Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an organ pad bag and a liquid charging and discharging device, which at least solve the problem that in the prior art, when an abdominal cavity operation is performed, a suspension device is adopted to lift an organ or a surgical instrument is directly adopted to support the organ, so that the organ is easily damaged.

Specifically, two opposite side walls form a certain included angle, and the other two pairs of opposite side walls are parallel to each other; each edge of the wedge hexahedron structure is of an arc fillet structure. In order to keep the organ stable after being padded up and prevent the organ from sliding, further, the three adjacent side walls of the main balloon body 10 are all provided with the convex balloons 30, that is, one side wall in each thickness direction is provided with the convex balloon 30, and the convex balloons 30 are communicated with the inner cavity of the main balloon body 10 so that the convex balloons 30 and the main balloon body 10 are synchronously inflated.

In the operation process, the placing direction of the main capsule body 10 is selected according to the height of the organ to be padded and the shape of the organ; when the main bag body 10 and the convex bags 30 are fully expanded, the end parts of the convex bags 30 facing the upper side wall are propped against the lower part of the organ, and liquid substances are filled in the main bag body 10 and the convex bags 30, so that certain deformation can be generated, and the organ cannot be damaged. The organ is generally in an irregular curved surface structure, and the central part below the organ protrudes downwards more, so that after the organ is supported by each convex capsule 30, each convex capsule 30 close to the central part is pressed down more, and each convex capsule 30 close to the edge part is pressed down less, namely, the deformation of each convex capsule 30 close to the central part is larger, and the deformation of each convex capsule 30 close to the edge part is smaller, so that the organ is effectively prevented from sliding outwards, and the stability of the organ is kept.
In order to flexibly adjust the orientation of the main balloon body 10 as required in the operation process, furthermore, the pulling sheets 40 are arranged on the six side walls of the main balloon body 10, the pulling sheets 40 are flexible solid structures, and the pulling sheets 40 can be pressed down when the organ is cushioned, so that the cushioning of the organ cannot be influenced. The operator can clamp the corresponding pulling sheet 40 by holding the clamp so as to adjust the orientation and the angle of the main bag body 10, and the pulling sheet 40 is of a solid structure and cannot be damaged by clamping.
According to a second embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a fluid charging and discharging device, as shown in fig. 3, for use in cooperation with the organ mattress of the above-described embodiment, the fluid charging and discharging device being connected to the fluid charging tube 20 of the organ mattress so as to charge a predetermined fluid into the main bladder body 10 and each of the convex bladders 30 of the organ mattress through the fluid charging tube 20.
Specifically, the liquid charging and discharging device includes a liquid storage tank 50, a liquid charging pump 60 and a liquid pumping pump 70, the liquid storage tank 50 is used for storing preset liquid, and the preset liquid in this embodiment may be normal saline or other liquid that does not harm human body; the liquid charging pump 60 and the liquid drawing pump 70 are both arranged in the liquid storage tank 50, the liquid charging pump 60 and the liquid drawing pump 70 are connected with the liquid charging pipe 20 of the organ cushion bag through a connecting pipe 80, the connecting pipe 80 is a three-way pipe, two branch pipes of the connecting pipe 80 are correspondingly connected with the liquid charging pump 60 and the liquid drawing pump 70, and the other branch pipe is connected with the liquid charging pipe 20; the two branch pipes connected to the priming pump 60 and the drawing pump 70 are provided with electromagnetic valves 90, and the two electromagnetic valves 90 are not opened at the same time. When the operation is started, the liquid filling pump 60 is operated, and the corresponding electromagnetic valve 90 is opened, so that the preset liquid is filled into the main bag body 10 and each of the convex bags 30 through the connecting pipe 80 and the liquid filling pipe 20, so that the main bag body 10 and each of the convex bags 30 are completely expanded, and the corresponding organ is padded up; after the operation is completed, the fluid pump 70 starts to operate, and the corresponding solenoid valve 90 is opened, so as to draw the predetermined fluid in the main bladder body 10 and each of the protruding bladders 30 back into the fluid reservoir 50, so that the main bladder body 10 and each of the protruding bladders 30 are restored to the contracted state, thereby facilitating the main bladder body 10 and each of the protruding bladders 30 to be taken out from the abdominal cavity through the operation incision.
In addition, in order to realize automatic control of the whole liquid filling and drawing process, further, the liquid filling and drawing device of the embodiment further includes a controller 100 and a display screen 110, wherein the controller 100 is connected with the liquid filling pump 60, the liquid drawing pump 70 and the two electromagnetic valves 90 to control the opening and closing of the liquid filling pump 60, the liquid drawing pump 70 and the two electromagnetic valves 90; the controller 100 is connected to the display screen 110 to display the operating status parameters of the priming pump 60, the aspiration pump 70 and the two solenoid valves 90 on the display screen 110. Secondly, in order to control the pressure in the main bladder 10, as shown in fig. 4, a pressure sensor 120 is further disposed in the main bladder 10, a wireless communication module is disposed on the pressure sensor 120, and correspondingly, a corresponding wireless communication module is also disposed on the controller 100, optionally, the wireless communication module is a bluetooth communication module, the pressure sensor 120 transmits the pressure in the main bladder 10 to the controller 100 in real time through the wireless communication module, so that the filling pressure can be preset during the filling process into the main bladder 10, and when the pressure in the main bladder 10 reaches the set filling pressure, the controller 100 automatically controls the liquid filling pump 60 to close and stop filling, thereby avoiding the main bladder 10 from being burst. Meanwhile, the pressure of the main capsule 10 can be accurately controlled, and the lifting height of the organ can be controlled by controlling the pressure in the main capsule 10.
By adopting the organ pad bag, the organs blocking the operation sight and the instrument operation space can be padded up in the abdominal cavity operation process, the normal operation of the operation is ensured, and meanwhile, the organs cannot be extruded, so that the organs are protected; meanwhile, the relative position of the operation organ can be flexibly adjusted, and the difficulty of properly fixing the visceral organs under the laparoscope is solved.

one end of the liquid charging pipe (20) is communicated with the main bag body (10), and the other end of the liquid charging pipe (20) is used for being connected with a liquid charging and discharging device;
wherein, when the liquid filling and discharging device is operated, the preset liquid is filled into the main balloon (10) through the liquid filling pipe (20) so that the main balloon (10) is fully expanded to prop up the organ to a preset position or the preset liquid in the main balloon (10) is pumped out to restore the main balloon (10) to a contracted state;
the main bladder (10) is of a wedge-shaped hexahedral structure in the fully expanded state; the three adjacent side walls of the main bag body (10) are provided with a plurality of convex bags (30), the convex bags (30) on each side wall are arranged in a plurality of rows at intervals; the inner cavities of the convex bag (30) and the main bag body (10) are communicated with each other so that the convex bag (30) and the main bag body (10) are synchronously inflated.
2. The organ mattress of claim 1, wherein the raised bladders (30) are of cylindrical configuration and have spherical configuration at their ends in a fully inflated state.
3. The organ mattress of claim 1, wherein the main bladder body (10) is provided with pull tabs (40) on six side walls, the pull tabs (40) being of a flexible solid construction.
