4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a current traveling route of the target user;
inputting the travel route as an input parameter into a destination prediction model, and determining a consumption place to which the target user is going to go currently;
and when the determined consumption place to be visited does not contain the available consumption place marked on the electronic map, sending prompt information to the target user according to the consumption place to be visited.

The method of claim 4, wherein when the determined consumption place to go to does not match the consumption level of the target user, issuing a first instruction to a smart bracelet worn by the target user for instructing the smart bracelet to vibrate and issuing a second instruction to the smart bracelet for instructing the smart bracelet to perform a first audio alert, the content of the first audio alert being voice information for indicating that the consumption level of the determined consumption place to go to is higher than the consumption level of the target user;
when the determined consumption place to go to is not matched with the disease category, the first instruction is sent to an intelligent bracelet worn by the target user, and a third instruction used for instructing the intelligent bracelet to carry out second audio reminding is sent to the intelligent bracelet, wherein the content of the second audio reminding is voice information used for indicating that the determined consumption place to go to is not matched with the disease category.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
when the target user is determined to arrive at the target consumption place in the consumption places marked with the destination on the electronic map according to the real-time positioning information of the target user, the recommended information of the target consumption place is played in an audio broadcasting mode, and an instruction used for indicating the intelligent bracelet to vibrate is sent to the intelligent bracelet worn by the target user.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the target consumption place currently reached by the target user is determined not to be included in the consumption places marked to be removed on the electronic map according to the real-time positioning information of the target user, sending prompt information to family members of the target user, and sending the target consumption place to the family members.
