Abstract
The invention discloses a walking type multipurpose large-scale shaft derrick which comprises a movable door type derrick, wherein two sides of the movable door type derrick are respectively connected with a support winch set through load supporting arms, the bottoms of two sides of the movable door type derrick are provided with derrick walking mechanisms, the lower end of the support winch set is connected with a linear bearing beam through a cable device, the lower end of the linear bearing beam is connected with a lifting device, the lower part of the lifting device is sequentially connected with a water cage head and a driving drill rod, the lower part of the driving drill rod is connected with a tray, and a turntable is arranged on a sealing beam; the water cage head is connected with a slurry outlet pipe. The lower part of the winch group is supported and walks through the sealing vehicle walking mechanism, and the sealing vehicle walking mechanism is matched with the sealing vehicle track to walk, so that the bearing pressure of the derrick walking mechanism of the movable door type derrick is reduced, and the supporting performance of the derrick is improved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the invention can load 1300T under the drilling construction state and 600T under the maintenance drilling tool walking state; the derrick can realize multiple purposes, saves the construction cost and improves the utilization efficiency of equipment. The bearing capacity can be improved through the addition of the load supporting arm, the weight of the whole portal frame is greatly reduced, the cost is saved, and the installation difficulty is reduced. The derrick traveling mechanism and the derrick track as well as the sealing vehicle traveling mechanism and the sealing vehicle track are arranged by adopting a traveling type design, so that the derrick can freely move on the track, the derrick is not required to be fixedly installed at a wellhead, the construction time of a wellhead foundation is not occupied, and the construction period is effectively shortened.

It should be noted that the derrick travelling mechanism of the movable door type derrick of the embodiment is matched with the derrick track, and the movable door type derrick can be limited by the lock catch, and can be driven to travel by releasing the lock catch; in addition, the load capacity of the movable door type derrick is effectively improved through the load supporting arms, and the bearing capacity is improved.
