Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
With the rapid development of mobile devices, more and more mail processing work is transferred to mobile devices. When a mail client on a mobile device receives a mail, an attachment in the mail may be downloaded and then opened and edited by a document editing application. After editing, the attachment can be shared by utilizing the mail sharing function in the document editing application program. Specifically, the document editing application will call the mail writing function of the mail client to create a new mail and automatically add the attachment to the mail attachment column.
In the current mail sharing mode, the user is required to manually fill in the addresses of contacts such as a receiver, a sender and the like before sending the mail, so that the user is required to confirm the contact of the mail and the complete mailbox address of the contact by himself, and the efficiency is low.
Although the existing mailbox function provides a plurality of auxiliary functions to help the user fill in the address of the contact person, for example, if the contact person confirmed by the user exists in the address book, part of characters of the name of the contact person can be input, the mailbox can automatically search the address book and pop up a recommendation list; if the user has mail to and from the confirmed contact person, partial characters of the mailbox address of the contact person can be input, and the mailbox automatically pops up a recommended mailbox address list; the user can also click on the added contact directly to jump to the address book for searching. However, all three auxiliary ways require the user to know who the contact person of the newly created mail is, so that the user needs to worry about editing the attachment and remembering the object that the attachment should send at the same time. When the user does not memorize the mailbox address of the contact person and does not construct the association between the name and the mailbox address of the contact person in the address book, the three auxiliary modes are all invalid, the user has to temporarily interrupt the writing of the mail, save the current newly built mail as a draft, reenter the inbox to find the received mail containing the attachment, copy the contact person address in the received mail, and then re-open the draft and paste the copied contact person address to the corresponding position. The mailbox client side at the PC side can be realized by opening a plurality of window interfaces and opening the received mail containing the attachment without closing the newly-built mail interface. Unfortunately, on mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablet computers, the application program usually adopts a single open mode, and cannot open multiple window interfaces at the same time, so that the operation becomes particularly inconvenient and the efficiency is very low.
In this regard, the embodiment of the invention provides a mail contact recommending method. Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a mail contact recommending method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
in step 110, attachment information of the mail to be sent is determined.
Specifically, when the user edits the document stored in the mobile device in the document editing application, a new mail may be created by using the mail sharing function of the document editing application, and the document may be added to an attachment column of the created mail. At this time, the mail newly created by the mail sharing function is the mail to be sent. The attachment information in the mail to be sent may be used to identify an attachment of the mail to be sent, and may specifically be a file name of the attachment, a storage path of the attachment in the mobile device, or the like, which is not limited in particular in the embodiment of the present invention.
Step 120, recommending the contact person to the mail to be sent based on the attachment information of the mail to be sent and the pre-constructed recommendation relationship;
the recommendation relationship is constructed based on the attachment information and the contact address of the received mail, and the recommendation type corresponding to the attachment information and the contact address of the received mail, wherein the recommendation type is determined based on the mail text information of the received mail, and is recommended, not recommended or undetermined.
Specifically, in order to implement contact recommendation, a recommendation relationship needs to be pre-built to build an association relationship between the attachment information and the contact address, so that the contact address associated with the attachment information can be determined based on the attachment information of the mail to be sent, and the contact recommendation is performed on the mail to be sent.
The recommendation relationship can be constructed based on the attachment information and the contact address of the received mail, and the recommendation type corresponding to the attachment information and the contact address of the received mail. Here, the received mail is a history mail that the mail client received before. The recommendation type is recommendation, non-recommendation or undetermined, wherein the recommendation indicates that for certain attachment information, the contact address in the corresponding receiving mail expects to receive the attachment corresponding to the attachment information, so that the attachment information can be used as the contact recommendation; the contact address in the corresponding receiving mail is not recommended to be used for receiving the attachment corresponding to the attachment information, so the mail containing the attachment information should not be sent to the corresponding contact address, and the waiting rule is not recommended to be used for determining whether the contact address in the corresponding receiving mail expects to receive the attachment corresponding to the attachment information.
Whenever a mail client receives a received mail containing an attachment, attachment information and contact addresses of the received mail may be obtained. Then, based on the mail text information of the received mail, the mail content is analyzed, so that whether the received mail needs to reply to the attachment is judged, and the recommended type between the attachment information of the received mail and the contact address is obtained. Here, the mail text information may include a mail subject of the received mail, and/or a mail body. If judging that the received mail needs to reply to the attachment, indicating that the contact person of the received mail expects to receive the attachment corresponding to the attachment information, determining the attachment information of the received mail and the recommendation type corresponding to the contact person address as recommendation; if the received mail is judged to be unnecessary to reply, and the contact person of the received mail is indicated to be unnecessary to receive the attachment corresponding to the attachment information, determining the recommendation type corresponding to the attachment information and the contact person address of the received mail as non-recommendation; if the contact person of the received mail can not be clearly judged whether to expect the reply according to the mail text information of the received mail, determining the attachment information of the received mail and the recommendation type corresponding to the contact person address as undetermined.
For example, after receiving the received mails from the contacts A, B and C and respectively including the attachments att_ A, att _b and att_c, based on the mail text information of each received mail, the recommendation types corresponding to the contact a and the attachment att_a, the recommendation types corresponding to the contact B and the attachment att_b, and the recommendation types corresponding to the contact C and the attachment att_c are respectively determined, and the obtained recommendation relationship may be as follows:
attachment information | Contact addresses | Recommendation type |
The/sdcard/data/attachment att_a | A@**.com | Recommendation |
The/sdcard/data/attachment att_b | B@**.com | Pending |
The/sdcard/data/attachment att_c | C@**.com | Not recommended |
If there are multiple received mails containing the same attachment, the attachment information and the contact address may be combined according to the recommendation types corresponding to the attachment information and the contact address.
After the recommendation relationship is established, if the document edited by the user in the document editing application program is an attachment of a certain previous received mail, that is, the attachment information of the mail to be sent is consistent with the attachment information of a certain received mail in the recommendation relationship, whether to recommend the contact person to the user can be judged according to the attachment information of the received mail in the recommendation relationship and the recommendation type corresponding to the contact person address, and the contact person address with the recommendation type being the recommendation can be pushed to the user for the user to quickly select the contact person address. Specifically, the attachment information of the mail to be sent can be matched with the recommendation relationship to obtain the contact address and the recommendation type corresponding to the attachment information, and the contact recommendation in the corresponding mode is performed according to the different recommendation types. For example, when the recommendation type is recommendation, pushing the contact address to the user in a popup window or the like for selection; when the recommendation type is not recommended, the address of the contact person which is not recommended can be pushed to the user in a popup window or the like for reference.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the recommendation relation is constructed in advance based on the attachment information and the contact address of the received mail and the recommendation type corresponding to the attachment information and the contact address of the received mail, and then the contact is automatically recommended to the mail to be sent based on the attachment information of the mail to be sent and the recommendation relation constructed in advance, so that a user does not need to memorize the contact and the mailbox address of the mail to be sent, and does not need to manually input the contact address, and the efficiency of inputting the contact address by the user is improved.
Based on the above embodiment, the method for determining the recommendation type includes:
determining the attachment type of the received mail and the recommendation type corresponding to the contact address based on the mail text information of the received mail and the attachment type of the received mail and/or the attachment type of the incoming mail and the outgoing mail associated with the contact address of the received mail.
Specifically, for any received mail, the mail text information generally includes whether the mail text information needs to reply to the content of the attachment, so that whether the mail needs to reply to the attachment can be judged based on the semantic information of the mail text information or the keyword in the mail text information, thereby determining and obtaining the recommendation type corresponding to the attachment information and the contact address of the received mail. However, because the language expression mode is very abundant, and the mail text information is mostly short text, it may not be possible to accurately judge whether the received mail needs to reply to the attachment only according to the mail text information. Therefore, on the basis of the mail text information of the received mail, whether the received mail needs to reply to the attachment can be judged together according to the attachment type of the received mail and/or the attachment type of the incoming and outgoing mail associated with the contact address of the received mail, so that the recommendation type corresponding to the attachment information and the contact address is determined.
Wherein the attachment type of the received mail may be classified into an editable document type and other types. If the attachment type of the received mail is an editable document type, such as a type of docx, xlsx, pptx, etc., then it is indicated that the contact receiving the mail may wish the recipient to supplement or modify the attachment content and then reply to the attachment; otherwise, the attachment representing the received mail may not be edited, indicating that the contact receiving the mail may only wish the recipient to know the content of the attachment.
Further, the incoming mail associated with the contact address of the received mail refers to the sender of the received mail, the transcriber, and other incoming mails between the recipients. According to the incoming and outgoing mails associated with the addresses of the contacts receiving the mails, the past mail communication rules among the contacts receiving the mails can be analyzed and known, and the possibility that the contacts receiving the mails need to be replied to the attachment can be presumed. If the incoming and outgoing mail contains an attachment, and the attachment type is a document type, the contact person of the incoming and outgoing mail may need to be replied to the attachment, so that it can be presumed that the contact person receiving the mail may also need to be replied to the attachment to a certain extent. Thus, the attachment information of the received mail and the recommendation type corresponding to the contact address can be determined based on the mail text information of the received mail and the attachment type of the received mail and/or the attachment type of the incoming mail associated with the contact address of the received mail.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, based on the mail text information of the received mail and the attachment type of the received mail and/or the attachment type of the incoming mail and the outgoing mail associated with the contact address of the received mail, the attachment information of the received mail and the recommendation type corresponding to the contact address are determined, so that the accuracy of the recommendation type can be improved, and the accuracy of recipient recommendation can be improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, determining, based on the mail text information of the received mail and the attachment type of the received mail and/or the attachment type of the incoming and outgoing mail associated with the contact address of the received mail, the attachment information of the received mail and the recommendation type corresponding to the contact address specifically includes:
if negative keywords exist in the mail text information of the received mail, determining that the recommendation type is not recommended;
otherwise, determining a recommendation score based on the mail text information of the received mail and the attachment type of the received mail and/or the attachment type of the incoming mail associated with the contact address of the received mail;
based on the recommendation score, a recommendation type is determined.
Specifically, for the received mail in which the mail text information explicitly indicates that the mail does not need to be replied, the recommendation type corresponding to the attachment information and the contact address of the received mail can be directly not recommended. Therefore, a plurality of negative keywords indicating that the mail does not need to be replied, such as "do not reply", "do not need to reply", etc., may be preset, and then keyword matching is performed on the text information of the mail received by the user, and if the matching is successful, that is, the negative keywords exist in the text information of the mail received by the user, the recommendation type is determined to be not recommended. The keyword matching may be a complete matching method, a partial matching method, a word segmentation matching method, or a synonym matching method, which is not limited in detail in the embodiment of the present invention.
If the text information of the mail does not explicitly indicate that the mail does not need to be replied, whether the received mail needs to reply to the attachment or not needs to be further judged. Thus, a recommendation score may be determined based on the mail text information of the received mail and the attachment type of the received mail and/or the attachment type of the incoming and outgoing mail associated with the contact address of the received mail to determine whether the received mail requires an attachment reply to determine the recommendation type. Wherein the recommendation score is used for indicating the possibility that the received mail needs to reply to the attachment. If it is determined that the obtained recommendation score exceeds the preset score threshold according to the mail text information of the received mail and the attachment type of the received mail and/or the attachment type of the incoming mail associated with the contact address of the received mail, it can be inferred that the received mail needs to reply to the attachment is more likely, so that the recommendation type is determined to be recommended, otherwise, it is indicated that whether the received mail needs to reply to the attachment or not cannot be judged according to the current information, so that the recommendation type is determined to be undetermined.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the received mail without reply can be rapidly determined by judging that the negative keyword exists in the mail text information, and the recommendation type is determined to be not recommended, so that the efficiency of determining the recommendation type is improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a recommendation type determining method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, determining a recommendation score based on text information of a mail of a received mail, and an attachment type of the received mail and/or an attachment type of a mail of a contact associated with the received mail, specifically includes:
step 210, keyword matching is performed on the mail text information and preset reply keywords, and recommendation scores are determined.
Specifically, a plurality of reply keywords indicating that the mail needs to be replied are preset, then keyword matching is carried out on the mail text information and the reply keywords, and whether at least one reply keyword exists in the mail text information is judged. Then, a recommendation score is determined based on the matching result. For example, the recommendation score may be set to a first preset score when the degree of matching in the matching result is greater than a preset degree of matching threshold, and otherwise set to 0.
In addition, since the mail text information may include a mail subject and a mail body, and the writing styles of the mail subject and the mail body may be different, corresponding reply keywords may be set for the mail subject and the mail body, respectively. For example, the reply keyword may be set to "receipt", "reply" or "confirm read" for the mail subject, or may be set to "approve", "reply" or "approve" for the mail body. And after the mail subject and the mail text are matched with the corresponding reply keywords by keywords, determining recommendation scores according to the matching results of the mail subject and the mail text. The corresponding initial scores can be determined based on the matching results of the mail subject and the mail text, and then the two initial scores are added to obtain the recommended score. For example, when the matching degree in the matching result of the mail subject is greater than a preset matching degree threshold, determining that the initial score is a second preset score, otherwise, determining that the initial score is 0; and when the matching degree in the matching result of the mail text is larger than a preset matching degree threshold value, determining that the initial score is a third preset score, otherwise, determining that the initial score is 0. Then, the initial scores of the mail subject and the mail body are added as recommendation scores. Wherein the second preset score and the third preset score may be the same.
Step 220, if the attachment type of the received mail is an editable document type and/or the attachment type of the incoming mail associated with the contact address of the received mail is an editable document type, updating the recommendation score.
Specifically, whether the recommendation score needs to be updated may be determined by determining the attachment type of the received mail and/or determining the attachment type of the incoming mail associated with the contact address of the received mail. If the attachment type of the received mail is an editable document type and/or the attachment type of the incoming mail associated with the contact address of the received mail is an editable document type, it indicates that the received mail is more likely to need to reply to the attachment, and therefore the recommendation score needs to be updated.
Wherein, the corresponding update score can be preset for the attachment type of the received mail and/or the attachment type of the incoming mail, so that the recommendation score is updated based on the update score. For example, the recommendation score may be added to the updated score to obtain an updated recommendation score. Here, the attachment type of the received mail and/or the update score corresponding to the attachment type of the incoming mail may be different. For example, in view of the low reliability of the attachment reply necessity derived from the attachment type of the incoming mail, a smaller update score may be set for the attachment type of the incoming mail, while the reliability of the attachment reply necessity derived from the attachment type of the received mail is relatively high, and a larger update score may be set for the attachment type of the received mail, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a recommended address pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, step 120 specifically includes:
step 1211, determining that the recommendation type corresponding to the attachment information of the mail to be sent in the recommendation relationship is a recommended contact address, and using the recommendation type as the recommendation address;
step 1212, generating a recommendation address confirmation hint based on the recommendation address;
and 1213, acquiring recommendation address confirmation information returned by the user based on the recommendation address confirmation prompt, and filling the recommendation address into the contact address of the mail to be sent when the recommendation address confirmation information is yes.
Specifically, matching the attachment information of the mail to be sent with the recommendation relationship to obtain a contact address and a recommendation type corresponding to the attachment information, and selecting a contact address with the recommendation type being recommendation as a recommendation address. Then, a recommendation address confirmation prompt is generated based on the recommendation address and pushed to a mail client interface of the user. The recommended address confirmation prompt is a prompt interface containing a recommended address, which can be displayed on a user interface in a dialog box form, a bubble form or any other prompt form, and the recommended address confirmation prompt also comprises a man-machine interaction interface provided for a user.
Based on the displayed recommendation address confirmation prompt, the user can return recommendation address confirmation information through the man-machine interaction interface. For example, the recommended address confirmation information may be fed back by clicking on the recommended address, or turning off the recommended address confirmation prompt. Here, the recommended address confirmation information may be yes or no, respectively indicating whether the user selects the recommended address as the contact address of the mail to be sent. If the recommended address confirmation information returned by the user is yes, the recommended address is automatically filled into the contact address of the mail to be sent, otherwise, the recommended address confirmation prompt is closed, and the contact address of the mail to be sent is manually input by the user.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 4 is a flowchart of an un-recommended address pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, step 120 specifically includes:
step 1221, determining the filled-in contact addresses of the mail to be sent;
step 1222, if the contact address is not recommended, generating a not recommended address confirmation prompt;
step 1223, obtaining the non-recommended address confirmation information returned by the user based on the non-recommended address confirmation prompt, and deleting the filled contact address when the non-recommended address confirmation information is negative;
The non-recommended address is a contact address of which the recommended type corresponding to the attachment information of the mail to be sent in the recommended relationship is non-recommended.
Specifically, if the user has manually filled in the contact address, the recommendation relationship may be used to perform non-recommendation address prompt, so as to ensure that the mail to be sent is not sent to the wrong object. Thus, the filled-in contact addresses that the user has filled in the mail to be sent are first obtained. And judging whether the contact addresses belong to non-recommended addresses according to the filled contact addresses. The non-recommended address refers to a contact address of which the recommended type corresponding to the attachment information of the mail to be sent in the recommended relationship is non-recommended. Specifically, a contact address and a recommendation type corresponding to the attachment information of the mail to be sent in the recommendation relationship can be obtained, a contact address with a recommendation type not recommended is screened out, and the contact address is compared with the filled contact address to judge whether the filled contact address belongs to the not recommended address.
If the filled contact addresses are not recommended addresses, generating a not recommended address confirmation prompt, and pushing the confirmation prompt to a mail client interface of the user. The non-recommended address confirmation prompt is a prompt interface containing a non-recommended address and is used for prompting a user whether to determine whether to use the non-recommended address as a contact address of a mail to be sent. The non-recommended address confirmation prompt may be presented on the user interface in the form of a dialog box, a bubble, or any other prompt, and the non-recommended address confirmation prompt further includes a human-machine interaction interface provided to the user.
Based on the displayed non-recommended address confirmation prompt, the user can return non-recommended address confirmation information through the man-machine interaction interface. Here, the non-recommended address confirmation information may be yes or no, respectively, indicating whether the user adheres to the filled-in contact address as the contact address of the mail to be sent. If the non-recommended address confirmation information returned by the user is negative, deleting the filled contact addresses.

the attachment information is a storage path of the mail attachment.
Specifically, if the receiving mail needs to be replied to, the contact in replying to the mail may be the sender of the receiving mail, the transcriber, or the contact mentioned in the text information of the mail. Thus, at least one of the sender, the transcriber, and the contact mentioned in the mail text information of the received mail can be used as the contact address when constructing the recommended relationship.
In addition, it is contemplated that a large number of documents may be stored on the mobile device, including downloaded received mail attachments, as well as documents that the user obtains from other means, such as documents that the user manually created. Because the documents may have the phenomenon of renaming, when the recommendation relationship is constructed, the storage path of the attachment of the received mail on the storage device is used as the attachment information, and the documents with the same file name but different sources on the mobile device can be distinguished, so that the user is prevented from making an incorrect recommendation when the mail shares the documents acquired in other modes. When the contact person recommending is carried out on the mail to be sent, the storage address of the mail attachment to be sent is also obtained and used as attachment information, and the contact person address with the recommending type corresponding to the attachment information being recommended or not recommended is searched.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 5 is a flowchart of a mail recipient recommendation method according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, where the method includes:
