Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the environment-friendly aluminum hub machining liquid provided by the invention has excellent lubricity due to the adoption of special esters, the product has an excellent calcium and magnesium ion resistant effect due to the combination of the special hard water resistant dispersant and the modified self-emulsifying ester, so that the excellent stability of the use liquid can be maintained, and the product has excellent performance of preventing the magnesium alloy from discoloring due to the compounding of the special amine and the special phosphate, effectively prevents the discoloration of the product and has an excellent use effect.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
water-soluble antirust agent: 3 parts of (a) to (b),
2 parts of a special hard water resistant dispersant,
10 parts of special esters, namely 10 parts of special esters,
3 parts of a coupling agent, namely 3 parts of,
3 parts of special amine, namely 3 parts of special amine,
2 parts of special siloxane, namely 2 parts of special siloxane,
40 parts of base oil, namely 40 parts of base oil,
2 parts of a surfactant, namely 2 parts of,
the balance of water.
The water-soluble antirust agent is at least one of potassium dichromate, triethanolamine, monoethanolamine, triethanolamine oleate, isooctanoic acid, sodium tripolyphosphate, sebacic acid, sodium benzoate, boric acid, hexamethylenetetramine and benzotriazole.
The special hard water resistant dispersant consists of salt type high polymer, cellulose derivative and natural high polymer, wherein the salt type high polymer is any one of polyvinyl ester and derivatives thereof, polyvinyl acid salt, polymethacrylate and maleic anhydride-styrene copolymer salt, the cellulose derivative is any one of methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, propyl cellulose and ethyl cellulose, and the natural high polymer is any one of gelatin, protein, starch and sodium alginate.
The special coupling agent is prepared by mixing special isomeric alcohol, polyoxyethylene ether and S-80 surfactant.
The special amine is an organic amine, and the special amine is at least two of isobutyramide, dimethylformamide, diethylenetriamine, hexamethylenetetramine, hexamethyleneimine, 3-methoxyaniline, 2, 6-dichloroaniline, diglycolamine, triethylenediamine, dibenzylamine, 12/14 tertiary amine and o-nitro-p-toluidine.
The special ester is at least one of phosphoglyceride, diphosphatidylglycerol and phosphatidylinositol, and the base oil is silicone oil.

3.5 parts of special siloxane,
50 parts of base oil, namely 50 parts of base oil,
2.5 parts of a surfactant, namely,
the balance of water.

1. The environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
water-soluble antirust agent: 3-5 parts of (A) a water-soluble polymer,
2-5 parts of a special hard water resistant dispersant,
10-20 parts of special esters, namely, ethyl acetate,
3-5 parts of a coupling agent,
3-5 parts of special amine, namely,
2-5 parts of special siloxane,
40-60 parts of base oil,
2-3 parts of a surfactant, namely,
the balance of water.
2. The environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
water-soluble antirust agent: 3 parts of (a) to (b),
2 parts of a special hard water resistant dispersant,
10 parts of special esters, namely 10 parts of special esters,
3 parts of a coupling agent, namely 3 parts of,
3 parts of special amine, namely 3 parts of special amine,
2 parts of special siloxane, namely 2 parts of special siloxane,
40 parts of base oil, namely 40 parts of base oil,
2 parts of a surfactant, namely 2 parts of,
the balance of water.
3. The environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
water-soluble antirust agent: 5 parts of (a) a mixture of (b),
5 parts of a special hard water resistant dispersant,
20 parts of special esters, namely 20 parts of special esters,
5 parts of a coupling agent, namely,
5 parts of special amine, namely 5 parts of special amine,
5 parts of special siloxane, namely 5 parts of special siloxane,
60 parts of base oil, namely 60 parts of base oil,
3 parts of a surfactant, namely 3 parts of,
the balance of water.
4. The environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aluminum alloy hub machining liquid comprises: the environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

The environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aluminum alloy hub machining liquid comprises: the water-soluble antirust agent is at least one of potassium dichromate, triethanolamine, monoethanolamine, triethanolamine oleate, isooctanoic acid, sodium tripolyphosphate, sebacic acid, sodium benzoate, boric acid, hexamethylenetetramine and benzotriazole.

The environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aluminum alloy hub machining liquid comprises: the special hard water resistant dispersant consists of salt type macromolecules, cellulose derivatives and natural macromolecules, wherein the salt type macromolecules are any one of polyvinyl ester and derivatives thereof, polyvinyl acid salts, polymethacrylate salts and salts of maleic anhydride-styrene copolymers, the cellulose derivatives are any one of methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, propyl cellulose and ethyl cellulose, and the natural macromolecules are any one of gelatin, protein, starch and sodium alginate.
7. The environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aluminum alloy hub machining liquid comprises: the special coupling agent is formed by mixing special isomeric alcohol, polyoxyethylene ether and S-80 surfactant.

The environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aluminum alloy hub machining liquid comprises: the special amine is an organic amine, and the special amine is at least two of isobutyramide, dimethylformamide, diethylenetriamine, hexamethylenetetramine, hexamethyleneimine, 3-methoxyaniline, 2, 6-dichloroaniline, diglycolamine, triethylenediamine, dibenzylamine, 12/14 tertiary amine and o-nitro-p-toluidine.
9. The environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aluminum alloy hub machining liquid comprises: the special ester is at least one of phosphoglyceride, diphosphatidylglycerol and phosphatidylinositol, and the base oil is silicone oil.

The environment-friendly aluminum alloy hub machining liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aluminum alloy hub machining liquid comprises: the surfactant is composed of at least one fatty acid, at least one amine salt and at least one phospholipid, wherein the fatty acid is at least one of palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, caprylic acid, capric acid and lauric acid, the amine salt is at least one of ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, ammonium bisulfate and ammonium bromide, and the phospholipid is any one of phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine.
