The invention ensures that the operation vehicle travels according to the preset route through the arrangement of the route planning system and the feedback system, when the operation vehicle travels deviating from the preset route, the personal property safety of passengers in the traveling route is ensured through the warning and then the rescue system, and the situation that the passengers take the vehicle is monitored by authorizing a third party through the network car reservation system terminal, so that the safety of the environment in the vehicle when the passengers take the vehicle is ensured, and further the personal property safety of the passengers in the vehicle is ensured.
