Further, as shown in fig. 11, based on the fact that the display device 100 is used in a stretched state during sliding, it is necessary to ensure that the support portion 13 and the sliding portion 14 maintain the stretched position, i.e., that both remain relatively stationary during use by a user, thereby ensuring stability of use of the display device 100. To achieve the above object, a plurality of locking assemblies 16 are disposed between the sliding portion 14 and the supporting portion 13, and the plurality of locking assemblies 16 are disposed between the sliding portion 14 and the supporting portion 13 at intervals along the length direction of the flexible display panel 20. The locking assembly 16 includes a locking groove 161 disposed on one of the sliding portion 14 and the supporting portion 13, and a mounting groove 162, an elastic member 163, and a locking member 164 disposed on the other of the sliding portion 14 and the supporting portion 13, wherein the locking member 164 is mounted in the mounting groove 162 by the elastic member 163, and the locking member 164 is locked into or released from the locking groove 161 by the elastic member 163.
It should be noted that, a plurality of locking assemblies 16 are arranged at intervals between the sliding portion 14 and the supporting portion 13, during the sliding process of the sliding portion 14 on the supporting portion 13, when a certain relative sliding position between the sliding portion 14 and the supporting portion 13 needs to be locked, the locking member 164 is pushed by the elastic member 163 to pop out of the mounting groove 162, at this time, the elastic member 163 is in a free state, the locking member 164 is clamped into the locking groove 161, and the sliding portion 14 and the supporting portion 13 are relatively fixed. At this time, the sliding portion 14 is not subjected to a large external force, and the locking member 164 and the locking groove 161 are engaged with each other to keep the sliding portion 14 and the supporting portion 13 fixed relative to each other. When the other relative sliding position needs to be locked, the sliding part 14 can be pushed to slide, and the pushing force is greater than the relative clamping acting force between the locking piece 164 and the locking groove 161, so that the locking piece 164 exits from the locking groove 161 and retracts into the mounting groove 162, and the elastic piece 163 is in a compressed state. The locking member 164 slides between the adjacent locking grooves 161, and when encountering the next locking groove 161 during the sliding process, the locking member can be re-clamped in the locking groove 161, so as to form a locking state of the sliding portion 14 and the supporting portion 13 at another relative sliding position.
Further, based on the distribution of the flexible display panel 20 on both the first surface 10a and the second surface 10b, in order to ensure the integrity of the display viewed by the user, that is, the flexible display panel 20 on the first surface 10a displays one complete picture, the flexible display panel 20 on the second surface 10b displays another complete picture. The present embodiment is provided with a displacement sensor between the sliding portion 14 and the support portion 13, the displacement sensor being for measuring a sliding displacement of the sliding portion 14 relative to the support portion 13. The display device 100 includes a controller, and the displacement sensor and the driving circuit board of the flexible display panel 20 are electrically connected to the controller.
When the display device 100 is not stretched in a sliding manner, the flexible display panels 20 on the first surface 10a and the second surface 10b display a complete picture. When the display device 100 performs the slide-stretch operation, the flexible display panels 20 on the first surface 10a and the second surface 10b are transferred to each other. At this time, it is necessary to determine the displacement of the sliding part 14 sliding relative to the supporting part 13 according to the displacement sensor, and the displacement may also reflect the displacement of the flexible display panel 20 on the first surface 10a and the second surface 10b mutually transferred. The controller generates a picture adjustment signal according to the displacement signal, the driving circuit board of the flexible display panel 20 determines the sizes of the first display area and the second display area of the flexible display panel 20 according to the picture adjustment signal, and sends the display picture information corresponding to the first display area and the second display area respectively to ensure that the flexible display panel 20 on the first surface 10a is the first display area and the flexible display panel 20 on the second surface 10b is the second display area, and each display area respectively displays a complete picture.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, when the sliding portion 14 and the supporting portion 13 are not slid, the length of the flexible display panel 20 on the first surface 10a is x1 (not shown in the figure), and the length of the flexible display panel 20 on the second surface 10b is x2 (not shown in the figure). When the sliding part 14 is slidably displaced by b relative to the supporting part 13 (as shown in fig. 10), it can be determined that the flexible display panel 20 with the length b on the second surface 10b moves to the first surface 10a, and only the flexible display panel 20 with the length a remains on the second surface 10b (as shown in fig. 8). The controller determines the picture adjustment signal according to the above displacement, that is, the flexible display panel 20 on the first surface 10a is a first display area, the length of the first display area is x1+ b, the flexible display panel 20 on the second surface 10b is a second display area, and the length of the second display area is x2-b, which is a. At the moment, the driving circuit board drives the area with the length of x1+ b to display the first picture, and the area with the length of x2-b to display the second picture, so that the first picture can be ensured to be displayed in the first display area, and the second picture is ensured to be displayed in the second display area, thereby ensuring the integrity of the displayed pictures and improving the use experience of users.
Specifically, the supporting portion 13 has a first receiving cavity therein, the first receiving cavity extends along the length direction of the flexible display panel 20, at least a portion of the sliding portion 14 is located in the first receiving cavity and slides back and forth along the extending direction of the first receiving cavity, and the end of the sliding portion 14 extends out of the first receiving cavity. It should be noted that, by disposing the sliding part 14 in the first accommodating cavity of the supporting part 13, the sliding process of the sliding part 14 can be limited and guided by the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity, and the sliding part 14 can be protected. Meanwhile, the first accommodating cavity can isolate the sliding part 14 and the flexible display panel 20, so that the sliding process of the sliding part 14 and the influence of the sliding assembly 15 used in the sliding process on the flexible display panel 20 are avoided, the supporting stability of the supporting part 13 on the flexible display panel 20 is improved, and the stability of a display picture on the flexible display panel 20 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 4, when the display device 100 is folded or stretched in a sliding manner, the flexible display panels 20 on the first surface 10a and the second surface 10b are displaced from each other, and the flexible display panels 20 located at the ends of the sliding portions 14 may be in sliding friction with the sliding portions 14, which may cause scratches on the flexible display panels 20. To avoid this, the end of the sliding part 14 of the present embodiment is provided with a rolling member 141, and the flexible display panel 20 is wrapped on the surface of the rolling member 141 and extends to the second surface 10b of the support body 10 while covering at least a part of the second surface 10 b. It should be noted that the rolling member 141 may be a pulley or a roller disposed at an end of the sliding portion 14, and the flexible display panel 20 is wrapped on a surface of the pulley or the roller. When the flexible display panel 20 moves, the rolling member 141 rotates to convert sliding friction between the two into rolling friction, so that damage to the flexible display panel 20 caused by friction is greatly reduced, the protection effect on the flexible display panel 20 is improved, the resistance to movement of the flexible display panel 20 can be reduced, and the operation difficulty of the display device 100 is reduced.
Further, during the folding process of the display device 100, there is also a mutual transfer process of the flexible display panels 20 on the first surface 10a and the second surface 10b, for example, referring to the folding state shown in fig. 5, the flexible display panels 20 near the rotational connection of the first support 11 and the second support 12 will be wrinkled and piled up at the rotational connection, and the long-time wrinkle piling up will reduce the strength of the flexible display panel 20, at this time, the flexible display panel 20 on the first surface 10a needs to be transferred to the second surface 10b to ensure that the flexible display panel 20 at the rotational connection is in a flat state. Alternatively, when the first support 11 and the second support 12 rotate in opposite directions of fig. 5, the flexible display panel 20 at the rotational joint is pulled by two ends of the first support 11 and the second support 12, so that the stress at the rotational joint is too high and the flexible display panel 20 at the second surface 10b needs to be transferred to the first surface 10a to reduce the stress at the rotational joint. The rolling members 141 of this embodiment can reduce the resistance during the mutual transfer of the flexible display panel 20 on the first surface 10a and the second surface 10b, and improve the protection effect of the flexible display panel 20.
Referring to fig. 13, a second accommodating cavity 17 is formed in the support body 10, a cavity opening of the second accommodating cavity 17 is located on the second surface 10b, a winding device 30 is arranged in the second accommodating cavity 17, and the winding device 30 has a winding stroke and an unwinding stroke. At least a portion of the end of the flexible display panel 20 on the second surface 10b extends into the second receiving cavity 17 through the opening of the second receiving cavity 17 and is received in the rolling device 30.
It should be noted that, based on the mutual transfer process of the flexible display panel 20 on the first surface 10a and the second surface 10b, the winding device 30 is arranged to ensure that the flexible display panel 20 is always attached to the support body 10 in the transfer process, and the flat state is maintained, so as to ensure the structural stability and stable display effect of the display device 100. When the flexible display panel 20 on the first surface 10a is transferred to the second surface 10b, the winding device 30 performs a winding stroke, and when the flexible display panel 20 on the second surface 10b is transferred to the first surface 10a, the winding device 30 performs an unwinding stroke.
And, on the second surface 10b, the surface of the flexible display panel 20 located outside the second receiving cavity 17 is flush with the second surface 10b which is not covered with the flexible display panel 20. Such an arrangement can ensure flatness of the second surface 10b and improve the aesthetic appearance of the display device 100.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 13, the flexible display panel 20 includes a flexible panel body 21 and a flexible pulling plate 22 located at an end of the flexible panel body 21, and the strength of the flexible pulling plate 22 is greater than that of the flexible panel body 21. The flexible traction plate 22 is received in the winding device 30. It should be noted that, because the flexible display panel 20 has low strength and high flexibility, when the flexible display panel is stored in the winding device 30 and is wound or unwound, the display area of the flexible display panel 20 is damaged, and therefore the flexible pulling plate 22 is disposed at the end of the flexible panel body 21 of the flexible display panel 20 in this embodiment. Although flexible panel body 21 and flexible traction plate 22 are flexible material and make, the intensity of flexible traction plate 22 is greater than the intensity of flexible panel body 21, not only can reduce the damage of flexible traction plate 22 in the rolling in-process like this, improve coiling mechanism 30 and flexible display panel 20's stability of being connected, guarantee that the rolling process is steady to be gone on, and flexible traction plate 22 does not belong to flexible display panel 20's display area moreover, therefore the rolling process can not influence flexible display panel 20's normal demonstration.
Specifically, at least two support members are rotatably coupled by a damping shaft 40. It should be noted that the damping rotation shaft 40 has a certain damping force during the rotation, and the rotation can be performed only when the external force is greater than the damping force. The present embodiment employs the damping rotating shaft 40 to connect at least two supporting members, so that the at least two supporting members can stably maintain the rotating state with the rotating angle when rotating to any angle, thereby maintaining the using state shown in fig. 14 to 16. The gravity of any one of the supporting members is not enough to cause the damping rotation shaft 40 to rotate, and the supporting member can be caused to rotate only by applying an external force to any one of the supporting members by a human, so that the stability of the display apparatus 100 in use can be improved.
As an implementation manner, the supporting portion 13 on the first surface 10a side is fixedly connected to the flexible display panel 20, and the fixed connection may be an adhesive or a magnetic attraction, which is not limited in this embodiment, so as to improve the installation stability of the flexible display panel 20 on the supporting body 10, and at the same time, not affect the folding or sliding stretching process of the display device 100.
As another realizable embodiment, referring to fig. 12, both ends of the support body 10 in the width direction of the flexible display panel 20 have at least one insertion groove 18, both ends of the flexible display panel 20 in the width direction are located in the insertion grooves 18, and the insertion grooves 18 extend in the length direction of the flexible display panel 20. The use of the caulking groove 18 can restrict the flexible display panel 20 from being detached from the support body 10 without affecting the relative sliding process of the flexible display panel 20 on the support body 10.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a display apparatus, which includes the display device 100, and the display apparatus may be any product or component having a display function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a television, a display, a notebook computer, and a navigator, which is not limited in this embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A display device is characterized by comprising a support body and a flexible display panel, wherein the support body is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged, and the flexible display panel is paved on the first surface; the support body comprises at least two support pieces which are rotatably connected, and at least one support piece comprises a support part and a sliding part which are connected in a sliding manner;
at least one end of the flexible display panel extends to the second surface of the support body and covers at least part of the second surface, and meanwhile, the end of the sliding part is wrapped;
the flexible display panel on the first surface and the flexible display panel on the second surface are mutually transferred under the driving of the sliding part.
2. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the at least two supports include a first support and a second support;
the first support comprises the support part and the sliding part, and the support part of the first support is rotationally connected with the second support; or, the first support piece and the second support piece both comprise the support portion and the sliding portion, and the support portion of the first support piece and the support portion of the second support piece are rotatably connected.
3. The display device according to claim 1, wherein at least one sliding member is provided between the sliding portion and the support portion;
the sliding assembly comprises a slideway arranged on one of the sliding part and the supporting part, and the other of the sliding part and the supporting part slides in a reciprocating manner along the extension direction of the slideway; or, the sliding assembly comprises a slideway arranged on one of the sliding part and the supporting part, and a sliding part arranged on the other of the sliding part and the supporting part, and the sliding part is positioned on the slideway and slides in a reciprocating manner along the extension direction of the slideway;
wherein, the extending direction of the slide way is the length direction of the flexible display panel.

The display device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of locking assemblies are disposed between the sliding portion and the supporting portion, and the plurality of locking assemblies are disposed between the sliding portion and the supporting portion at intervals along a length direction of the flexible display panel;
the locking subassembly is including setting up the sliding part with locking groove on one in the supporting part, and set up sliding part with mounting groove, elastic component and the locking piece on another in the supporting part, the locking piece passes through the elastic component is installed in the mounting groove, the locking piece is in the card is gone into or is deviate from under the drive of elastic component locking groove.
5. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a displacement sensor is provided between the sliding portion and the support portion, the displacement sensor being configured to measure a sliding displacement of the sliding portion with respect to the support portion;
the display device comprises a controller, and the displacement sensor and the drive circuit board of the flexible display panel are electrically connected with the controller.

The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the support portion has a first receiving cavity therein, the first receiving cavity extends along a length direction of the flexible display panel, at least a part of the sliding portion is located in the first receiving cavity and slides back and forth along an extending direction of the first receiving cavity, and an end of the sliding portion protrudes out of the first receiving cavity;
and/or a rolling piece is arranged at the end part of the sliding part, and the flexible display panel is wrapped on the surface of the rolling piece and extends to the second surface of the supporting body while covering at least part of the second surface.
7. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a second accommodating cavity is arranged in the support body, a cavity opening of the second accommodating cavity is located on the second surface, and a winding device is arranged in the second accommodating cavity and has a winding stroke and an unwinding stroke;
at least part of the end part of the flexible display panel positioned on the second surface extends into the second accommodating cavity through the cavity opening of the second accommodating cavity and is accommodated in the winding device;
on the second surface, the surface of the flexible display panel outside the second accommodating cavity is flush with the second surface which is not covered with the flexible display panel.
8. The display device according to claim 7, wherein the flexible display panel comprises a flexible panel body and a flexible traction plate at an end of the flexible panel body, the flexible traction plate having a strength greater than a strength of the flexible panel body;
the flexible traction plate is received in the winding device.
9. A display device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that at least two of the support members are rotatably connected by a damping shaft.
10. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the support portion is fixedly connected to the flexible display panel on the side of the first surface;
or, the support body along the width direction's of flexible display panel both ends have at least one caulking groove, the width direction's of flexible display panel both ends are located in the caulking groove, the caulking groove is followed flexible display panel's length direction extends.
