背景技术
脱毛膏是利用其中的化学物质溶解毛发结构,以达到脱毛的目的。这种制剂的主要成分是巯基乙酸(钙),其具有一定的刺激性,适合怕痛但肌肤不容易过敏的人。
CN110812257A公开了一种脱毛膏及其制备方法。该脱毛膏包括混合物A、混合物B、混合物C和组分D,其中:混合物A包括重量份数的以下组分:鲸蜡硬脂醇4-6份;矿油2-4份;棕榈酸乙基己酯2-5份;鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-9 3-5份;甘油硬脂酸酯2-5份;丁羟甲苯0.1-0.5份;混合物B包括重量份数的以下组分:水60-70份;甘油3-7份;氢氧化钾2-5份;甜菜碱0.5-1份;羟乙基纤维素0.1-0.5份;羟苯甲酯0.1-0.3份;羟苯丙酯0.1-0.3份;混合物C包括巯基乙酸钙6-10份;纳米活性炭5-7份;组分D为香精0.3-0.5份。该脱毛膏利用纳米活性炭起到了吸附巯基乙酸钙的味道的作用,对于制备安全无臭味的脱毛膏具有一定效果,然而在舒缓刺激方面,从该脱毛膏的原料选择方面看,其效果难以有很好的预期。
CN110393673A公开了一种小负氧离子团保健脱毛膏,由下列原料组成:市售脱毛膏,90-97,天然矿物纳米材料,0.1-5,助剂,0.1-2。该脱毛膏中的天然矿物纳米材料具体包括什么,其释放小负氧离子团,产生对人体有益的物质和射线的机理,以及产生的小负氧离子团能否起到预防过敏,减轻刺激的作用均难以判断得出。
除此以外,由于更好的脱毛效果可能需要添加更多的化学脱毛剂,而更多的化学脱毛剂会带来更明显的皮肤不适,因而现有脱毛膏普遍存在脱毛效果与使用舒适性难以同时满足要求的问题,现有技术亟待出现一种脱毛效果好,同时使用舒适性高的脱毛产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种兼具脱毛效果优异,同时不易过敏,使用舒适性高的脱毛膏及制备方法,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种脱毛膏,其特征在于,原料组分包括:水63-70重量份、保湿剂3-5重量份、润肤剂6-7重量份、水溶性增稠剂0.1-0.2重量份、油溶性增稠剂1-4重量份、乳化稳定剂2-4重量份、乳化剂7-9重量份、pH调节剂2-3.5重量份、红没药醇0.2-1重量份、尿囊素0.1-0.3重量份、皮肤调理剂0.2-0.5重量份、化学脱毛剂4-6重量份,所述皮肤调理剂为丁二醇、水、积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物以及迷迭香叶提取物的混合物。
优选的,本发明所述脱毛膏的原料组分包括:水66.3重量份、保湿剂4重量份、润肤剂7重量份、水溶性增稠剂0.15重量份、油溶性增稠剂3重量份、乳化稳定剂3重量份、乳化剂7重量份、pH调节剂2.8重量份、红没药醇0.5重量份、尿囊素0.2重量份、皮肤调理剂0.3重量份、化学脱毛剂5重量份。
本发明脱毛膏中,红没药醇从菊类植物中提取,有抗炎抑菌的作用,和皮肤有很好的相容性,能够降低皮肤炎症,减轻皮肤粉刺,防止暗疮产生,提高皮肤的抗刺激能力,修复有炎症受伤的皮肤。尿囊素能促进细胞的生长和新陈代谢,还能有效的软化角质层蛋白,可以加速伤口的愈合,有效的治疗皮肤损伤或感染,此外还有润肤,修复和保湿的功效。本发明脱毛膏还添加了由7种植物提取成分组成的皮肤调理剂,与红没药醇、尿囊素复配,起到了较好的抗敏、防敏、舒缓以及修复的作用,共同抵御肌肤炎症,因而极大的提高了本发明使用中的舒适性。
具体的,本发明所述皮肤调理剂为丁二醇、水、积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物以及迷迭香叶提取物按重量比50:38:5:2:2:1:1:0.5:0.5组成的混合物。本发明所述皮肤调理剂中,1、积雪草提取物中的萜类化合物可显著提高胶原蛋白和细胞层纤连蛋白(纤连蛋白广泛参与细胞迁移、黏附、增殖、止血及皮肤组织修复等过程)的含量,而且能够刺激促成瘢痕成熟的I型胶原的生产,减少炎症反应的产生。此外,积雪草提取物还能减少前炎症介质(IL-1,MMP-1)的产生,提高和修复肌肤自身屏障功能。以及能够显著增加角质层的水合程度,这主要与积雪草提取物中的三萜皂苷化合物有关,积雪草三萜皂苷是一种亲水性糖链,主要是葡萄糖和鼠李糖,能够在闭塞层内与水结合,提高表皮屏障能力,增强皮肤水分。2、虎杖根提取物的主要功能成分为白藜芦醇和大黄素。研究显示白藜芦醇和大黄素表现出广泛的抗氧化特性,如LDL胆固醇氧化和脂质过氧化反应。3、黄芩根提取物清热燥湿,泻火解毒,止血,安胎。现代药理学研究表明,黄芩根提取物能显著抑制角叉莱胶所致大鼠足肿胀,降低大鼠足爪局部炎症组织中PGE2、MDA含量,减少大鼠足爪组织中NO的含量,提示黄芩根提取物有明显的抗炎作用,其抗炎机制可能与减少炎性组织中PGE2的生成、抑制组织炎症中脂质过氧化物形成和降低NO的活力有关。4、茶叶提取物的主要活性成分包括茶多酚、咖啡碱、芳香油、水分、矿物质、色素、碳水化合物、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素等。研究表明:茶多酚等活性物质具有解毒和抗辐射的作用,同时还是一种新型天然抗氧化剂,在常温和低浓度下具有很强的抗氧化作用,对胶原酶和弹性蛋白酶有抑制作用,可阻止弹性蛋白质的含量下降或变性,维持皮肤弹性,达到抗皱效果。另外,茶多酚具有消毒、灭菌、抗皮肤老化,减少日光中紫外线辐射对皮肤损伤等功效。5、光果甘草根提取物,能深入皮肤内部并保持高活性,有效抑制黑色素生成过程中多种酶(如抑制酪氨酸酶)的活性,是一种快速、高效、安全、绿色的防晒、美白祛斑化妆品添加剂,同时还具有防止皮肤粗糙及抗炎、抗菌的功效。6、母菊花提取物,散风清热,平肝明目。用于风热感冒,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,眼目昏花。用于化妆品中,能够均衡油脂分泌、抑脂抗痘、防止粉刺、消除黑斑、美白肌肤。7、迷迭香叶提取物,主要成分为迷迭香酚、鼠尾草酚和鼠尾草酸。迷迭香提取物中的几种主要成分都具有较强的抗氧化活性。
本发明所述皮肤调理剂通过7种植物成分的组合,起到了较好的对抗炎症的效果,体外实验显示,本发明皮肤调理剂通过降低炎症因子IL-8和INF-α的生成,同时抑制免疫调节因子NF-КB的活性而起到抗炎和免疫调节作用,从而有效对抗各种原因诱导的皮肤刺激的发生。
为了进一步提高本发明使用的舒适性,本发明脱毛膏还添加了保湿剂、润肤剂等原料,所述保湿剂和润肤剂可以是本领域常规使用的原料,例如保湿剂可以是甘油、丁二醇、丙二醇、尿素、透明质酸钠中的任意一种或多种,优选为尿素;润肤剂可以是矿油、棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、牛油果树果脂、沙棘籽油、生育酚乙酸酯中的任意一种或多种,优选为矿油和棕榈酸乙基己酯按重量比2-5:1-5组成的混合物。上述优选的保湿剂、润肤剂原料,能够使得本发明脱毛膏具有较好的滋润护肤的功效,进一步减轻了化学脱毛剂的皮肤刺激性。
本发明脱毛膏所采用的水溶性增稠剂可以是黄原胶、卡波姆、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素中的任意一种;油溶性增稠剂可以是鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、蜂蜡中的任意一种。乳化稳定剂优选为氟硅酸镁钠和三硅酸镁按重量比4:6组成的混合物,乳化剂优选为PEG-100硬脂酸酯/甘油硬脂酸酯、硬脂醇聚醚-20以及硬脂醇聚醚-21按重量比2-4:1-4:1-4组成的混合物。化学脱毛剂优选为巯基乙酸钙,其作为还原剂,破坏毛发蛋白质中的二硫键,以达到减轻或溶解毛发的目的,从而达到脱毛效果。还可以包括防腐剂0.45-0.75重量份、芳香剂0.02-0.1重量份,分别用于提高本发明脱毛膏的保存性能和减轻巯基乙酸钙的味道,使得使用过程中有良好的嗅觉体验。
本发明所述脱毛膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水、保湿剂、水溶性增稠剂、乳化稳定剂、pH调节剂、尿囊素、化学脱毛剂混合后,加热至80-85℃,保温备用,得到A相;
(2)将润肤剂、油溶性增稠剂、乳化剂、红没药醇混合后,加热至80-85℃,保温备用,得到B相;
(3)将A相和B相混合,均质,得到乳膏基质;
(4)将乳膏基质降温,然后加入皮肤调理剂,搅拌均匀,即得所述脱毛膏。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所述的脱毛膏,添加了包括红没药醇、尿囊素,以及由7种植物提取成分组成的皮肤调理剂组分,最终形成的脱毛膏,具有优异的脱毛效果,同时极大的改善了现有脱毛产品中普遍存在的由化学脱毛剂带来的皮肤不适感,使用中不会引起皮肤刺痛、灼热、发红发痒等症状,不会导致毛囊炎症,因而适用人群更广。除此以外,本发明原料易得,制备方法简单,适合规模化生产应用。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
以下实施例中,皮肤调理剂为丁二醇、水、积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物以及迷迭香叶提取物的混合物,购自Biospectrum公司,其中,丁二醇、水、积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物以及迷迭香叶提取物按重量比50:38:5:2:2:1:1:0.5:0.5组成。
表1脱毛膏配方
制备方法为:
(1)将A相原料加入水相锅中,搅拌升温至80℃,充分混合,保温备用;
(2)将B相原料加入油相锅中,搅拌升温至80℃,充分混合,保温备用;
(3)先将A相原料抽入真空乳化锅,再将B相原料抽入,搅拌均匀后,均质乳化3-5分钟,持续搅拌,抽真空,恒温10分钟;
(4)降温至46℃时,加入C相原料,充分搅拌均匀,即得;
皮肤刺激性试验
取健康成年小鼠20只,将其分为4组,每组5只,标记小鼠背部脊柱两侧2×2cm区域并进行脱毛处理,左侧为试验区域,右侧为空白对照,然后各组小鼠分别于试验区域均匀涂抹本发明实施例3、对比文件1、对比例2以及市售脱毛膏(0.5g/cm2),之后以纱布覆盖,保持2h,完毕后以纸巾擦拭干净,清水洗净后擦干,观察皮肤损伤程度。优:试验区域皮肤表面较空白对照区域无明显差异;良:试验区域皮肤表面较空白对照区域有一定程度发红;差:试验区域皮肤表面较空白对照区域有一定程度破损甚至出血。
结果显示,使用本发明实施例1脱毛膏的5只小鼠皮肤损伤程度均为优;使用对比例1脱毛膏的5只小鼠皮肤损伤程度均为良;使用对比例2脱毛膏的小鼠中,有3只小鼠皮肤损伤程度为良,另外2只为优;使用市售脱毛膏的小鼠中,有2只为良,另外3只均为差。上述结果表明,本发明皮肤刺激性极低,较市售产品具有明显优势。且本发明低皮肤刺激与同时含有皮肤调理剂、尿囊素以及红没药醇这3种原料有关,当去掉所述3种原料中的一种或两种时,即使提高其他原料的含量,也较难达到相当的低皮肤刺激效果。
总体使用效果试验
随机选择60名有脱毛需求且自述皮肤较为敏感的女性志愿者对上述制备得到的脱毛膏进行使用效果评价,将所有志愿者随机分为6组,每组10名,分别给予实施例1-3、对比例1-2以及市售脱毛膏进行使用,使用方法为:取适量于腋下逆毛方向涂抹,涂抹量以遮住体毛厚度为度,等待五分钟左右使充分接触,之后用面巾纸拭去。使用完毕后,所有志愿者对各样品脱毛效果以及使用舒适性进行打分,脱毛效果主要是从毛发去除率方面来考量,评分标准参考:毛发去除率>99%(即肉眼可见无明显残留毛发):40-50分;毛发去除率在90%-99%之间:20-40分(即肉眼可见有少量小于0.5mm残留毛发);毛发去除率低于90%(即肉眼可见有较多大于0.5mm残留毛发):0-20分。使用舒适性主要是从使用中皮肤刺激性方面进行考量,评分标准参考:无明显不适感40-50分;有刺痛、灼热等可以忍受的轻微不适感20-40分;有刺痛、灼热等较忍受的明显不适感0-20分。统计各样品得分时,先去掉最高分和最低分,然后取平均值,各样品使用效果评价结果见表2。

以上结果表明,本发明脱毛膏脱毛效果优异,能够较为彻底的去除毛发,同时具有较高的使用舒适度,使用中一般不会对皮肤产生刺激,能够适用于敏感皮肤人群,而市售脱毛膏虽然在脱毛效果上基本满足要求,但是使用中容易导致皮肤刺激,因而不适合敏感肌肤人群使用。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种脱毛膏,其特征在于,原料组分包括:水63-70重量份、保湿剂3-5重量份、润肤剂6-7重量份、水溶性增稠剂0.1-0.2重量份、油溶性增稠剂1-4重量份、乳化稳定剂2-4重量份、乳化剂7-9重量份、pH调节剂2-3.5重量份、红没药醇0.2-1重量份、尿囊素0.1-0.3重量份、皮肤调理剂0.2-0.5重量份、化学脱毛剂4-6重量份,所述皮肤调理剂为丁二醇、水、积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物以及迷迭香叶提取物的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脱毛膏,其特征在于,原料组分包括:水66.3重量份、保湿剂4重量份、润肤剂7重量份、水溶性增稠剂0.15重量份、油溶性增稠剂3重量份、乳化稳定剂3重量份、乳化剂7重量份、pH调节剂2.8重量份、红没药醇0.5重量份、尿囊素0.2重量份、皮肤调理剂0.3重量份、化学脱毛剂5重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脱毛膏,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂为丁二醇、水、积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物以及迷迭香叶提取物按重量比50:38:5:2:2:1:1:0.5:0.5组成的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的脱毛膏,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油、丁二醇、丙二醇、尿素、透明质酸钠中的任意一种或多种;所述润肤剂为矿油、棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、牛油果树果脂、沙棘籽油、生育酚乙酸酯中的任意一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的脱毛膏,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为尿素,所述润肤剂为矿油和棕榈酸乙基己酯按重量比2-5:1-5组成的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的脱毛膏,其特征在于,所述水溶性增稠剂为黄原胶、卡波姆、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素中的任意一种;所述油溶性增稠剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、蜂蜡中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的脱毛膏,其特征在于,所述乳化稳定剂为氟硅酸镁钠和三硅酸镁按重量比4:6组成的混合物,所述乳化剂为PEG-100硬脂酸酯/甘油硬脂酸酯、硬脂醇聚醚-20以及硬脂醇聚醚-21按重量比2-4:1-4:1-4组成的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的脱毛膏,其特征在于,所述化学脱毛剂为巯基乙酸钙。
9.根据权利要求1所述的脱毛膏,其特征在于,原料组分还包括防腐剂0.45-0.75重量份、芳香剂0.02-0.1重量份。
10.一种制备权利要求1-8所述脱毛膏的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水、保湿剂、水溶性增稠剂、乳化稳定剂、pH调节剂、尿囊素、化学脱毛剂混合后,加热至80-85℃,保温备用,得到A相;
(2)将润肤剂、油溶性增稠剂、乳化剂、红没药醇混合后,加热至80-85℃,保温备用,得到B相;
(3)将A相和B相混合,均质,得到乳膏基质;
(4)将乳膏基质降温,然后加入皮肤调理剂,搅拌均匀,即得所述脱毛膏。
