The carbon fiber dome 200 includes a first carbon fiber layer 1, a substrate layer 2, and a plurality of second carbon fiber layers 3, which are sequentially stacked. Wherein, the first carbon fiber layer 1 is disposed on one side close to the voice coil 22.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a first carbon fiber layer according to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 4, where the first carbon fiber layer 1 includes an upper surface 101 and a lower surface 102 which are opposite to each other, the substrate layer 2 is disposed on the upper surface 101 of the first carbon fiber layer 1, the upper surface 101 includes a hollow first region 1011 and a second region 1012 which is disposed around the first region 1011, and the second region 1012 includes at least two layers of carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepregs. The first carbon fiber layer 1 of this embodiment is provided with the hollow first region 1011, so that the number of stacked layers in the middle local region of the carbon fiber dome 200 is less than that in the surrounding regions, the thickness of the carbon fiber dome 200 is reduced, the quality of the carbon fiber dome 200 is reduced, and the high-frequency performance of the product is improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the substrate layer 2 includes a first surface 201 and a second surface 202 opposite to each other, the second carbon fiber layer 3 is disposed on the first surface 201, and the first carbon fiber layer 1 is disposed on the second surface 202, referring to fig. 4, a plurality of through holes 2011 are disposed on the first surface 201, and the plurality of through holes 2011 are arranged in an array. The substrate layer 2 of the present embodiment is one of a foam material, an aluminum foil, and polyethylene naphthalate. The substrate layer 2 of this embodiment further reduces the quality of the carbon fiber dome 200 by providing the through hole 2011, improves the vibration performance, and improves the high-frequency performance of the product.
The second carbon fiber layer 3 includes at least two layers of carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepregs. The first carbon fiber layer 1 and the second carbon fiber layer 3 of the present embodiment may use carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepregs having the same or different number of layers, and the multilayer carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepregs are processed by hot press molding.
Further, the fiber included angle of the carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepreg of the first carbon fiber layer 1 and the second carbon fiber layer 3 is 0-90 degrees, and preferably 0-45 degrees. The included angle of the fibers of the carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepreg of two adjacent second carbon fiber layers 3 is 0-90 degrees, and preferably 0-45 degrees. The fiber direction between first carbon fiber layer 1 and the second carbon fiber layer 3 and between the adjacent second carbon fiber layer 3 forms certain angle, has guaranteed that all directions atress is balanced, and adjacent second carbon fiber layer 3 passes through hot briquetting and handles, forms a body structure, and intensity is high, and is difficult broken.
In the present embodiment, please refer to fig. 3, which illustrates an example of two second carbon fiber layers 3, wherein the second carbon fiber layer 3 includes a first sub carbon fiber layer 301 and a second sub carbon fiber layer 302. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the fiber direction of the carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepreg of the first carbon fiber layer 1 extends along the short axis direction of the carbon fiber dome, the fiber direction of the carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepreg of the first sub carbon fiber layer 301 close to the first carbon fiber layer 1 extends along the long axis direction of the carbon fiber dome 200, as shown in fig. 8, the fiber direction of the carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepreg of the second sub carbon fiber layer 302 adjacent to the first sub carbon fiber layer 301 extends along the short axis direction of the carbon fiber dome 200, as shown in fig. 9.
The carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepreg of the embodiment comprises a carbon fiber material and prepreg resin, and can be obtained by adopting the following method: the thermosetting pre-impregnated resin is impregnated or sprayed on the carbon fiber unidirectional tape, and then the carbon fiber unidirectional tape impregnated material with the pre-impregnated resin cured substance is formed on the carbon fiber unidirectional tape after high-temperature and high-pressure treatment. The carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepreg can extend in the fiber direction, namely the fiber direction can bear large stress, the fiber direction can bear weak stress in the direction vertical to the fiber direction, and the stress bearing capacity is greatly enhanced after the prepreg resin is cured.
Wherein the pre-impregnated resin comprises one or more of epoxy resin, polyether ether ketone, polyimide, polyphenylene sulfide, poly (p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) and poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide). The tensile modulus of the carbon fiber material in the carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepreg is more than 200 Gpa. The carbon fiber material in the carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepreg can adopt the materials of more than Tollian T series T300 and M series, and other series and other suppliers with the same strength grade, and it is to be noted that the Tollian T series and M series are carbon fiber models of Japan Tollian company, belong to the industry standard, and the two series materials can be easily obtained by the technical personnel in the field.
The number of stacked layers in the middle local area of the carbon fiber dome 200 of the embodiment of the invention is less than that in the peripheral area, so that the thickness of the middle area of the carbon fiber dome 200 is reduced, the overall quality of the carbon fiber dome 200 is reduced, and the high-frequency performance of the product is improved. In addition, the surface of the ball top structure can be smooth after the resin in the carbon fiber unidirectional tape prepreg is cured, and the cured resin is hard and is not easy to scratch, so that the carbon fiber ball top 200 structure is more attractive.
