaft and the penetrating shaft are both arranged to be rectangular structures, so that the penetrating shaft 53 can be rotationally driven by the rotating shaft 52 after moving axially; according to the invention, the rotary clamping ring body 48 is rotatably clamped in the rotary clamping ring grooves 31 around the second support 3, and the upper side and the lower side of the rotary clamping ring body 48 are respectively rotatably clamped with one rotary driving screw rod 47, so that when the rotary shaft 52 drives the penetrating shaft 53 to rotate, the rotary driving screw rods 47, the movable internal thread cylinder 46 and the rotary clamping ring body 48 are simultaneously driven to rotate together, and the structural design is ingenious.
The invention is additionally provided with a radial adjusting mechanism 6, because the external conical driving block 62 is inserted into a linkage channel 651 of a linkage cylinder 65 connected with the outer end of the internal conical driving block 68 in a sliding way through a linkage rod 64 at the inner end, so that a synchronous rotating structure of the external conical driving block 62 and the internal conical driving block 64 is realized, the external conical driving block 62 and the internal conical driving block 64 are driven by the movable screw 61 through rotating the movable screw 61, the movable screw 61 drives the external conical driving block 62 and the internal conical driving block 64 to rotate synchronously, the external conical driving block 62 is directly driven by the movable screw 61 to rotate and move axially, the internal conical driving block 64 rotates and then axially moves on a reverse power screw 69 through an engaged thread channel 681 on the internal conical driving block, so that when the external conical driving block 62 and the internal conical driving block 68 move axially, a plurality of radial floating columns 63 are respectively driven to move towards the periphery outside inside the external limiting ring body 66 and the internal limiting ring body 67, thereby expand the length in the outside all around of outside spacing ring body 66, inboard spacing ring body 67, so can change the thickness of rolling film, structural design is ingenious, the use is nimble.
