Preferably, the brush vibration disc assembly comprises a vibration disc for placing a brush and a driving piece for driving the vibration disc to vibrate, the vibration disc is provided with an annular channel, the width of the annular channel is close to the length of the brush, and when the driving piece drives the vibration disc to vibrate, the brush can be orderly arranged in a certain direction after vibration due to different weights of all parts of the brush.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the cartridge 2 packaging apparatus includes a cartridge opening mechanism 410, a cartridge assembling mechanism 420, and a cartridge packaging mechanism 430, the cartridge opening mechanism 410 is used for opening the cartridge 2 and forming the assembly opening, the cartridge assembling mechanism 420 is used for assembling the semi-finished product into the cartridge 2 from the assembly opening, and the cartridge packaging mechanism 430 is used for covering the assembly opening. Referring to fig. 7, the case assembling mechanism 420 in this embodiment includes a material pushing plate 421 and a driving component 422 for driving the material pushing plate 421 to move, the material pushing plate 421 is used to push the semi-finished product, and the driving component 422 is used to drive the material pushing plate 421 to push the semi-finished product into the case 2 from the assembling opening. The box body packaging mechanism 430 in this embodiment includes a left clamping jaw (not shown in the figure), a right clamping jaw (not shown in the figure), a push plate (not shown in the figure) and a cylinder (not shown in the figure), the left clamping jaw and the right clamping jaw close the hinges on the two sides of the box body 2, the push plate is arranged at the output end of the cylinder, and the cylinder drives the push plate to arrange the box cover on the assembling port.
Referring to fig. 2, 8 and 9, in some embodiments, the box labeling device 500 includes a box 2 turning mechanism (not shown), a box labeling mechanism 510 and a box rotating transfer mechanism 520, wherein the box 2 turning mechanism is used for turning the box 2 to a predetermined position, the box labeling mechanism 510 is used for adding a label on the box 2, and the box 2 rotating transfer mechanism is used for conveying the box 2 to the finished product boxing device 600.

Referring to fig. 9, the box rotating transfer mechanism 520 in this embodiment includes a supporting beam 521, a suction disc 522 and a rotating driving cylinder 530, the supporting beam 521 is disposed above the conveying line 100, the rotating driving cylinder 530 is movably disposed on the supporting beam 521, the suction disc 522 is disposed at an output end of the rotating driving cylinder 530, the rotating driving cylinder 530 can drive the suction disc 522 to rotate, the suction disc 522 is used for sucking the box 2 from the conveying line 100, after the suction disc 522 sucks the box 2, the rotating driving cylinder 530 drives the suction disc 522 to rotate 90 degrees, and the suction disc move along the supporting beam 521 to move the box 2 to the finished product boxing apparatus 600. The cassette 2 can be changed in the placing direction by the cassette rotating transfer mechanism 520, so that the cassette 2 entering the box 3 is placed in a predetermined direction.
Referring to fig. 10, in some embodiments, the finished product boxing apparatus 600 includes a box opening mechanism 610, a finished product assembling mechanism 620 and a box sealing mechanism 630, wherein the box opening mechanism 610 is used for opening the box body 3 and forming the placing opening, the finished product assembling mechanism 620 is used for placing the finished product in the box body 3 from the placing opening, and the box sealing mechanism 630 is used for sealing the placing opening.
Referring to fig. 10, the box opening mechanism 610 in this embodiment includes a storage slot 611 in which a plurality of boxes 3 are placed, a box suction cup 612 for opening the boxes 3 to form a placement opening, and a transfer unit 613 for transferring the opened boxes 3 to the conveyor line 100.
Referring to fig. 10, the finished product boxing apparatus 600 in the present embodiment further includes a box conveying passage 640, and specifically, the box 2 is sucked from the conveying line 100 by the box rotating transfer mechanism 520, turned over by 90 degrees and transferred to the box conveying passage 640, and the finished product assembling mechanism 620 can clamp and place the box 2 on the box conveying passage 640 in the box 3.
The box sealing mechanism 630 in this embodiment includes a cover folding assembly (not shown) for folding the cover into a shape adapted to the placing opening and sealing the placing opening, and a tape attaching assembly (not shown) for attaching a tape to the cover to prevent the cover of the box body 3 in which the box body 2 is installed from being opened.
Referring to fig. 2 and 11, in some embodiments, the box marking device 700 includes a printing mechanism 710, a detaching mechanism 720, and a labeling mechanism 730, wherein the printing mechanism 710 is configured to print a label and peel off a base paper of the label, the detaching mechanism 720 is configured to detach the label after peeling off the base paper, and the labeling mechanism 730 is configured to attach the label after peeling off the base paper to the box 3.
Referring to fig. 11, the detachment mechanism 720 in this embodiment includes an anti-sticking support plate 721, a blowing assembly and a pushing assembly 722, the pushing assembly 722 can drive the anti-sticking support plate 721 to move upward, the anti-sticking support plate 721 is provided with a plurality of blowing holes 7211, the blowing assembly is communicated with the blowing holes 7211 and can blow air into the blowing holes 7211 to space the labels from the anti-sticking support plate 721, so that the labels are moved in a floating manner when being output onto the anti-sticking support plate 721, rather than being moved in a friction manner with the anti-sticking support plate 721, and thus the labels can be prevented from being adhered to the anti-sticking support.
When the labels in this embodiment are printed within 5mm from the output port of the printing mechanism 710, the labels on the anti-sticking supporting plate 721 do not have the base paper, and the pushing assembly 722 pushes the anti-sticking supporting plate 721 to move upwards and can separate the labels on the anti-sticking supporting plate 721 from the labels with the base paper.
Preferably, the anti-sticking supporting plate 721 is made of teflon, so that the anti-sticking effect is good.
Referring to fig. 11, the labeling mechanism 730 in this embodiment includes a moving assembly 731, a suction plate 732 and a negative pressure absorbing member, the moving assembly 731 can drive the suction plate 732 to the anti-sticking supporting plate 721 and the box 3, the negative pressure absorbing member is used to make the bottom surface of the suction plate 732 form a negative pressure, when the suction plate 732 moves to the anti-sticking supporting plate 721, the blowing assembly can blow the label onto the suction plate 732, the negative pressure formed by the negative pressure absorbing member on the bottom surface of the suction plate 732 absorbs the label, and the moving assembly 731 moves the suction plate 732 to the box 3 and attaches the label to the box 3.

Claims (10)

1. Razor automatic packaging line, its characterized in that includes:
the conveying line flows along the preset packaging direction and is used for conveying the workpieces to the preset packaging direction;
the pulp box feeding device is used for conveying the pulp boxes to the conveying line;
an attachment packing device for placing an attachment in the pulp box and forming a semi-finished product;
a box body packaging device used for packaging the semi-finished product into a box body;
the box body labeling device is used for adding labels on the box body and forming a finished product;
the finished product boxing device is used for packaging a plurality of finished products into a box body;
the box body marking device is used for adding a label on the box body;
the paper pulp box loading attachment annex assembly quality box body assembly quality, the box body pastes the mark device, the finished product is gone into the case device and the box is beaten the mark device and is followed it is relative to predetermine the packing direction the transfer chain sets gradually.
2. The automatic shaver packaging line of claim 1, wherein the pulp box feeding device comprises a pulp box feeding mechanism and a pulp box separating mechanism, the pulp box feeding mechanism is used for placing the pulp box, and the pulp box separating mechanism is used for transferring the pulp box from the pulp box feeding mechanism to the conveying line.

The automatic packaging line of shaver according to claim 1, wherein the pulp box distributing mechanism comprises an upper flow passage, a lower flow passage, a driving cylinder, a separating member and a rotating cylinder, the upper flow passage is located above the lower flow passage, the upper flow passage is connected with the pulp box feeding mechanism to receive the pulp boxes on the pulp box feeding mechanism, the lower flow passage is connected with the conveying line to convey the pulp boxes onto the conveying line, an output end of the driving cylinder is in transmission connection with the separating member and can drive the separating member to separate two adjacent pulp boxes on the upper flow passage, and the rotating cylinder is used for conveying the pulp boxes separated by the separating member from the upper flow passage onto the lower flow passage.
4. The automatic razor packaging line of claim 3, wherein the attachment packaging device comprises a brush feeding mechanism for placing a brush at a designated position in the pulp case and an instruction feeding mechanism for placing an instruction at a designated position in the pulp case.

The automatic packaging line for shavers according to claim 4, wherein the cartridge packaging device comprises a cartridge opening mechanism, a cartridge assembling mechanism and a cartridge packaging mechanism, the cartridge opening mechanism is used for opening a cartridge and forming an assembling opening, the cartridge assembling mechanism is used for assembling the semi-finished product into the cartridge from the assembling opening, and the cartridge packaging mechanism is used for sealing the assembling opening.

The automatic packaging line for shavers according to claim 4, wherein the box opening mechanism comprises a storage tank and a suction box opening assembly located below the storage tank, the storage tank is used for placing boxes, the storage tank is provided with a discharge port, and the suction box opening mechanism is used for sucking the boxes from the discharge port and opening the boxes to be placed on the conveying line.

The automatic packaging line for shavers according to claim 3, wherein the box labeling device comprises a box turning mechanism, a box labeling mechanism and a box rotating transfer mechanism, the box turning mechanism is used for turning the box to a preset position, the box labeling mechanism is used for adding labels on the box, and the box rotating transfer mechanism is used for conveying the box to the finished product boxing device.

The automatic packaging line of shavers according to claim 8, wherein the box marking device comprises a printing mechanism, a separating mechanism and a labeling mechanism, the printing mechanism is used for printing and outputting labels, the separating mechanism comprises an anti-sticking support plate, a blowing assembly and a pushing assembly, the pushing assembly can drive the anti-sticking support plate to move upwards, the anti-sticking support plate is provided with a plurality of blowing holes, the blowing assembly is communicated with the blowing holes and can blow air to the blowing holes to separate labels from the anti-sticking support plate, the labeling mechanism comprises a moving assembly, a suction plate and a negative pressure adsorption piece, the moving assembly can drive the suction plate to the anti-sticking support plate and the box body, the negative pressure adsorption piece is used for enabling the bottom surface of the suction plate to form negative pressure, when the suction plate moves to the anti-sticking support plate, the blowing assembly is capable of blowing labels toward the suction plate.

The automatic packaging line for shavers according to claim 1, further comprising an attachment detecting device disposed between the attachment packaging device and the box labeling device opposite to the conveying line, wherein the attachment detecting device is configured to detect whether an attachment in the pulp box meets a predetermined standard, wherein the pulp box meeting the predetermined standard continues to flow along the predetermined packaging direction on the conveying line, and the pulp box not meeting the predetermined standard is transferred to a designated area.
