Abstract
The invention discloses a combined tool for disassembling and assembling a clamping spring of an isolating switch, which comprises: the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate are matched with the upper end and the lower end of the isolating switch guide rod in a sleeved mode, pull rods are arranged between the two ends of the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate, and the two pull rods are fixed through nuts; the upper positioning pin and the lower positioning pin are matched with the positioning holes in the upper end and the lower end of the isolating switch guide rod; and the lower pressing ring and the upper pressing ring are sleeved on the isolating switch guide rod. The clamping spring is fixed on the isolating switch push-pull rod through a shaft pin and a pressing ring and is in a compressed state. The clamping spring is not assembled and disassembled properly, and releases energy, so that personnel injury and component damage are easily caused.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the main structure of the combined tool for dismounting and mounting the clamping spring of the disconnecting switch is two upper pressing plates 8 and lower pressing plates 10 which have the same structural shape and are both rectangular thick plate structures, the middle position of the combined tool is provided with the opening structure which is a special-shaped through hole, and the left side and the right side of the combined tool are provided with circular through holes. The diameter of the circular through hole is slightly larger than the maximum outer diameter of the pull rod 9; the opposite sex through-hole is circular and the superimposed structure of rectangular rectangle mutually, and the diameter of its circular through-hole slightly is greater than the biggest external diameter of isolator guide arm 1, the length and the width of rectangular rectangle structure slightly are greater than the projection size of upper portion locating pin 2 along the Z axle. The pull rod 9 is of a cylindrical structure, a base is arranged at the bottom of the pull rod, and threads matched with the nut 7 are arranged at the upper part of the pull rod. The pull rods 9 are two through holes which respectively pass through the left side and the right side of the pressing plate 8, the two pressing plates 8 are combined into a mouth-shaped structure, and the mouth-shaped structure is fixed by the nuts 7.
The isolator spring assembly's that needs dismantle clamping spring 4 suit is in the outside of isolator guide arm 1, is provided with upper portion clamping ring 3 above it, upper portion clamping ring 3 is ring type structure, and its inside through-hole slightly is greater than the external diameter of guide arm 1. An upper positioning pin 2 is arranged above the upper pressing ring 3, and the upper positioning pin 2 is a pin-like structure penetrating through the guide rod 1 and used for limiting the relative position of the upper pressing ring 3 and the guide rod 1. And a lower pressing ring 5 and a lower positioning pin 6 which have the same structure are arranged below the clamping spring 4, and the clamping spring 4 can only contract outside the guide rod 1 limited by the upper pressing ring 3 and the lower pressing ring 5 under the action of the structure.
The steps of dismantling the clamping spring when the assembly is used on site are as follows:
firstly, assembling the nut 7, the pull rod 9, the upper pressure plate 8 and the lower pressure plate 10 to form a mouth-shaped structure. The disconnecting switch spring assembly to be disassembled is placed in the middle of the mouth-shaped structure, and the upper pressing plate 8 and the lower pressing plate 10 are sleeved at the upper end and the lower end of the disconnecting switch guide rod 1, as shown in fig. 1.
The second step is that: the nut 7 is slowly tightened so that the nut 7 on the tie rod 9 moves downward, so that the distance between the upper press plate 8 and the lower press plate 10 is gradually reduced. When the upper pressing plate 8 and the lower pressing plate 10 are in contact with the upper pressing ring 3 and the lower pressing ring 5, the distance between the upper pressing ring 3 and the lower pressing ring 5 is gradually reduced, and the compression amount is further reduced after the clamping spring 4 is stressed.
The third step: when the upper positioning pin 2 and the lower positioning pin 6 leak from the special-shaped holes of the pressure plate 8, the upper positioning pin 2 and the lower positioning pin 6 are removed from the disconnecting switch guide rod 1.
The fourth step: the nut 7 is slowly loosened, the nut 7 on the pull rod 9 moves upwards, and the distance between the upper pressing plate 8 and the lower pressing plate 10 is gradually increased. When the distance between the upper pressing plate 8 and the lower pressing plate 10 is increased until the clamping springs 4 completely release energy, the upper pressing ring 3 and the lower pressing ring 5 are not stressed any more. Loosening the nut 7 from the tie rod 9, removing the upper press plate 8 and the lower press plate 10, removing the upper press ring 3, and finally removing the clamping spring 4.
The transfer-matching steps of the clamping spring are as follows:
firstly, a lower pressing plate 10 is arranged on a guide rod 1 of the isolating switch, and pull rods 9 are assembled on two sides of the lower pressing plate 10. A lower pressing ring 5, a clamp spring 4 and an upper pressing ring 3 are sleeved on the isolating switch guide rod 1 in sequence. The top press plate 8 is mounted while the nut 7 is mounted.
In the second step, the nut 7 is slowly tightened, the nut 7 on the pull rod 9 moves downwards, and the distance between the upper pressing plate 8 and the lower pressing plate 10 is gradually reduced. When the distance between upper press plate 8 and lower press plate 10 is reduced to the extent that isolator guide 1 leaks out of the positioning holes of upper positioning pin 2 and lower positioning pin 6, nut 7 stops being tightened.
And thirdly, mounting the upper positioning pin 2 and the lower positioning pin 6 on the guide rod 1 of the isolating switch.
And fourthly, slowly loosening the nut 7, moving the nut 7 on the pull rod 9 upwards, and gradually increasing the distance between the upper pressing plate 8 and the lower pressing plate 10. When the upper press ring 3 is contacted with the positioning pin 2 and the lower press ring 5 is contacted with the positioning pin 6, the clamping spring 4 is installed in place. The nut 7 is loosened and the nut 7 is removed from the pull rod 9. And removing the upper pressing plate 8, the lower pressing plate 10 and the pull rod 9.

the upper positioning pin and the lower positioning pin are matched with the positioning holes in the upper end and the lower end of the isolating switch guide rod;
the lower compression ring and the upper compression ring are sleeved on the isolating switch guide rod;
and the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate are provided with hole structures which are convenient for the upper positioning pin and the lower positioning pin to pass through.

The combination tool for disassembling and assembling the clamping spring of the disconnecting switch according to claim 1, wherein the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate are both of rectangular thick plate structures, the opening structure is formed in the middle position of the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate, the opening structure is a special-shaped through hole, and circular through holes are formed in the left side and the right side of the opening structure; the diameter of the circular through hole is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the pull rod.
