Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of operation and maintenance management, in particular to an operation and maintenance management system of a secondary operation locking loop.
Background
The power grid system consists of a large number of substations with different voltage grades and power transmission lines among the substations. The transformer substation is a core node for energy aggregation, transmission, distribution and voltage transformation in a power grid system. The transformer substations may be classified into various transformer substations with different voltage levels, such as 1000kV, 750kV, 500kV, 330kV, 220kV, 110kV, 35kV, 10kV, and the like, according to the voltage level. According to different voltage grades connected with the transformer substation, a common transformer substation comprises three voltage grades, and partial transformer substations comprise two voltage grades.
No matter which voltage class is used, equipment in the substation is operated, relevant operation locking regulations must be strictly executed, and if the equipment is operated by mistake, serious consequences such as casualties, equipment damage, explosion, fire and the like can be caused. Therefore, the transformer substations are all designed with operation locking systems, and the key link of operation locking prevention and control, namely operation locking between different modules of equipment and operation locking between different equipment intervals, is realized mainly by electric wiring type locking.
The electric wiring type locking mainly refers to that the position state of the related electric equipment in the interval is converted into the locking of the operation process of the electric equipment through secondary cable connection. And according to the operation locking logic of the equipment to be operated, the position state of the equipment to be operated, which is related to other equipment, is accessed into a control loop of the equipment to be operated by utilizing a secondary control cable, so that the operation locking logic of the equipment is realized. The electric wiring type locking is safe and reliable, and is widely applied to substations of various voltage levels, so that a large number of equipment operation locking loops exist in the secondary loop design of the substations. The operation of most of the devices needs to be associated with the position state information of other related devices as the operation locking condition of the device, so that the secondary operation locking loop of the transformer substation is complicated, and certain difficulty and challenge are brought to the operation management of the secondary loop.
At present, operation and maintenance management of secondary operation locking loops of substation equipment mainly adopts a method of looking up design drawings, and for loops which are incompletely stored in the design drawings or are subjected to multiple times of reconstruction, the drawings cannot accurately represent the secondary operation locking loops, and more depend on experience of secondary operation and maintenance technicians and find the loops on site by using a universal meter and the like. The workload of checking drawings and finding loops on site is large, the time consumption is long, the efficiency is low, the dependence on the personal level of operation and maintenance technicians is large, and certain technical risks exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an operation and maintenance management system for a secondary operation locking loop, which is used for solving the technical problems that the secondary operation loop is complicated and difficult to operate and maintain and the operation and maintenance efficiency is low.

Optionally, the method further comprises: a network security firewall; and the network security firewall is used for carrying out network security detection when accessing the local station equipment operation locking database.
Optionally, the diagnostic module is further configured to issue an alarm signal when the operational closed loop logic of the device is inconsistent with the standard closed loop logic.

The embodiment of the invention provides an operation and maintenance management system for a secondary operation locking loop, which is used for solving the technical problems that the secondary operation loop is complicated and difficult to operate and maintain and the operation and maintenance efficiency is low.

a secondary operation locking database 11, a diagnosis module 12 and an updating modification module 13;
the secondary operation locking database 11 comprises an operation locking standard database 111 and a local station equipment operation locking database 112;
an operational locked criteria database 111 for storing standard locked loop logic;
the local station device operation locking database 112 is used for storing device information of a plurality of preset devices; the device information includes operation locked loop logic;
the diagnostic module 12 is configured to determine whether an operation locked loop logic of the device is consistent with a standard locked loop logic;
the update modification module 13 is used for modifying and updating the operation locking database 112 of the local station.
The operation and maintenance management system of the secondary operation locked loop comprises an operation locked standard database 111 and a local station equipment operation locked database 112, and the diagnosis module 12 is used for comparing the operation locked loop logic in the local station equipment operation locked database 112 with the standard locked loop logic, so that whether the equipment operation locked loop logic has defects or not can be found. The invention also establishes an updating and modifying module 13, which can update the transformation caused by the subsequent extension and modification projects of the transformer substation in time, always keep the current state of the system in the latest state, simplify the drawing management and the circuit investigation work, facilitate the follow-up other workers to master the condition of the secondary operation locked loop, improve the operation and maintenance efficiency and safety, and reduce the hidden danger of the false modification of the secondary loop.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a structural diagram of a secondary operation lock loop operation and maintenance management system according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the devices required to be locked in operation in the substation mainly include two types, namely, a disconnecting switch 15 and an earthing switch 16. In one example, the present invention can distinguish equipment types such as line intervals, main transformer intervals, bus tie intervals, section intervals, bus bar intervals, etc., establish operation lockout data of the disconnecting switch 15 and the grounding switch 16 corresponding to each interval of the total station, and store the operation lockout data in the secondary operation lockout database 11. By establishing the total station equipment secondary operation locking database 11 and establishing complete equipment information, locking logic, schematic diagram, wiring diagram, terminal box diagram and other information, operation and maintenance management can be conveniently carried out on the equipment secondary operation locking loop.
The operation locking standard database 111 is used for storing standard locking loop logic, is an equipment standard locking database established according to the requirements of national, industrial and enterprise standards and specifications on operation locking, corresponds to different types of line intervals, main transformer intervals, bus coupler intervals, subsection intervals, bus bar intervals and the like, and can be used for establishing standard operation locking databases respectively according to different types of isolating switches and grounding switches, wherein the standard operation locking databases comprise a bus bar interval operation locking standard library 1111, a subsection interval operation locking standard library 1112, a bus coupler interval operation locking standard library 1113, a main transformer interval operation locking standard library 1114 and a line interval operation locking standard library 1115. The operational lockout criteria database 111 may be used to compare against actual substation operational lockout logic. When the diagnosis module 12 diagnoses that the logic design of the secondary operation locking loop of the equipment of the transformer substation has operation locking defects, an alarm prompt is sent.
The local station device operation locking database 112 stores device information of a plurality of preset devices, which is embodied by establishing a data sub-item corresponding to each device, and the data mainly includes: 1. basic information 1121 of the device, such as device name, scheduling number, rated voltage, rated current, topological position in an electrical wiring diagram, device usage description, and the like. 2. The operation of the device locks the loop logic 1122, i.e., the state conditions and logical relationships of the associated devices that need to be satisfied while the device is operating. 3. Schematic diagram 1123 of the secondary operation of the device. 4. The wiring diagram 1124 for realizing the secondary operation locking loop of the equipment comprises the cable number, the cable core number, the cable model, the application of other cores in the same cable, the cable laying position information and the like of the branch and closing position state information of each adjacent equipment (a circuit breaker, a disconnecting switch and a grounding switch). 5. And the detailed wiring diagram 1125 of the terminal rows at the two sides of the cable.
In the embodiment of the invention, the two-dimension code information of each device can be generated; the operation and maintenance personnel can access the local station equipment operation locking database through the scanning equipment two-dimension code information, and obtain the equipment information of the equipment from the local station equipment operation locking database.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the device two-dimensional code information of each electrical device may be generated by any two-dimensional code editing and publishing tool, the device two-dimensional code information is directed to an access entry of the device in the device operation lockout database 112 of the local station, and the device information of the device may be obtained from the device operation lockout database 112 of the local station by the two-dimensional code information.
In a specific implementation, the operation and maintenance personnel may scan the two-dimensional code information of the device by using a handheld tool such as a mobile phone or a tablet, that is, may access the data entry information of the device in the local station device operation locking database 112. Under the device data entry, the device basic information 1121, the device operation closed loop logic 1122, the secondary operation closed loop schematic diagram 1123, the secondary operation closed loop wiring diagram 1124, the cable side terminal row wiring detailed diagram 1125, and the like can be displayed. The user can access the corresponding entry information by clicking. When a specific loop is searched, the starting point of the cable can be quickly found according to the cable number and the laying position information on the locking loop wiring diagram 1124 of the secondary operation of the equipment.
Furthermore, the two-dimensional code can be arranged on the label of the cable, and operation and maintenance personnel can scan the two-dimensional code on the cable through the handheld device to quickly browse loop information of each cable core of the cable, terminal numbers connected on two sides and wiring information of adjacent terminals, and can browse the purposes of other cores of the cable.
It should be noted that, besides editing the two-dimensional code of the device and the cable through the two-dimensional code editing and publishing tool, a person skilled in the art may also use any other encoding rule to access the local device operation locking database 112, and the present invention is not limited in this respect.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the diagnostic module 12 is configured to determine whether the operational closed loop logic of the device is consistent with the standard closed loop logic.
Specifically, the present invention establishes an intelligent diagnosis function of the operation locking loop by setting the diagnosis module 12, and can set an intelligent diagnosis button under a display item generated by scanning two-dimensional code information of a device to be operated, wherein the function is to transversely compare the device with the standard locking loop logic of the same-interval and similar devices of the operation locking standard database 111 to find whether the operation locking loop logic of the device has a defect. If some early-built equipment secondary operation locking loops of the transformer substation are not considered to be perfect and have certain defects, the existing defects can be automatically found through the intelligent diagnosis function, and a warning is given out to prompt secondary operation and inspection personnel to look up the actual conditions of the defects and judge whether the loops need to be modified or not.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the update modification module 13 is used to modify and update the local station device operation lockout database 112.
Specifically, the secondary operation locked loop operation and maintenance management system of the present invention is further provided with an update and modification module 13, so that after a newly-built substation is put into operation, the local station equipment operation locked database 112 can be updated according to the working content of the extension and modification projects after the transformer substation is put into operation, the extended equipment information is added, the modified loop content is repaired, and the like, so that the database information can reflect the latest current situation of the current transformer substation.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, a network security firewall can be arranged; when the operation and maintenance personnel access the local station equipment operation locking database 112, network security detection can be carried out.
As shown in fig. 3, the network security firewall may be disposed between the two-dimensional code access entry and the secondary operation blocking database, and the network security policy is configured to meet the data security management requirement of the power system.

5. The system of claim 4, wherein the secondary operational closed loop wiring diagram includes cable number, cable core number, cable model, cable core usage, and cable lay location information.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the device comprises a disconnector and a grounding switch.
7. The system of claim 1, further comprising: a network security firewall; and the network security firewall is used for carrying out network security detection when accessing the local station equipment operation locking database.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the diagnostic module is further configured to issue an alarm signal when the operational closed loop logic of the device is inconsistent with the standard closed loop logic.
