Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in the present embodiment, the first end of the movable plate 105 is close to the bottom wall 123 and the rear wall 127, the second end of the movable plate 105 is close to the rear wall 127 and the top wall 125 when the movable plate 105 is located at the first position, and the second end of the movable plate 105 is close to the middle of the opening 133 when the movable plate 105 is located at the second position. Specifically, two end portions of the first end of the movable plate 105 are respectively pivoted to the positions of the first side wall 129 and the second side wall 131 close to the bottom wall 123 and the rear wall 127, and when the movable plate 105 is located at the first position, the second end of the movable plate 105 is close to the rear wall 127 and the top wall 125, for example, is disposed close to the rear wall 127; when the movable plate 105 is located at the second position, the second end of the movable plate 105 rotates around the first end to gradually approach the opening 133 and finally stays at the middle position of the opening 133 to divide the storage space 169 into two parts, so as to prevent a child from entering the storage space 169. Of course, in other embodiments, the first end of the movable plate 105 may be disposed near the top wall 125 and the rear wall 127, or the first end of the movable plate 105 may be disposed near the top wall 125 and the opening 133, or the first end of the movable plate 105 may be disposed near the bottom wall 123 and the opening 133; alternatively, the first end of the movable plate 105 may be pivotally connected to the rear wall 127, and the first end of the movable plate 105 is adjacent to the top wall 125 and the first side wall 129; alternatively, the first end of the movable plate 105 is adjacent to the bottom wall 123 and the first side wall 129; even, two sides of the first end of the movable plate 105 may be respectively pivoted to the top wall 125 and the bottom wall 123, and the first end of the movable plate 105 is close to the rear wall 127 and the first side wall 129, or the first end of the movable plate 105 is close to the opening 133 and the first side wall 129, so that the storage space 169 is divided into two parts when the movable plate is located at the second position, and the volume of each part of the space is insufficient to accommodate children, so that children can be prevented from entering the storage space 169, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In detail, the first side wall 129 and the second side wall 131 of the box 103 are both provided with a first limiting portion 137 and a second limiting portion 139. And along the fore-and-aft direction, the first position-limiting portion 137 and the second position-limiting portion 139 are both located between the first end of the movable plate 105 and the opening 133, wherein the second position-limiting portion 139 is disposed near the opening 133, and the first position-limiting portion 137 is disposed near the rear wall 127. Meanwhile, in the vertical direction, the second limiting portion 139 and the first limiting portion 137 are both located above the first end of the movable plate 105, and the first limiting portion 137 is located above the second limiting portion 139; when the movable plate 105 is located at the first position, the movable plate 105 abuts against the first limiting portion 137, and when the movable plate 105 is located at the second position, the movable plate 105 abuts against the second limiting portion 139. Through the arrangement of the first limiting portion 137 and the second limiting portion 139, the movable plate 105 always has a tendency of moving to the second position under the action of self gravity, so that when no object exists in the box body 103, the movable plate 105 can move to the second position to divide the storage space 169 into two parts, thereby preventing a child from entering, and when the object is placed in the storage space 169, the movable plate 105 only needs to be manually lifted, and the movable plate 105 can be pushed to the first position along with the entry of the object into the storage space 169. Of course, in other embodiments, the first limiting portion 137 and the second limiting portion 139 may be disposed below the first end of the movable plate 105, and the first limiting portion 137 is located below the second limiting portion 139, so that the movable plate 105 can move to the second position under its own weight to prevent the child from entering, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Preferably, two first elastic members may be further disposed in the box 103 according to requirements, and the two first elastic members are respectively connected between the movable plate 105 and the first side wall 129 of the box 103 and between the movable plate 105 and the second side wall 131 of the box 103, and the first elastic members are configured to make the movable plate 105 always have a tendency to move toward the second position, so as to ensure that the movable plate 105 can move to the second position when there is no article in the storage space 169, thereby more effectively preventing a child from entering.
Referring to fig. 3 to fig. 6 again, in the present embodiment, a first long groove 141 is formed on the first side wall 129 of the box 103, a second long groove 143 is correspondingly formed on the second side wall 131 of the box 103, the first long groove 141 and the second long groove 143 both extend along the moving direction of the movable plate 105, the first limiting portion 137 and the second limiting portion 139 disposed on the first side wall 129 are respectively an end of the first long groove 141 close to the rear wall 127 and an end of the first long groove 141 close to the opening 133, and the first limiting portion 137 and the second limiting portion 139 disposed on the second side wall 131 are respectively an end of the second long groove 143 close to the rear wall 127 and an end of the second long groove 143 close to the opening 133. Correspondingly, a first protrusion 117 is disposed at an end of the second end of the movable plate 105 close to the first side wall 129, a second protrusion 119 is disposed at an end of the second end of the movable plate 105 close to the second side wall 131, the first protrusion 117 is inserted into the first long groove 141, and the second protrusion 119 is inserted into the second long groove 143, so that the second end of the movable plate 105 can stably move along the extending tracks of the first long groove 141 and the second long groove 143, and can be limited by the first limiting portion 137 and the second limiting portion 139, so that the movable plate can more stably move to the second position abutting against the second limiting portion 139, thereby preventing the child from entering.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the first long groove 141 and the second long groove 143 are both arc grooves, and the first long groove 141 and the second long groove 143 are both arcs less than or equal to 1/4 of a circle, and a circle center of the arc grooves is located on a rotation axis of the movable plate 105, so that heights of the first limiting portion 137 and the second limiting portion 139 of the first long groove 141 and the second long groove 143 relative to the bottom wall 123 are gradually reduced in a direction from the first limiting portion 137 to the second limiting portion 139, which is beneficial for the movable plate 105 to move to a second position abutting against the second limiting portion 139, so as to divide the storage space 169 into two parts, thereby preventing children from entering. Of course, in other embodiments, the first elongated slot 141 and the second elongated slot 143 may also be provided as straight slots, such as an inclined slot that extends from the rear wall 127 to the opening 133 and inclines downward, and the embodiment is not limited.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6 again, in the present embodiment, the limiting component is disposed outside the box 103, so that a child is not likely to touch the limiting component, and the movable plate 105 located at the second position is prevented from being accidentally unlocked by the child.
In detail, the limiting assembly includes two limiting members 145 and two pivoting shafts 147, wherein one of the limiting members 145 is pivoted to the first sidewall 129 of the box 103 through one pivoting shaft 147, the other of the limiting members 145 is pivoted to the second sidewall 131 of the box 103 through the other pivoting shaft 147, and both of the two limiting members 145 have a blocking position and an avoiding position, and when the two limiting members 145 are located at the blocking position, both of the limiting members 145 are located on a moving path of the movable plate 105 for blocking the movable plate 105 located at the second position from moving to the first position, so as to prevent the movable plate 105 from being pushed to the first position when a child wants to enter the storage space 169, and thus the movable plate 105 can be stably located at the second position to prevent the child from completely entering. Similarly, when the two position-limiting members 145 are located at the avoiding position, the two position-limiting members 145 both exit the moving path of the movable plate 105, so that the movable plate 105 can move between the first position and the second position, so as to facilitate the user to store or take the article. Of course, in other embodiments, the limiting component may include only one limiting member 145 and one pivoting shaft 147, and only one limiting member 145 is pivoted to the first side wall 129 or the second side wall 131 through the pivoting shaft 147; or, in other embodiments, the limiting component can be two hooks or two slots according to requirements. One clamping hook and one clamping groove are in a group, one clamping hook is arranged on the box body 103, the other clamping hook is correspondingly arranged on the movable plate 105, so that when the movable plate 105 moves to the second position, the clamping hook is clamped with the clamping groove to limit the movable plate 105 to the second position, children are prevented from entering the clamping groove, and when articles are placed in the storage space 169, the clamping hook is manually pulled to be separated from the clamping groove, and the movable plate 105 can be driven to move to the first position.
Specifically, one ends of the two limiting members 145 close to the top wall 125 of the box 103 are respectively pivoted to the first side wall 129 and the second side wall 131 of the box 103 through the pivot shaft 147, and the other ends of the two limiting members 145 hang down freely. When the movable plate 105 rotates from the first position to the second position, the movable plate 105 can push the limiting member 145 located at the blocking position to rotate to the avoiding position, and since the limiting member 145 always has a tendency to rotate to the blocking position under the action of its own gravity, when the movable plate 105 moves to the second position, the limiting member 145 rotates to the blocking position under the action of its own weight, so that the movable plate 105 is blocked and stabilized at the second position.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the limiting assembly may further include two second elastic members, the two second elastic members are respectively connected between the first side wall 129 and the second side wall 131 of the box 103 and the corresponding limiting members 145, and are respectively used for enabling the corresponding limiting members 145 to always have a tendency of rotating towards the blocking position, so as to further ensure that the movable plate 105 is stably located at the second position, and prevent a child from entering.
Further preferably, the limiting assembly further includes two blocking members 149, the two blocking members 149 are respectively disposed on the first sidewall 129 and the second sidewall 131 of the box 103, and the two blocking members 149 are both located on the rotation path of the limiting member 145 at the corresponding position, when the limiting member 145 rotates from the avoiding position to the blocking position, the limiting member 145 abuts against the corresponding blocking member 149, and the blocking members 149 prevent the limiting member 145 from continuing to rotate, so as to prevent a child from pushing the movable plate 105 from the second position to the first position, thereby ensuring that the movable plate 105 is stably located at the second position, preventing the child from entering, and ensuring the safety of the storage cabinet 100.
The blocking member 149 is a threaded sleeve riveted to the case 103, and in other embodiments, the blocking member 149 may have a plate-like or block-like structure, which is not limited in this embodiment. It should be noted that the number of the blocking members 149 is equal to the number of the limiting members 145, and the positions are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, and when the number of the limiting members 145 is one, the number of the blocking members 149 is also one.
Referring to fig. 4 to fig. 6 again, in the present embodiment, the position-limiting element 145 specifically includes a first plate 151 and a second plate 153 connected at an angle. The top end of the first plate 151 is pivotally connected to the box 103 via the pivot shaft 147, when the stopper 145 is located at the blocking position, the first plate 151 is located on a path of the movable plate 105 moving from the first position to the second position, the second plate 153 is located on a path of the movable plate 105 moving from the second position to the first position, and when the stopper 145 moves from the avoiding position to the blocking position, the first plate 151 abuts against the stopper 149. Through the arrangement, when no article exists in the storage space 169, the movable plate 105 can move from the first position to the second position under the action of the self-gravity or the elastic force of the first elastic member, and the movable plate 105 can abut against the first plate 151 of the limiting member 145 located at the blocking position and overcome the self-gravity of the limiting member 145 or the elastic force of the second elastic member to drive the limiting member 145 to rotate around the pivot shaft 147 to the avoiding position; when the movable plate 105 moves to the second position and is separated from the limiting member 145, the limiting member 145 moves to the blocking position under the action of its own weight or the elastic force of the second elastic member, so that when a child tries to enter the storage space 169 and pushes the movable plate 105 toward the first position, the movable plate 105 can abut against the second plate 153 of the limiting member 145 located at the blocking position, and the first plate 151 of the limiting member 145 can abut against the blocking member 149, so that the blocking member 149 limits the limiting member 145 to continue rotating, and the limiting member 145 limits the movable plate 105 at the second position, thereby preventing the child from entering the box 103. In this embodiment, when the limiting member 145 is located at the blocking position, the blocking member 149 abuts against the first plate 151. Of course, in other embodiments, the blocking member 149 may be spaced apart from the first plate 151 when the limiting member 145 is in the blocking position. The limiting member 145 is only required to block the movable plate 105 from moving from the second position to the first position, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
FIG. 7 is a second schematic structural view of a first storage compartment 101 of the storage cabinet 100 according to the present embodiment; fig. 8 is a partial schematic structural view of a first storage box 101 of the storage cabinet 100 according to the embodiment. Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the openings 171 are disposed on the upper portions of the first side wall 129 and the second side wall 131, and the openings 171 are opposite to the ends of the position-limiting members 145 near the top wall 125. When placing an object in the storage space 169 of the first storage box 101, a user can manually push the stopper 145 to the avoiding position through the opening 171, and simultaneously lift the movable plate 105 to rotate the movable plate 105 from the second position to the first position, so that the storage space 169 is vacated, and the object can completely enter the storage space 169, and at the moment, the movable plate 105 rests on the object under the action of self gravity to achieve stability. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the opening 171 is specifically disposed on the upper portion of the first sidewall 129, so that it is not easily accessible to a child, thereby reducing the risk of the child unlocking the movable plate 105. Also, the shape of the opening 171 is specifically selected to be rectangular to facilitate safe operation by the user. Of course, in other embodiments, the shape of the opening 171 may be a circle, which is sufficient to apply a force to the limiting member 145 through the opening 171, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
FIG. 9 is a schematic view of another first storage compartment 101 of the storage cabinet 100 according to the present embodiment; fig. 10 is a partial enlarged view of the point I in fig. 9. Referring to fig. 7 to 8, in the present embodiment, no matter what structure of the movable plate 105 is adopted, the movable plate 105 may be disposed such that the upper surface thereof is opposite to the top wall 125 and the lower surface thereof is opposite to the bottom wall 123, that is, the movable plate 105 is substantially parallel to the top wall 125 and the bottom wall 123, the front end of the movable plate 105 is disposed adjacent to the opening 133, and the rear end of the movable plate 105 is disposed adjacent to the rear wall 127.
In addition, in this embodiment, the left and right ends of the movable plate 105 are still provided with the first protrusion 117 and the second protrusion 119, the first sidewall 129 is still provided with the first long groove 141, the second sidewall 131 is correspondingly provided with the second long groove 143, and the first long groove 141 and the second long groove 143 are both extended along the vertical direction, so that the first protrusion 117 and the second protrusion 119 are respectively inserted into and slidably engaged with the first sidewall 129 and the second sidewall 131. It should be noted that the first long groove 141 and the second long groove 143 both extend from the top wall 125 of the box 103 to the middle positions of the first side wall 129 and the second side wall 131, so that a first limiting portion 137 is formed at the top end of the first long groove 141 and the second long groove 143, a second limiting portion 139 is formed at the bottom end of the first long groove 141 and the second long groove 143, the movable plate 105 always has a tendency to move toward the second position under the action of its own weight, when the movable plate 105 is located at the first position, the movable plate 105 is close to the top wall 125, when the movable plate 105 is located at the second position, the movable plate 105 moves to abut against the second limiting portion 139, the front end of the movable plate 105 is close to the middle of the opening 133, the movable plate 105 just divides the storage space 169 into two parts, and each part cannot allow a child to enter, so that the child can be effectively prevented from entering the storage space 169. Of course, in other embodiments, the movable plate 105 may also be disposed at an included angle with the bottom wall 123 or the top wall 125, so that the movable plate can separate the storage space 169 into two parts when abutting against the second limiting portion 139, which is not limited in this embodiment. Of course, in other embodiments, the first long groove 141 and the second long groove 143 extend from the bottom wall 123 of the box 103 to the middle positions of the first side wall 129 and the second side wall 131, the top ends of the first long groove 141 and the second long groove 143 form the second limiting portion 139, the bottom ends of the first long groove 141 and the second long groove 143 form the first limiting portion 137, the first elastic member is connected between the movable plate 105 and the box 103, the movable plate 105 always has a tendency to move to the second position under the action of the first elastic member, when the movable plate 105 is located at the first position, the movable plate 105 is close to the bottom wall 123, at this time, the object can be directly placed on the bottom wall 123, when the movable plate 105 is located at the second position, the movable plate 105 moves to be abutted to the second limiting portion 139, the front end of the movable plate 105 is close to the middle of the opening 133, the movable plate 105 divides the storage space 169 into two parts, and each part cannot allow the child to enter.
Correspondingly, the stopper 145 is also slidably connected to the housing 103 and can move between the retracted position and the blocking position in the horizontal direction. The stopper 145 has a guide surface 161 and a blocking surface 163 which are sequentially provided in the vertical direction, and when the stopper 145 is located at the blocking position, the guide surface 161 is located on a path along which the movable plate 105 moves from the first position to the second position, and the guide surface 161 is provided at an angle to the vertical direction so that the movable plate 105 moving from the first position to the second position can abut against the guide surface 161 and the stopper 145 can be driven to slide to the escape position; the blocking surface 163 is located on the path of the movable plate 105 moving from the second position to the first position, and the blocking surface 163 extends along the horizontal direction to prevent the movable plate 105 from moving further to the first position, so as to ensure the stability of the movable plate 105 located at the second position, thereby preventing the child from entering the storage space 169.
In detail, the limiting component further includes a pressing part 155, a mounting part 157, and a limiting member 145. The mounting member 157 is fixedly connected to the first side wall 129 or the second side wall 131, extends in the horizontal direction, and has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The pressing portion 155 is located below the mounting member 157, the pressing portion 155 is also substantially rectangular and extends in the vertical direction, and the pressing portion 155 is movably inserted into the mounting member 157 and can move in the vertical direction relative to the mounting member 157 under the action of an external force. The limiting member 145 is slidably disposed on the mounting member 157, and can slide between a blocking position and an avoiding position relative to the mounting member 157 along the horizontal direction, the limiting member 145 can always have a tendency of sliding toward the blocking position under the action of the third elastic member, the upper end of the pressing portion 155 has a first inclined surface, the limiting member 145 is correspondingly provided with a second inclined surface, the first inclined surface is matched with the second lower surface, and when the pressing portion 155 is pushed upward, the limiting member 145 can slide to the avoiding position. The limiting member 145 further includes a guide surface 161 and a blocking surface 163, the blocking surface 163 prevents the movable plate 105 from moving from the second position to the first position to prevent a child from entering the storage space 169, and when the movable plate 105 moves from the first position to the second position, the first protrusion 117 or the second protrusion 119 can abut against the guide surface 161 and drive the limiting member 145 to slide to the avoiding position. Of course, in other embodiments, the pressing portion 155 and the mounting portion 157 may be connected by a rotation connection or other movable fit, and the embodiment is not limited.
The operation of the storage cabinet 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail as follows:
when the storage cabinet 100 is used for storing articles, the first storage box 101 or the second storage box 165 can be selected according to the volume of the articles, the first storage box 101 can be selected if the volume of the articles is large, and the second storage box 165 can be selected if the volume of the articles is small. After the articles are put into the first storage box 101 or the second storage box 165 at the corresponding positions, the door 135 at the corresponding positions may be closed, and similarly, when the articles are taken, the door 135 may be opened to take the articles at the corresponding positions.
When the articles in the first storage box 101 are taken away, the movable plate 105 in the box body 103 can move from the first position to the second position under the action of the self gravity, and the movable plate 105 can abut against the limiting member 145 located at the blocking position and drive the limiting member 145 to move to the avoiding position; when the movable plate 105 moves to the second position and is separated from the limiting member 145, the limiting member 145 moves to the blocking position under the action of its own weight or external force. If the child forgets to close the door 135 of the first storage compartment 101 after removing the article and tries to enter the storage space 169, when the child pushes the movable plate 105, the movable plate 105 can abut against the second plate 153 of the position-limiting member 145, and the position-limiting member 145 can abut against the blocking member 149, so that the movement of the position-limiting member 145 is further stopped, and the movable plate 105 is stably limited at the second position to prevent the child from entering the storage space 169.
In the above process, the storage cabinet 100 is provided with the movable plate 105, so that when there is no article in the storage space 169, the movable plate 105 is located at the second position and is limited at the second position by the limiting component, so that the movable plate 105 is located on the path for the child to enter the storage space 169, and further, when the door 135 is forgotten to be closed, the movable plate 105 can prevent the child from entering the storage space 169, thereby improving the safety of the storage cabinet 100.
In summary, the storage cabinet 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is provided with the movable plate 105, so that when the movable plate 105 is located at the second position, the movable plate 105 is located on the path for the child to enter the storage space 169, and thus the movable plate 105 can prevent the child from entering the storage space 169 when the door 135 is forgotten to be closed, thereby improving the safety of the storage cabinet 100.

the first storage box comprises a box body, a box door, a lockset, a movable plate and a limiting assembly;
the box body comprises a storage space with an opening; the box door is movably connected with the box body and is used for opening or closing the opening; the lock is arranged on one of the box body and the box door and is used for locking the box door at a position for closing the opening; the movable plate is movably arranged in the storage space and provided with a first position and a second position, when the movable plate is located at the first position, the storage space can contain articles placed in the storage space through the opening, when the movable plate is located at the second position, the end part of the movable plate is close to the middle part of the opening and is located on a motion path of a child entering the storage space through the opening, so that the child is prevented from entering the storage space, and the movable plate always has a tendency of moving towards the second position; the limiting assembly is arranged on the box body and used for preventing the movable plate from leaving the second position.
2. The storage cabinet of claim 1, wherein:
when the movable plate is located at the second position, the end part of the movable plate divides the storage space into at least two parts.
3. The storage cabinet of claim 1, wherein:
the first end of the movable plate is pivoted with the box body, the second end of the movable plate can rotate around the first end to move between the first position and the second position, and when the movable plate is located at the second position, the movable plate is obliquely located in the storage space to prevent children from entering the storage space.

the box body comprises a bottom wall, a top wall, a rear wall, a first side wall and a second side wall; the bottom wall is used for supporting articles, the top wall is arranged at intervals with the bottom wall along the vertical direction, the rear wall is connected between the top wall and the bottom wall and is opposite to the opening, and the first side wall and the second side wall are opposite and arranged at intervals and are connected between the bottom wall and the top wall;
the first end of the movable plate is close to the bottom wall and the rear wall, when the movable plate is located at the first position, the second end of the movable plate is close to the rear wall and the top wall, and when the movable plate is located at the second position, the second end of the movable plate is close to the open middle.
5. The storage cabinet of claim 4, wherein:
a first limiting part and a second limiting part are arranged on the box body at intervals;
