Because the catheter 3 is soft material, the outer sleeve 5 is hard material, and the two are simply cooperated, the effect of fully limiting is difficult to realize. Through supporting ring 32, butt piece 34 and outer tube 5, spacing groove 52 structural fit, play the effect of restriction outer tube 5 and pipe 3 relative position jointly, realize rationally fully exposing in the actual operation.
A limit bolt 51 is arranged at the lower part of the outer sleeve 5 near the connecting block 35 in a penetrating way. The end of the limit bolt 51 is abutted against the side wall of the catheter 3, so that the limit bolt is matched with the support ring 32, the abutting block 34, the outer sleeve 5 and the limit groove 52, and the effect of limiting the relative movement of the lower end of the catheter 3 and the outer sleeve 5 is achieved.
As shown in fig. 7, limiting blocks 36 are respectively and fixedly sleeved at positions, opposite to the connecting blocks 35, of the suspension bag traction wires 22 and the valve plate traction wires 25, limiting sleeves 37 are fixedly arranged at positions, opposite to the limiting blocks 36, of the connecting blocks 35, and magnet blocks 38 are respectively and symmetrically arranged on opposite side surfaces of the limiting blocks 36 and the limiting sleeves 37.
Preferably, the area of the magnet blocks 38 on the limiting block 36 occupying the outer side surface of the limiting block 36 is smaller than 1/2 and larger than 1/8, and the area of the magnet blocks 38 on the limiting sleeve 37 occupying the inner side surface of the limiting sleeve 37 occupies the same ratio as the area of the magnet blocks 38 on the limiting block 36.
Before operation, since the main balloon 1, the suspension balloon 2 and the catheter 3 are all in a contracted state when not inflated, they can be extended into the abdominal cavity through the outer sleeve 5, and then each structure is inflated through the air tube port 39.
Specifically, when the main airbag 1 is inflated, the valve plate traction wire 25 corresponding to the main airbag 1 is kept unchanged, and the valve plate traction wire 25 corresponding to the suspension airbag 2 is stretched, so that the suspension air pipe 21 is closed and the main air pipe 13 is opened, and the main airbag 1 is inflated; when the specific suspension bag 2 is inflated, the positions of the valve plate traction wires 25 corresponding to the suspension bag 2 are kept unchanged, other valve plate traction wires 25 are stretched, the main air pipe 13 and other suspension air pipes 21 are closed, and the suspension air pipes 21 corresponding to the target suspension bag 2 are opened, so that the specific suspension bag 2 is inflated.
Through setting up the cooperation structure of stopper 36 and stop collar 37 to set up magnet piece 38 therein, when the magnet piece 38 on stopper 36 and the stop collar 37 is relative, under the magnetic force effect, stopper 36 and stop collar 37 can keep fixing between relative position in a period, thereby keep the relative position of pull wire 22 fixed, after pulling the suspension bag 2 to target angle, guarantee the fixed position of suspension bag 2, in order to facilitate further observation. Or after the hanging bag 2 and the main air bag 1 are inflated, the positions of the air pipe valve plates 24 are ensured to be relatively fixed, and the internal air is prevented from overflowing.
In operation, when the hanging bag 2 needs to be moved up and down again to expose the abdominal cavity, the positions and angles of the hanging bag traction wire 22 and the connecting block 36 are fixed, and the relative rotation of the limiting block 36 and the limiting sleeve 37 is driven by rotating the hanging bag traction wire 22 or the traction section 41 until the magnet blocks 38 on the two are separated from each other, and the traction wire 22 corresponding to the main air pipe 13 or the hanging air pipe 21 automatically resets under the elastic action of the air pipe valve plate 24, so that the air pipe is opened, and the air charging and discharging effect is realized; the traction wire 22 connected with the suspension bag 2 can adjust the vertical angle position of the traction wire relative to the main air bag through traction, and when the traction wire is adjusted to the target position, the limiting block 36 is rotated, so that the limiting block 36 is attached to the magnet block 38 on the limiting sleeve 37, and the relative position of the limiting block and the magnet block is fixed again.
When the operation is finished, the suspension bag 2 and the main air bag 1 need to be deflated, the same operation as the above is adopted, the air pipe valve plate 24 and the limit flange 23 can be separated from close contact, the deflation is realized, and then the device is taken out, so that the operation is finished.
