Abstract
The invention discloses a crumple energy absorption box which comprises an upper bending plate, a lower bending plate and a reinforcing plate, wherein the upper bending plate is provided with a first bending hole; one end of the reinforcing plate is connected with the upper bending plate, and the other end of the reinforcing plate is connected with the lower bending plate. The invention also discloses a front wall bracket of the instrument board beam, which comprises the crumple energy-absorbing box, wherein the crumple energy-absorbing box and the front wall fixing bracket are made of different materials; and the strength of the front wall fixing support is higher than that of the crumpling energy absorption box. The front wall fixing support can ensure that the crumple energy absorption box generates crumple energy absorption due to low strength when a vehicle collides in the forward direction, and the front wall fixing support cannot deform due to high strength, so that the crumple energy absorption effect of the front wall support is improved, and the support rigidity of the directional pipe column is improved.
