The invention discloses a single-layer paper carton, which comprises a carton body folded by paper boards produced by a fourdrinier paper machine, wherein stiffening agents are added into the paper boards produced by the fourdrinier paper machine, a plurality of layers of corrugated paper boards are filled on the inner side surface of the carton body, paper threads of the paper boards on the side surfaces of the carton body are vertically arranged with the bottom surface, a press cover plate and a buckle cover plate which are connected with the side surfaces of the carton body are arranged at the top of the carton body, a handle hole and a folded flange are respectively arranged at the middle part and the front end of the buckle cover plate, and jacks matched with the flanges are arranged on the side surfaces. The problems of unattractive corrugated paper box, large glue consumption, more leftovers, environmental pollution, paper waste and complex process are solved; the use of more equipment, the consumption of electricity, gas and water is high, the occupied area is large, the transportation volume is large, the occupied capital is large and the financial cost is high; a large amount of paper materials are saved, the production efficiency is improved, the equipment investment is saved, the cost of the carton is reduced, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.

Background
At present, the packaging cartons of the known technology are all made of three-layer or five-layer corrugated boards, namely surface paper, corrugated paper, core paper, corrugated paper and lining paper, and are compounded into boards by a corrugated board production line, and the surface paper of a color box is compounded by a paper laminating machine; especially, the high-end color box has the defects of high manufacturing cost, poor forming, corrugation penetration, deformation, unattractive appearance and the like, black corrugated paper and boxboard paper exist at the edge lap, the manufacturing process is complex, the loss rate is high, more leftovers exist, and the use pass rate is low.
When the corrugated board is produced by roll paper, the problem of the paper silk direction cannot be solved by equipment, no matter three layers of paper or five layers of paper are in the horizontal silk direction at present, the paper box is not upright, and the small paper box is a paper box made of single-layer paper.

Further, the stiffness of the board in the machine direction amounts to 50 mNm.
Furthermore, the inner side surface of the box body is filled with three layers of low-gram-weight corrugated boards.
Furthermore, seven layers of corrugated boards are filled on the inner side surface of the box body.
Further, the box body is manufactured through a rotary offset press, a film laminating machine, a stamping machine and a die cutting machine.

In a particular embodiment of the invention, the stiffness of the board in the machine direction amounts to 50 mNm.
In a particular embodiment of the invention, the inside of the box 1 is filled with three layers of low grammage corrugated cardboard.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the inner side of the box body 1 is filled with seven layers of corrugated cardboard.
In one embodiment of the invention, the box 1 is made by means of a rotary offset press, a laminator, a bronzing press and a die cutter.
In order to facilitate understanding of the above-described technical aspects of the present invention, the above-described technical aspects of the present invention will be described in detail below in terms of specific usage.
When the single-layer paper carton is used specifically, the carton body 1 is formed by folding the paper boards produced by the fourdrinier paper machine, the stiffening agent is added to the paper boards in the produced paper boards, and the paper filaments of the paper boards are arranged perpendicular to the bottom surface during folding, so that the edge pressure, the compression resistance, the puncture resistance and the buffer performance of the carton are improved; so that the longitudinal stiffness of the board can reach 50 mNm.
Because six surfaces of the box body 1 are not overlapped, a large amount of paper materials can be saved, leftovers are not left, and the paper material has smaller area than that of the paper used for the outer box; the material cost, the production cost, the storage cost, the financial cost and the transportation cost are reduced.
Because the corrugated mounting plate is not needed outside the box body 1, the original production mode can be changed, and the rotary offset press, the laminating machine, the stamping machine and the die cutting machine are used for production, compared with the prior flat plate machine, the production efficiency is improved by at least one time, the equipment investment is saved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
After the box is formed, about 3 kilograms of products are filled in the box and can be directly used; about 5 kilograms of products are filled in the box, and three layers of low-gram-weight corrugated boards are required to be added on the inner side of the box; about 10 kg of products are filled in the box, and seven layers of corrugated boards are required to be added on the inner side of the box.
In conclusion, by means of the technical scheme, the problems that the corrugated case is not attractive, the glue consumption is large, more leftovers pollute the environment, paper is wasted, and the process is complex are solved; the use of more equipment, the consumption of electricity, gas and water is high, the occupied area is large, the transportation volume is large, the occupied capital is large and the financial cost is high; a large amount of paper materials are saved, the production efficiency is improved, the equipment investment is saved, the cost of the carton is reduced, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.

5. A single-ply paper carton according to claim 1, characterized in that the box (1) is made by means of a rotary offset press, a laminating machine, a stamping machine and a die-cutting machine.
