The mobile sorting device is n robots with the functions of grabbing, transporting and placing, n is a positive integer larger than 1, and a one-to-one identification mode is formed between the robots and goods with RFID radio frequency tags.
An intelligent warehouse distribution method, comprising the steps of:
s1: processing the goods picking information according to the fixed sorting processing device, forming goods picking data according to the order, and performing sorting operation by adopting a sorting machine;
s2: performing RFID radio frequency information labeling on the sorted goods through a sorting information processing device;

s4: and each intelligent robot establishes one-to-one relation with the goods according to the RFID radio frequency information and conveys the goods to the classification crossing.
In the S4, time limitation exists in the process of establishing one-to-one contact and carrying out transportation, the robot control command is stopped after the time limitation is exceeded, and meanwhile, the RFID radio frequency information contained in the robot and the goods are reset in the control center.
After any goods in the step S3 establish contact with the robot, the radio frequency information contained in the goods will not establish contact with other robots.
The step S1 of processing the picking information is to collect the goods data by the storage reader.

When the system and the method of the invention are used specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the following steps are carried out in sequence:
1. before the sorting operation is started, the sorting information is processed, and the logistics sorting operation should form the sorting information according to the sorting order output by the order processing system, and then the sorting operation is performed. Adopt sorting machine automatic sorting parcel, improve the letter sorting accuracy.
2. The information about the goods and the classification information is input into the automatic control system through an automatic classification information input device.
3. The automatic sorting system controls the intelligent robot by utilizing the computer control center technology, automatically processes the goods and the classification information, forms a data instruction and transmits the data instruction to the sorting operation machinery.
4. The intelligent robot is used for automatically sorting and picking the goods by utilizing automatic identification devices such as an RFID (radio frequency identification) technology and the like, when the goods are moved to the conveyor through the transplanting device, the goods are moved to the classification system through the conveying system, and the classification crossing discharging device pushes out the express goods to be classified according to the preset classification requirement to finish the sorting operation.
The system provided by the invention relies on the technical advantages of RFID, has the technical advantages of realizing remote acquisition of goods information and utilizing RFID to carry out real-time information acquisition on each operation link, and ensures that an enterprise can timely and accurately master the stock state; the system can realize the management of goods crossing prevention by acquiring the goods data through the storage reader-writer; when the distribution time exceeds the required time, the system automatically alarms and reminds to prevent the production line from stopping; the system software platform adopts an open platform architecture and can be well in butt joint with enterprise ERP, SAP and WMS systems.
The invention can continuously sort goods in large batch. Because of adopting the assembly line automatic operation mode used in the large-scale production, the automatic sorting system is not limited by climate, time, human physical power and the like, and can continuously run, and simultaneously, because the automatic sorting system has more sorting pieces in unit time, the sorting capacity of the automatic sorting robot is more than 100 hours, 7000 packaged goods can be sorted in each hour, if the automatic sorting system uses manpower, only 150 packaged goods can be sorted in each hour, and meanwhile, sorting personnel can not continuously work for 8 hours under the labor intensity.
The sorting error rate is extremely low. The sorting error rate of the automatic sorting system control robot is mainly determined by the accuracy of the input sorting information, which is also determined by the input mechanism of the sorting information, if the input is carried out by a manual keyboard or a voice recognition mode, the error rate is more than 3 percent, and if an RFID electronic tag is adopted, no error is caused. Therefore, the current trend in automated sorting systems is to use RFID technology to identify goods.
The sorting operation is basically unmanned. One of the purposes of establishing the automatic sorting system is to reduce the use of personnel, reduce the labor intensity of the personnel and improve the use efficiency of the personnel, so the automatic sorting system can reduce the use of the personnel to a limited extent and basically achieve no humanization.
