Background
The hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition experiments are mainly used for detecting the antibody level in serum, can be used for judging the immune effect of a human or an animal after vaccine injection, and can also be used for judging the infection state. The dust-proof door can be controlled to open and close by using the control circuit board. Specifically, an initial position, namely an open door position, is determined by a photoelectric sensor; the motor drives the blood coagulation board to slide along a fixed track through the screw rod, and the stop position, namely the door closing position, is determined according to the set inclination angle.
Further, if the dust-proof door is not installed on the device, the upper end of the light source is provided with a preferable light barrier.

the upper end of the box body is provided with a dust blocking door 8 which can horizontally slide back and forth relative to the direction of the light source 1;
the high-definition industrial camera 9 is arranged in the box body corresponding to the blood coagulation board adapter 2, when the blood coagulation board adapter 2 inclines downwards along the adapter slide rail 7, the lens of the high-definition industrial camera 9 can be aligned to the position of the bottom tray of the blood coagulation board adapter 2, and the axis of the high-definition industrial camera 9 is vertical to the plane of the blood coagulation board adapter 2 after the lens inclines to the right position;
the device also comprises a control circuit board, wherein the control circuit board controls the inclination and the reset of the blood coagulation board adapter 2, the opening and the closing of the light source 1, the image capture and the image preprocessing; the image preprocessing comprises image single-hole segmentation, binarization processing, tear drop length and wave crest parameter calculation; the control circuit can also control the opening and closing of the dust-proof door 8 through a photoelectric sensor;
the device also comprises a power supply module which supplies power for all the circuits.

As shown in FIG. 6, the photographs of the blood coagulation plates and the processing flow thereof obtained by the present invention can clearly grasp the flow state of the sample when the blood coagulation plates are tilted in place, and further data processing can be performed.
