Technical Field

Background
In LTE-R systems, railway users currently place a need to differentiate between different business applications to provide services. For example, a driving schedule voice takes a different application priority than other schedule voices.
In the LTE-R system, a network side may distinguish different types of services according to the service type provided when a terminal initiates a service, but for different service applications of the same type, it is not possible to distinguish application priority levels to provide services.
The inventor discovers that in the process of implementing the invention: when a User Equipment (UE) in an existing LTE-R system supports multiple Service applications as a mission-critical Service (MC Service) client, a specific Service application type cannot be accurately identified and notified to a network side when a Service is initiated, and accordingly, an MC Service server cannot differentiate Service applications to establish corresponding dedicated bearers for the Service.

In practical applications, the mapping relationship is pre-stored in a network side, such as a configuration management server. Preferably, the network side may utilize an application priority cell of a newly added service to carry the mapping relationship in a key task service user configuration (MC service user profile) data, so as to send the mapping relationship to the UE. When the UE is accessed to the system, the UE serves as a configuration management client to send a configuration request for acquiring a key task service user to a configuration management server on a network side;

Further, in order to ensure the accuracy of the mapping relationship stored on the UE side, when the mapping relationship in the network side changes, the UE needs to be notified to perform corresponding update, which is specifically as follows:
