Through setting up lead wire passageway 1021 on flange 102, the one end that the lead wire passes through is linked together with airtight appearance chamber 101, and the other end is linked together with the outside of flange 102, makes lead wire interface member 30 and airtight appearance chamber 101 be linked together, and the measurement coil of stick position measurement sensor 20 draws out from lead wire interface member 30 through lead wire passageway 1021 to realize the transmission of stick position signal, further improved the reliability of stick position signal transmission.
It should be noted that the distance between the flange 102 and the reactor is relatively long compared with the positions of the outer sleeve 104 and the inner sleeve 103 and the reactor, and by disposing the lead interface 30 on the flange 102, the coil of the rod position measuring sensor 20 is less affected by the temperature and pressure of the reactor when being led out from the lead interface 30, which contributes to further improving the accuracy of the rod position detection.
As shown in FIG. 2, in some embodiments, a pressure tube 1022 is provided on the top of the rod position measuring sensor 20, and the pressure tube 1022 is connected to the flange 102 for securing the measuring coil of the rod position sensor; the top of the pressing pipe 1022 is provided with a locking nut 1023, and the locking nut 1023 is fixedly connected with the flange 102; the top of the lock nut 1023 is provided with a sealing welding piece 1024, and the sealing welding piece 1024 is welded with the first end face of the flange 102.
The top of stick position measurement sensor 20 is equipped with presses pipe 1022, press pipe 1022 to play the effect of fixed stick position measurement sensor 20's coil, the upper portion of pressing pipe 1022 is fixed through locking nut 1023, wherein, locking nut 1023 and flange 102 fixed connection of flange sleeve subassembly 10, the top of locking nut 1023 is equipped with sealed soldering lug 1024, sealed soldering lug 1024 is used for the first terminal surface sealing weld with flange sleeve subassembly 10, play the sealing effect, help further improving the stability and the reliability that stick position measurement sensor 20 used.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the flange 102, the outer sleeve 104, and the inner sleeve 103 are disposed along the same axis.
By arranging the flange 102, the outer sleeve 104 and the inner sleeve 103 along the same axis, the overall structure of the product is more regular, which is beneficial to improving the aesthetic degree of the product, and the rod position measuring sensor 20 is convenient to be installed in the closed cavity 101, so that the installation or disassembly efficiency of the rod position measuring sensor 20 is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the flange 102 is provided with a cylinder inlet pipe 1026, a cylinder inlet passage 1025, and a zero return passage 1027, the cylinder inlet pipe 1026 is communicated with the cylinder inlet passage 1025, the cylinder inlet pipe 1026 is used for being connected with the water pipe assembly of the spring box, the zero return passage 1027 is used for being communicated with the zero return flow hole of the combination valve structure 21, and the cylinder inlet passage 1025 is used for being communicated with the water inlet flow hole of the combination valve structure 21.
A cylinder inlet water pipe 1026, a cylinder inlet flow passage 1025 and a zero return flow passage 1027 are arranged on the flange 102, wherein the cylinder inlet flow passage 1025 is communicated with a water inlet hole of the combination valve structure 21, the zero return flow passage 1027 is communicated with the zero return flow passage 1027 of the combination valve structure 21, the cylinder inlet water pipe 1026 is communicated with the cylinder inlet flow passage 1025, and the cylinder inlet water pipe 1026 is used for guiding water to a water pipe assembly of a spring box so as to realize water supply to the control rod driving mechanism.
As shown in fig. 2, the zeroing flow passage 1027 is provided with a first sealing ring 70 at one end communicating with the zeroing flow hole of the combination valve structure 21 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cylinder inlet channel 1025 has a second gasket (not shown) at its end for communicating with the inlet flow hole of the combination valve structure 21.
By arranging the first sealing ring 70 between the return-to-zero flow passage 1027 and the return-to-zero flow hole of the combination valve, and arranging the second sealing ring between the water inlet flow passage and the water inlet flow hole of the combination valve structure 21, the first sealing ring 70 and the second sealing ring play a role in sealing, so that water flow is prevented from flowing out from between the return-to-zero flow passage 1027 and the return-to-zero flow hole of the combination valve structure 21 or between the water inlet flow passage and the water inlet flow hole of the combination valve structure 21, and the stability and the safety of product use are further improved. Wherein the first seal ring 70 and the second seal ring are C-shaped seal rings.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the number of the cylinder inlet channel 1025 is plural, and the plural cylinder inlet channels 1025 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the flange 102.
The number of the cylinder inlet flow channels 1025 is increased, the flow of water flow of the cylinder inlet is improved, the plurality of cylinder inlet flow channels 1025 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the flange 102, the water supply efficiency of the driving mechanism is improved, and the attractiveness of products is improved.
The number of the cylinder inlet flow passages 1025 and the number of the zero returning flow passages 1027 are the same as those of the cylinder inlet flow passages 1025 and the number of the zero returning flow passages 1027 of the combined valve structure 21, and the cylinder inlet flow passages 1025 and the zero returning flow passages 1027 are in one-to-one correspondence.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, in some embodiments, the flange 102 is provided with a first threaded hole and a lifting stud 40, the lifting stud 40 being threadedly connected to the first threaded hole.
The flange 102 is provided with a first threaded hole and a hoisting stud 40, the first threaded hole is a threaded blind hole, the hoisting stud 40 is in threaded connection with the first threaded hole, and is provided with a nut 50 and is anti-loose through spot welding, so that the hoisting stud is in sliding connection with the spring box component, and the spring box product can be assembled and hoisted conveniently. The number of the first threaded holes is three, and the three hoisting studs are respectively connected with the three first threaded holes and are in sliding connection with the spring box component, so that the spring box is assembled and hoisted. As shown in fig. 2 and 6, in some embodiments, the flange 102 is provided with a stepped hole 1029 and mounting screws 60, the stepped hole 1029 penetrates through a first end face and a second end face of the flange 102, and the mounting screws 60 are flange-connected with a nozzle of a pressure vessel through the stepped hole 1029.
The flange 102 is provided with a stepped hole 1029 and a mounting screw 60, wherein the stepped hole 1029 is a screw stepped hole, the mounting screw is matched with the stepped hole, and the mounting screw is fixedly connected with a nozzle flange of the pressure container through the stepped hole 1029, so that the reliability of product mounting is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, in some embodiments, the flange 102 is provided with a threaded through hole 1028, and the threaded through hole 1028 penetrates the first end face and the second end face of the flange 102 for passing a screw of the combination valve structure 21 therethrough to be flange-connected with the nozzle of the pressure vessel.
The flange 102 is provided with a thread through hole 1028 including 6 through holes and 2 thread through holes, and 8 fixing screws 80 of the combined valve structure 21 pass through the 6 through holes and the 2 thread through holes to realize the fixed connection with the pressure vessel nozzle flange 90, and meanwhile, the connection strength of the flange sleeve assembly 10 and the pressure vessel nozzle flange 90 can also be reinforced. Wherein, 2 screw through-holes are the hoist and mount hole site for flange sleeve subassembly 10's integral hoisting.
In some embodiments, enclosed volume 101 is pi-shaped.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention provides a control rod hydraulic drive system 2, including: a control rod including a measuring rod; and a rod position measuring sensor pressure-bearing shell 1 as in any one of the embodiments of the first aspect, the rod position sensor of the rod position measuring sensor pressure-bearing shell 1 being in electromagnetic induction connection with the measuring rod.
The control rod hydraulic drive system 2 provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes the rod position measuring sensor pressure shell 1 of any one of the embodiments of the first aspect, so that all the advantages of any one of the embodiments described above are achieved, and further description is omitted here.
According to the rod position measuring sensor pressure bearing shell provided by the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention, the built-in rod position measuring sensor is adopted, the rod position measuring sensor is arranged in the closed containing cavity of the flange sleeve component, and the coil of the rod position sensor is led out through the lead interface component, so that the position of a control rod driving mechanism can be detected without using an electric penetration piece, and the reliability and the stability of the use of the rod position measuring sensor are improved.

Claims (10)

1. A rod position measuring sensor pressure-bearing shell is characterized by comprising:
the flange sleeve assembly is provided with a closed accommodating cavity;
the rod position measuring sensor is arranged in the closed containing cavity and used for measuring the position of a control rod;
and the lead interface piece is arranged on the flange sleeve component, is communicated with the closed cavity and is used for leading out a coil of the rod position measuring sensor.
2. The rod position measuring sensor pressure shell of claim 1, wherein the flange-sleeve assembly comprises:
the first end face and the second end face of the flange are provided with sealing pieces;
one end of the outer sleeve is connected with the second end face of the flange, and the other end of the outer sleeve extends in the direction far away from the flange;
the inner sleeve is arranged in the outer sleeve, one end, close to the flange, of the inner sleeve is provided with a seal head, and the other end of the inner sleeve is provided with an opening, and the opening is used for a measuring rod of a control rod to pass through;
the plugging piece is arranged at one end, far away from the flange, of the outer sleeve, and at least part of the plugging piece is plugged between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve, so that the closed cavity is defined among the outer sleeve, the inner sleeve and the flange.
3. The rod position measuring sensor pressure shell of claim 2,
the flange is provided with a lead channel, one end of the lead channel is connected with the lead interface element, and the other end of the lead channel extends to be communicated with the closed cavity along the radial direction of the flange.
4. The rod position measuring sensor pressure shell according to claim 2 or 3,
the top of the rod position measuring sensor is provided with a pressure pipe, and the pressure pipe is connected with the flange and used for fixing a measuring coil of the rod position measuring sensor;
the top of the pressure pipe is provided with a locking nut, and the locking nut is fixedly connected with the flange;
the top of the lock nut is provided with a sealing soldering lug, and the sealing soldering lug is welded with the first end face of the flange.
5. The rod position measuring sensor pressure shell according to claim 2 or 3,
the flange, the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve are arranged along the same axis.
6. The rod position measuring sensor pressure shell according to claim 2 or 3,
the flange is equipped with into jar water pipe, advances jar runner and return to zero runner, advance the jar water pipe with advance the jar runner and be linked together, advance the jar water pipe and be used for linking to each other with the water pipe assembly of spring box, return to zero runner and be used for returning to zero discharge orifice with the combination valve structure and be linked together, advance the jar runner and be used for being linked together with the inflow discharge orifice of combination valve structure.
7. The rod position measuring sensor pressure shell of claim 6,
a first sealing ring is arranged at one end of the zero returning flow passage, which is communicated with the zero returning flow hole of the combined valve structure; and a second sealing ring is arranged at one end of the cylinder inlet flow passage, which is communicated with the water inlet flow hole of the combined valve structure.
8. The rod position measuring sensor pressure shell of claim 6,
the number of the cylinder inlet runners is multiple, and the cylinder inlet runners are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the flange.
9. The rod position measuring sensor pressure shell according to claim 2 or 3,
the flange is provided with a first threaded hole and a hoisting stud, the first threaded hole penetrates through the first end face and the second end face of the flange, and the hoisting stud is in threaded connection with the first threaded hole;
the flange is provided with a step hole and a mounting screw, the step hole penetrates through the first end face and the second end face of the flange, and the mounting screw penetrates through the step hole and is used for being connected with a nozzle flange of the pressure container; the flange is provided with a thread through hole which penetrates through the first end face and the second end face of the flange and is used for a fixing screw of the combined valve structure to penetrate through so as to be connected with a nozzle flange of the pressure container.
10. A control rod hydraulic drive system, comprising:
a control rod including a measuring rod; and
the rod position measuring sensor pressure shell of any one of claims 1 to 9, the rod position sensor of the rod position measuring sensor pressure shell being in electromagnetic induction connection with the measuring rod.
