Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for detecting a display effect of a display device according to the present application.
The method for detecting the display effect of the display device specifically comprises the following steps:
s110: the edge of the display area of the display device is subjected to light blocking processing.
In this step, the display device needs to be first lighted, so that the display device emits light normally. The display device may be an electronic device such as a mobile phone or a tablet, or may be a display panel such as a liquid crystal display panel, an LED display panel, or an Oled display panel.
When the display device is turned on, the display device may be enabled to display a preset screen, for example, a solid-color screen such as a white screen, a red screen, a blue screen, a green screen, or a gray screen, or a color screen having a preset pattern may be provided.
And then performing light blocking treatment on the edge of the display area.
Wherein, the light blocking member is arranged at the edge of the display area, so that the light blocking treatment is carried out on the edge of the display area. For example, the black shading adhesive can be stuck on the edge of the display area; or the light blocking plate cover with the opening in the middle can be arranged on one side of the light emitting surface of the display device, and the opening in the middle of the light blocking plate can be arranged in the middle area of the display area, so that the effect of shading the edge of the display area can be achieved; alternatively, in other embodiments, the edge of the display area of the display device may be subjected to light blocking treatment by providing a light blocking film or light blocking ink at the edge of the display area, which is not limited herein.
S120: and judging the luminous effect of the area which is not subjected to light blocking treatment of the display area.
After the light blocking processing is completed on the edge of the display area, the judgment of the light emitting effect of the area which is not subjected to the light blocking processing of the display area can be further recognized according to the display image of the area which is not subjected to the light blocking processing of the display area.
Wherein, the detection device can be adopted to acquire the display image of the area which is not subjected to light blocking treatment, and then the detection device is adopted to identify the display image, so that the judgment of the luminous effect is carried out on the area which is not subjected to light blocking treatment.
In other embodiments, the light emission effect determination may be performed on the area of the display area that is not subjected to the light blocking process, based on the display screen of the area that is not subjected to the light blocking process, by using a manual determination method.
S130: if the unblocked area of the display area is judged to have the preset abnormality, determining that the preset abnormality is the abnormality with the first abnormality degree.
In this step, if it is determined that the area of the display area that is not blocked has the preset abnormality, the preset abnormality may be determined to be an abnormality having the first degree of abnormality. Wherein an abnormality of a first degree of abnormality may refer to a more pronounced abnormality.
Therefore, by shading the edge of the display area of the display device, when the detection device detects the aging abnormality of the edge area of the display screen, the problem of abnormal detection caused by inconsistent detection results of the detection device and time sense of personnel can be avoided.
In the scheme of the application, the light blocking member can be arranged at the edge of the display area so as to perform light blocking treatment on the edge of the display area, wherein the abnormality degree of the preset abnormality can be further judged according to different areas of the light blocking member entering the display area.
Further, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating another embodiment of a method for detecting a display effect of a display device according to the present application.
In this step, the edge of the display area may be masked by using different light-blocking members, so as to further determine the degree of abnormality of the preset abnormality in the display area.
The detection method in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s210: and carrying out first light blocking treatment on the edge of the display area of the display device by adopting the second light blocking piece.
Also, in this step, the second light blocking member may be used to improve an edge region of a display region of the display device, thereby performing the first light blocking process on the edge of the display region. In the step, the area of the second light blocking piece entering the display area is not less than 0.5% of the area of the display area; and the area of the second light blocking piece entering the display area is not more than 1% of the area of the display area. Wherein. The area of the second light blocking member entering the display area may be set to 0.5%, 0.75% or 1% of the area of the display area.
S220: and judging the luminous effect of the area which is not subjected to light blocking treatment of the display area so as to determine whether the preset abnormality exists or not.
In this step, similarly, after the first light blocking process is performed on the edge of the display area, the light emitting effect determination may be performed on the area of the display area that is not subjected to the light blocking process according to the display image of the area of the display area that is not subjected to the light blocking process.
S230: if the area which is not subjected to light blocking treatment of the display area is judged to be free of preset abnormality, the display device is determined to display the free of abnormality.
S240: if the area of the display area which is not subjected to light blocking treatment is judged to have the preset abnormality, the display device is determined to display the abnormality, and the preset abnormality is further judged.
In this step, if it is determined that the area of the display area that is not processed by the light blocking process has a preset abnormality, the process may go to step S250 to further determine the abnormality degree of the display device.
S250: and carrying out secondary light blocking treatment on the edge of the display area of the display device by adopting the first light blocking piece.
In this step, the first light blocking member cover may be directly provided on a side of the second light blocking member facing away from the display device, or the second light blocking member may be removed from the surface of the display device, so that the first light blocking member cover is provided on the light emitting surface of the display device.
The first light blocking member can be also arranged at the edge of the display area of the display device in a covering manner, so that the display area of the display device is subjected to light blocking treatment for the second time. The area of the first light blocking member entering the display area is not more than 5% of the area of the display area. In this step, the area of the first light blocking member entering the display area needs to be set larger than the area of the second light blocking member entering the display area. Therefore, the area of the first light blocking member entering the display area also needs to be set to be greater than 1% of the area of the display area.
S260: it is determined whether an area of the display area that is not light-blocked has a preset abnormality.
In the step, if it is determined that the area of the display area which is not processed by the light blocking has the preset abnormality, the process goes to step S270; if it is determined that the area of the display area that is not light-blocked does not have the preset abnormality, the process goes to step S280.
S270: if the area of the display area which is not blocked by the first light blocking member is blocked, determining that the preset abnormality is the abnormality with the first abnormality degree.
In this step, if the area of the display area that is not blocked by the first light blocking member is broken, the preset abnormality is determined to be an abnormality having the first abnormality degree. When the abnormality degree of the preset abnormality is the first abnormality degree, it may be stated that the preset abnormality in the display device is a more obvious abnormality.
S280: if the area of the display area which is not blocked by the first light blocking member is not provided with the preset abnormality, determining that the preset abnormality is the abnormality with the second abnormality degree.
If the area of the display area which is not blocked by the first light blocking member is not provided with the preset abnormality, determining that the preset abnormality is the abnormality with the second abnormality degree. When the degree of abnormality of the preset abnormality is the second degree of abnormality, it may be described that the preset abnormality in the display device is a slight abnormality.
Wherein the abnormality of the second degree of abnormality is a more slight abnormality than the abnormality of the first degree of abnormality.
In the above embodiment, the middle areas of the first light blocking member and the second light blocking member may be provided with openings, and any one side of each opening may be parallel to the edge of the display area opposite to the opening. That is, the shape of the opening of the middle region of the first light blocking member and the second light blocking member may be set to match the shape of the outer contour of the display region.
Therefore, the annular edge of the outer contour of the display area can be annularly covered by the first light blocking piece and the second light blocking piece, so that light blocking processing can be carried out on all areas of the edge of the display area.
