Abstract
The invention provides a method for collecting and baking returned tobacco in a high-altitude tobacco area, which solves the technical problems that the returned tobacco in the high-altitude tobacco area is difficult to yellow and dehydrate, browning is easy to occur when dry leaves are fixed in color, and the quality of baked tobacco leaves is poor when the conventional baking method is applied to baking in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: (1) harvesting; (2) loading cigarettes; (3) a yellowing temperature stabilizing section; (4) a color fixing section; (5) and when the tobacco leaves are dried to reach the drying degree of the leaf 2/3, continuing heating to raise the temperature so that the dry bulb temperature reaches 48-50 ℃ and is kept at the temperature, and stabilizing the wet bulb temperature at 38-40 ℃ until the main vein of the tobacco leaves in the full kang is completely dry, and finishing the baking of the tobacco leaves. According to the method for collecting and baking the returned tobacco in the high-altitude tobacco area, the tobacco leaves are easy to yellow and dehydrate; and can avoid browning of dry tobacco leaves during color fixing, avoid steaming or vinasse pieces, and improve the quality of the baked tobacco leaves.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a tobacco leaf baking method, in particular to a method for collecting and baking returned tobacco in a high-altitude tobacco area.
Background
The green-returning tobacco is that the tobacco leaves are influenced by rainfall, so that the mature and yellow tobacco leaves are turned green and tender. The high-altitude tobacco zone green returning tobacco is characterized in that the moisture content in tobacco leaves is increased compared with normal tobacco leaves; secondly, the content is changed, the chlorophyll content is high, the carbohydrate content such as starch is reduced, and the protein is increased; third, the veins are thick, the leaves are thick, and the tissue structure is compact.
When the tobacco leaves are baked, the tobacco leaves are difficult to yellow and dehydrate, the dry leaves are easy to brown when the color is fixed, the tobacco leaves are not easy to bake, and the grade of the tobacco leaves is not good when the existing baking method is applied to baking.
The applicant has found that the prior art has at least the following technical problems:
1. when the return green tobacco in the high-altitude tobacco area is baked by the existing baking method, yellowing and dehydration are difficult, browning is easy to occur when dry leaves are subjected to color fixing, the quality grade of the baked tobacco leaves is not good, and the baked tobacco leaves are easy to have grains and the like, so that the use value is lost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for collecting and baking returned tobacco in a high-altitude tobacco area, which aims to solve the technical problems that the returned tobacco in the high-altitude tobacco area is difficult to yellow and dehydrate when being baked by the conventional baking method, the dried tobacco is easy to brown when being fixed in color, the baked tobacco is poor in grade, and the baked tobacco is easy to have grains and the like so as to lose use value. The technical effects that can be produced by the preferred technical scheme in the technical schemes provided by the invention are described in detail in the following.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a method for collecting and roasting returned tobacco in a high-altitude tobacco area, which comprises the following steps:
(1) harvesting
When the weather is clear, the tobacco leaves are harvested when the tobacco leaves show yellow and mature characteristics again under the conditions of sunlight illumination and ventilation; when the weather is in continuous overcast and rainy days, the tobacco leaves are in the risk of being dried by water, and then the tobacco leaves are immediately harvested;
(2) cigarette package
When the tobacco leaves are loaded into the kang, the distance between the rods for loading the kang is 25-30 cm; the kang should be held that the tobacco should be thin and not thick, and the amount of the tobacco filled into the kang is 8 of the normal amount of the tobacco filled into the kang and is required to be uniform;
(3) yellowing temperature stabilizing section
Immediately heating to make the dry bulb temperature reach 39-40 ℃ after the tobacco is filled, and keeping the temperature, and simultaneously keeping the difference between the dry bulb temperature and the wet bulb temperature at 3-4 ℃ until the tobacco leaves are completely yellow;
(4) colour fixing segment
When the tobacco leaves are completely yellowed, the tobacco leaves are continuously heated and slowly heated to ensure that the dry bulb temperature reaches 42-48 ℃ and is kept at the temperature, and the wet bulb temperature is stabilized at 36-38 ℃ until the drying degree of the tobacco leaves reaches 2/3 for drying;
(5) and when the tobacco leaves are dried to reach the drying degree of the leaf 2/3, continuing heating to raise the temperature so that the dry bulb temperature reaches 48-50 ℃ and is kept at the temperature, and stabilizing the wet bulb temperature at 38-40 ℃ until the main vein of the tobacco leaves in the full kang is completely dry, and finishing the baking of the tobacco leaves.
Further, in the step (3), in the process of heating to enable the temperature of the dry balls to reach 39-40 ℃, the temperature is raised at a speed of 1 ℃ for 1-2 hours.
Further, in the step (4), when the temperature of the dry bulb is less than 42 ℃, the temperature is increased at a rate of 1 ℃ for 3-4 hours.
Further, in the step (4), when the temperature of the dry bulb is 42-48 ℃, the temperature is raised at a speed of 1 ℃ for 2-3 hours.
Based on the technical scheme, the embodiment of the invention can at least produce the following technical effects:
according to the method for collecting and baking the returned green tobacco in the high-altitude tobacco area, the proper collecting time is grasped during collection, so that the quality of the tobacco leaves can be ensured, and the method is a basic factor for obtaining a higher grade of the baked tobacco leaves; during the tobacco loading, a mode of being suitable for being thin and not suitable for being thick is adopted, and the moisture of the tobacco leaves is favorably removed in the later baking step; in the yellowing and temperature stabilizing section, the temperature of the dry bulb is increased to 39-40 ℃, and the temperature of the yellowing and temperature stabilizing section is properly increased, so that the dehydration and yellowing of the tobacco leaves can be accelerated, and the yellowing and dehydration of the tobacco leaves are simple; in the color fixing section, the slow temperature rising rate prolongs the baking time in the stage, can avoid browning of dry leaves during color fixing, and can avoid steaming or vinasse pieces, thereby improving the grade of baked tobacco leaves.
