The design of the support wheel 33 facilitates the use of the secondary brush head 24 and enables the secondary brush head 24 to be cleaned of dust more efficiently.
The supporting wheel 33 can be connected to the far end of the rolling brush 26, when the bottom of the door body is cleaned, the rolling brush 26 penetrates through the bottom of the door body, one end of the rolling brush 26 is located on the other side of the door body, the supporting wheel 33 is connected to the end portion of the rolling brush 26, the supporting wheel 33 plays a supporting role in the end portion of the rolling brush 26, and the supporting wheel 33 is of a rigid structure, so that the end portion of the rolling brush 26 can be located at a fixed height position. Under the supporting action of the suction head 13 and the supporting wheel 33, the rolling brush 26 has certain pressure on the bottom of the door body and forms certain friction force. After the auxiliary brush head 24 is started, the bristles can clean dust at the bottom of the door body more thoroughly.
A bearing 35 is provided at the connecting hole 34 to enable a relative rotation action between the roll brush 26 and the support wheel 33 with a low resistance. So that the supporting wheel 33 does not rotate when the roller brush 26 rotates, and the supporting wheel 33 can rotate on the ground when the suction head 13 moves transversely.
As shown in fig. 7 and 10, a cover plate 38 is provided at the connection port 23, and one side of the cover plate 38 is hinged to the connection port 23. When the auxiliary brush head 24 is not used, the cover plate 38 covers the connection port 23, so that foreign matters can be prevented from entering the housing 14.
As shown in fig. 5 and 10, the cross section of the socket 22 is rectangular, and the cross section of the end of the first transmission shaft 27 is also rectangular; a groove 36 is formed on the inner side of the socket 22, and a protrusion 37 is formed on the outer side of the end of the first transmission shaft 27, and the protrusion 37 is coupled to the groove 36. The socket 22 and the first transmission shaft 27, which have a rectangular structure, allow power to be stably transmitted. The arrangement of the groove 36 and the protrusion 37 enables a stable clamping structure to be formed between the first transmission shaft 27 and the sleeve 21, so that the auxiliary brush head 24 is stable when connected to the suction head 13.
As shown in fig. 2, carbon fiber bristles are disposed on the outer side of the roller brush 15, and are spirally connected to the outer side of the roller brush 15. The roller brush 15 is also provided with flannelette brush hairs on the outside, and the carbon fiber brush hairs and the flannelette brush hairs are matched with each other, so that impurities adsorbed on the ground more closely can be cleaned and absorbed away, and the ground can be cleaned more thoroughly.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the length of the roller brush 15 is 10-20 cm, and the length of the roller brush 26 is 5-10 cm. The length is designed to enable the roller brush 15 and the rolling brush 26 to be matched with each other well, so that the roller brush 15 can suck away impurities brushed by the rolling brush 26 quickly.
