Fig. 4 shows a drawer assembly 1 with a roller 118 structure, as shown in fig. 4, a roller 118 structure capable of swinging at a certain angle by using a motor 116 is added in a drawer body 100, the swinging angle of the roller 118 is between 30 ° and 120 ° (the angle is too small to drive the food material 2 to turn over, and too large angle can cause ultraviolet light to be blocked by the roller 118 and not reach the surface of the food material 2), a plurality of through holes 120 are formed in the roller 118, an opening is also formed above the roller 118, the ultraviolet light can irradiate the surface of the food material 2 through the opening and the through holes 120, and the opening can be used for taking and placing the food material 2.
As shown in fig. 5, the food material 2 (e.g. apple, orange, tomato, etc.) can be slowly turned over by using the drum 118 structure, thereby avoiding mechanical damage, increasing the light receiving area, and improving the degradation efficiency of pesticide residue.
In summary, several drawer assemblies 1 in this embodiment have the following advantages: the food material 2 is slowly turned over within a certain time, so that the light receiving area of the food material 2 is increased, the degradation efficiency of pesticide residues is improved, and the pesticide residues on the surface of the food material 2 are degraded more uniformly; the turning range of the food material 2 is small, so that the mechanical damage caused by turning can be avoided.
The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail in the above with reference to the attached drawings, and through the technical scheme of the invention, the food materials are effectively turned or rolled, so that all parts on the surface of the food materials can be irradiated by light, the light receiving area of the food materials is greatly increased, and the degradation efficiency of pesticide residues on the surface of the food materials is improved.
