In order to solve the problem of poor data readability caused by the fact that the existing monitoring system directly displays monitored data to monitoring personnel, the embodiment of the invention provides a visual page screen projection method. The method is applied to a visual data display system, and the visual data display system can comprise a data interface subsystem, a visual page configuration subsystem and a visual page screen projection subsystem. The data interface subsystem acquires data to be processed from the information system, the visual page configuration subsystem performs visual configuration on a preset visual page according to the data to be processed and the category of the data to be processed to obtain a visual page to be projected, and the visual page projection subsystem projects the visual page to be projected to a preset container page when receiving a screen projection instruction.
By adopting the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the visual configuration is carried out on the preset visual page according to the to-be-processed data acquired from the information system and the category of the to-be-processed data to obtain the visual page to be projected, so that the visual page to be projected is projected into the preset container page, and the visual page to be projected obtained by configuration is displayed to monitoring personnel. Compared with the prior art, through the visual configuration process, the data to be processed are displayed for monitoring personnel in various visual modes, the data to be processed are not directly displayed for the monitoring personnel, the display modes of the data are enriched, and the readability of the data is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the data interface subsystem, the visual page configuration subsystem, and the visual page screen projection subsystem may be integrated in the same hardware device, that is, the visual data display system is a hardware device. The data interface subsystem, the visual page configuration subsystem and the visual page screen projection subsystem can also be distributed in different hardware devices, namely the visual data display system comprises a plurality of hardware devices. Here, the data interface subsystem, the visualized page configuration subsystem, and the visualized page screen projection subsystem are not particularly limited.
The following examples illustrate the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a first flowchart of a visual page screen projection method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method is applied to a visual data display system, and the visual data display system comprises a data interface subsystem, a visual page configuration subsystem and a visual page screen projection subsystem. The method specifically comprises the following steps.
And step S101, the data interface subsystem acquires data to be processed from the information system.
In this step, different categories of data may be included in different information systems. The data interface subsystem can obtain corresponding data from different information as data to be processed.
In an optional embodiment, when the to-be-processed data is acquired, the data interface subsystem may send a data acquisition request to the information system. After receiving the data acquisition request, the information system sends the corresponding data to the data interface subsystem. And the data interface subsystem receives data sent by the information system as data to be processed.
In another optional embodiment, when the to-be-processed data is acquired, after the information system generates the data, the generated data may be sent to the data interface subsystem. And the data interface subsystem receives data sent by the information system as data to be processed. For example, the information system is the monitoring system, and the information system monitors the monitored area in real time to obtain monitoring data. After the information system generates the monitoring data, the monitoring data may be sent to the data interface subsystem. And the data interface subsystem determines the received monitoring data as data to be processed.
The data interface subsystem may include various types of data interfaces. For example, the data interface in the data interface subsystem includes, but is not limited to, a HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) interface, a socket interface, a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) interface, a Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) interface, and an Object linking and Embedding for Process Control (OPC) interface. Java is a scripting language, and OPC is a standard for establishing an interface for communication between applications of an industrial control system, and establishing a uniform data access specification between industrial control equipment and control software. Here, the data interface included in the data interface subsystem is not particularly limited.
Each data to be processed has a corresponding category. For example, if the data to be processed is the monitoring data, the type of the data to be processed may be video data. For another example, if the data to be processed is personal information of a manufacturer, such as job number, contact information, etc., the category of the data to be processed is personal information. Here, the classification of the data to be processed is not particularly limited.
In an optional embodiment, after the data interface subsystem acquires the to-be-processed data, the to-be-processed data may be stored in a preset storage space.
And S102, carrying out visual configuration on a preset visual page by a visual page configuration subsystem according to the data to be processed and the category of the data to be processed to obtain the visual page to be projected.
In this step, the visualization page configuration subsystem may perform visualization configuration on the page menu of the preset visualization page and the page content included in each page menu according to each acquired data to be processed and the category of each data to be processed, so as to obtain the visualization page to be projected. For a specific method of visualization configuration, see the description below, and not specifically described herein.
And S103, when the visual page screen projecting subsystem receives a screen projecting instruction, projecting the visual page to be projected to a preset container page.
In this step, the visual page screen projection subsystem may detect whether a screen projection instruction for the visual page to be screen projected is received. When the screen projection instruction is received, the visual page screen projection subsystem can project the visual page to be projected into a preset container page.
In an optional embodiment, the preset container page may be generated in advance by the visual page screen projecting subsystem, or may be generated by the visual page screen projecting subsystem based on a received screen projecting instruction. The generation time of the preset container page is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset container page is integrated in the visual page screen projection subsystem. The preset container page can be displayed on the visual page to be projected through hardware equipment such as a projector and a spliced screen.
In an optional embodiment, in the step S102, the visual configuration is performed on the preset visual page according to the data to be processed and the category of the data to be processed, so as to obtain the visual page to be projected.
Step one, configuring a page menu according to the hierarchical relation of the data types in the data to be processed.
In this step, the visualization page configuration subsystem may determine page menu information according to a hierarchical relationship between data categories corresponding to each piece of data to be processed, so as to configure a page menu based on the page menu information. The page menu information may include one or more of the number of page menus, a hierarchical order of each page menu, and an arrangement order of each page menu.
The hierarchical relationship of the data categories in the data to be processed can be expressed as the hierarchical order and/or the arrangement order among different categories of data. The above-mentioned page menu information may be expressed as: the visualization page configuration subsystem determines the number of page menus included in the preset visualization page according to the number of types corresponding to the data, for example, 5 data types corresponding to the data to be processed exist, and the visualization page configuration subsystem may determine 5 page menus included in the preset visualization page. Moreover, the visualization page configuration subsystem can determine the hierarchical order and the arrangement order of the page menus according to the hierarchical relationship among the data categories. That is, the hierarchical order and the arrangement order of the page menus are matched with the hierarchical order and the arrangement order between each data category.
For convenience of understanding, the configuration process of the page menu is described by taking the data to be processed as the monitoring data in the enterprise pipeline production process as an example. This assembly line includes 3 production steps, that is, step 1, step 2, and step 3. Step 1 includes step 1.1 and step 1.2. The monitoring data of the pipeline includes 3 types of data, that is, video data of a type of step 1, video data of a type of step 2, and category data of a type of step 3. The hierarchical relationship of these 3 data categories includes: the sequence of the monitoring data corresponding to the steps 1, 2 and 3 may be: the sequence from step 1 to step 2 to step 3, and the sequence from step 1.1 to step 1.2 corresponds to the sequence between the monitored data, for example, the sequence may be: process 1.1-process 1.2, and the hierarchical order between the monitoring data of process 1 and the corresponding monitoring data of process 1.1 and process 1.2.
When the visualization page configuration subsystem configures the page menu, the visualization page configuration subsystem may determine that the page menu includes: menu 1 corresponding to step 1, menu 2 corresponding to step 2, menu 3 corresponding to step 3, submenu 1.1 corresponding to step 1.1 and submenu 1.2 corresponding to step 1.2. And, the menu 1 is composed of a submenu 1.1 and a submenu 1.2, that is, there is a hierarchical relationship between the submenu 1.1 and the submenu 1.2 and the menu 1, and the arrangement order between the menu 1, the menu 2 and the menu 3 can be expressed as: the order of arrangement between menu 1-menu 2-menu 3, submenu 1.1 and submenu 1.2 may be expressed as: submenu 1.1-submenu 1.2. The visualization page configuration subsystem can configure the page menus according to the determined number of the page menus, the hierarchical order of the page menus and the arrangement order of the page menus.
In the above page menu configuration process, the visualized page configuration subsystem may also configure the color, font, etc. of each page menu, which is not specifically described herein.
And step two, determining a target data category corresponding to each page area in a preset visual page under a page menu according to the corresponding relation between the preset page area and the data category, and acquiring target data corresponding to the target data category from the data to be processed.
In this step, each page menu of the preset visualization page may include a plurality of page areas, and each page area may be configured with different categories of data. The visualization page configuration subsystem can determine a target data category corresponding to each page area in the preset visualization page under each page menu according to the corresponding relation between the preset page area and the data category, and further acquire data corresponding to the target data category from the data to be processed according to the determined processing target data category to serve as the target data. The target data may be the data to be processed, that is, data acquired by the data interface subsystem, or may be partial data in the data to be processed.
Due to the influence of factors such as specific application scenes, user requirements and the like, the preset corresponding relation between the page area and the data category can be generated for system presetting and can also be set for a user in a self-defined mode. In addition, for different page menus, the corresponding relationship between the preset page area and the data type adopted by each page menu may be the same or different.
Through the preset corresponding relation between the page areas and the data types, the target data corresponding to each page area can be selected according to the specific requirements of monitoring personnel. The target data may include various types of data, and for example, the monitoring data corresponding to the enterprise production process includes, but is not limited to, equipment operation parameters, order information, work order information, personnel information, inventory information, yield information, process progress information, environment information, and camera monitoring information.
In the embodiment of the invention, according to different specific requirements of monitoring personnel, the data to be processed may include data which is not needed by the monitoring personnel, and the data required by the monitoring personnel can be accurately screened from the data to be processed through the corresponding relation between the preset page area and the data category, so that data redundancy is avoided, the pertinence of target data is improved, and the pertinence of the content included in the visual page to be projected is improved.
And step three, determining the display mode of the target data corresponding to each page area.
In an optional embodiment, the visualization page configuration subsystem may determine, based on a preset correspondence between page areas and display manners, a display manner of the acquired target data corresponding to each page area.
In another optional embodiment, the visualization page configuration subsystem may also determine, based on a preset correspondence between data types and display manners, a display manner of the acquired target data corresponding to each page area.
The presentation modes include but are not limited to animation mode, statistical chart mode, report mode and message mode. Wherein, the statistical chart includes but is not limited to a graph, a bar chart, a pie chart, a broken line chart and an area chart. Different display modes can be adopted for different types of data, and the display mode of each target data is not particularly limited.
And fourthly, carrying out visual configuration on a preset visual page under the page menu according to the display mode to obtain the visual page to be projected.
In this step, the visualization page configuration subsystem may perform visualization configuration on a preset visualization page under the page menu according to the determined display mode of each target data, so as to obtain a to-be-projected visualization page. Namely, according to the display mode corresponding to each target data, the target data is associated to the corresponding page area in the preset visual page under the corresponding page menu, so as to obtain the visual page to be projected.
For convenience of understanding, still taking the pipeline production scenario as an example, it is assumed that a page menu exists, and a page area included in a preset visual page under the page menu includes a pipeline model map area and an order information area, where a display mode of the determined pipeline model map area is 3D (three-dimensional) model display, and a display mode of the order information area is data display and statistical chart display. When the page menu is configured, the visualized page configuration subsystem for the pipeline model diagram area can construct the model diagram of the pipeline according to target data including actual parameters of the pipeline, such as positions of various devices on the pipeline, names of various devices and the like, and associate the constructed model diagram with the pipeline model diagram area. The visualization page configuration subsystem for the order information area may construct a statistical map, such as a line graph, representing the actual production amount and the planned production amount for each preset time period based on target data including the actual production amount and the planned production amount, and associate the line graph and data representing the current actual production amount, the planned production amount, the remaining non-production amount, and the like, with the order information area. Therefore, the configuration of the preset visual page is completed, and the visual page to be projected is obtained. By adopting the method shown in fig. 1, according to the to-be-processed data acquired from the information system and the category of the to-be-processed data, the preset visual page is visually configured to obtain the to-be-projected visual page, so that the to-be-projected visual page is projected into the preset container page, and the to-be-projected visual page obtained through configuration is displayed to the monitoring personnel. Compared with the prior art, through the visual configuration process, the data to be processed are displayed for monitoring personnel in various visual modes, the data to be processed are not directly displayed for the monitoring personnel, the display modes of the data are enriched, and the readability of the data is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the information system may include one or more of an MES system, an ERP system, a PDM system, a SCADA system, an EMS system, and a CCTV video surveillance system.
In the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding data to be processed are obtained from different information systems, so that the information interaction among different systems can be enhanced, the information sharing among different information systems is improved, and the information isolated island phenomenon among different information systems is broken.
In an optional embodiment, the visualized data display system may further include a data management subsystem. According to the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a visual page screen projection method. As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a second flowchart of a visual page screen projection method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Step S201, the data interface subsystem obtains data to be processed from the information system.
Step S201 is the same as step S101.
Step S202, a data management subsystem receives a preset operation request of data to be processed; the preset operation request is an adding operation request, a deleting operation request, a modifying operation request or a searching operation request.
In this step, the user may trigger a preset operation request for the to-be-processed data acquired by the data interface subsystem through the management page provided by the data management subsystem. The data management subsystem receives the preset operation request.
For example, the data management subsystem may provide a management page for a user, and the user may perform operations such as adding, deleting, modifying, and searching on the to-be-processed data stored in the preset storage space in the page, where for example, the management page is provided with operation buttons corresponding to the operations such as adding, deleting, modifying, and searching, or shortcut keys corresponding to the operations such as adding, deleting, modifying, and searching. And the user triggers the preset operation of the data to be processed by clicking the corresponding operation button or pressing the corresponding shortcut key. When a user triggers operations such as adding, deleting, modifying and searching for certain to-be-processed data, the data management subsystem receives a corresponding preset operation request.
In this embodiment of the present invention, when the preset operation request is any one of the add operation request, the delete operation request, the modify operation request, or the search operation request, the preset operation request may include identification information of the data to be processed, such as a label, a name, and the like.
Step S203, the data management subsystem performs a preset operation on the data to be processed according to the preset operation request.
In this step, after receiving the preset operation request, the data management subsystem may perform a preset operation on the data to be processed according to the preset operation request. Namely, when the preset operation request is the adding operation request, adding the data to be added into the data to be processed; when the preset operation request is the deletion request, deleting corresponding data from the data to be processed; when the preset operation request is a modification operation request, modifying the data to be processed; and when the preset operation request is a search operation request, displaying the searched to-be-processed data in the management page. The preset operation procedure of the data to be processed is not specifically described here.
In the embodiment of the invention, the operations of adding, deleting, modifying, searching and the like of the data stored in the preset storage space can be realized through the data management subsystem, so that the accuracy and the usability of the data stored in the preset storage space are ensured, and the convenience of user operation is improved.
And S204, the visualization page configuration subsystem performs visualization configuration on a preset visualization page according to the data to be processed and the category of the data to be processed to obtain the visualization page to be projected.
Step S205, when the visual page screen-projecting subsystem receives the screen-projecting instruction, the visual page to be projected is projected to a preset container page.
The above steps S204 to S205 are the same as the above steps S102 to S103.
In an optional embodiment, according to the method shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a visual page screen projection method. As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a third flowchart of a visual page screen projection method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps.
Step S301, the data interface subsystem acquires data to be processed from the information system.
Step S302, a data management subsystem receives a preset operation request of data to be processed; the preset operation request is an adding operation request, a deleting operation request, a modifying operation request or a searching operation request.
Step S303, the data management subsystem performs preset operation on the data to be processed according to the preset operation request.
The above steps S301 to S303 are the same as the above steps S201 to S203.
Step S304, when the data to be processed includes the data of the preset category, the data management subsystem adjusts the data of the preset category into the data of the preset standard attribute, and the preset standard attribute includes the preset data type and the preset data format.
In this step, the data management subsystem may determine whether the to-be-processed data acquired by the data interface subsystem includes data of a preset category. When the data to be processed includes the data of the preset category, the data management subsystem may adjust the data of the preset category in the data to be processed to the data of the preset standard attribute, that is, adjust the data type and the data format of the data of the preset category in the data to be processed to the preset data type and the preset data format.
Taking the preset category of data as the production capacity in the unit time as an example, the production capacity of 1 second is 1.25 products, for example, because the production capacity may appear in decimal. For the convenience of later data processing, the data management subsystem may determine the preset data type in the preset standard attribute as a floating point type, and the preset data format is set to reserve three decimal places after the decimal place, that is, the adjusted 1 second production capacity 1.25 products may be represented as 1.250 products.
The preset format includes, but is not limited to, a text format, a number format, a name format, and the like. The data types include, but are not limited to, byte (byte), short integer (short), integer (int), long integer (long), single-precision floating point (float), double-precision floating point (double), character (char), and boolean (boolean).
In the embodiment of the invention, the data type and the data format of the adjusted data can be unified by adjusting the preset type of data included in the data to be processed into the data with the preset standard attribute, so that the data standardization is improved, and the later data processing is facilitated.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the execution sequence of the steps S302 and S304 is not particularly limited.
Step S305, the visualization page configuration subsystem performs visualization configuration on a preset visualization page according to the data to be processed and the category of the data to be processed to obtain a visualization page to be projected.
And S306, when the visual page screen projecting subsystem receives the screen projecting instruction, the visual page to be projected is projected to a preset container page.
The above steps S305 to S306 are the same as the above steps S204 to S205.
In an optional embodiment, according to the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a visual page screen projection method. As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a fourth flowchart of a visual page screen projection method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps.
Step S401, the data interface subsystem obtains the data to be processed from the information system.
And S402, carrying out visual configuration on a preset visual page by the visual page configuration subsystem according to the data to be processed and the category of the data to be processed to obtain the visual page to be projected.
The above-described steps S401 to S402 are the same as the above-described steps S101 to S102.
In step S403, the visual page screen projection subsystem receives a preview instruction for the visual page to be screen projected.
In this step, before the visual page to be projected is projected into the preset container page, the user may trigger a preview instruction of the visual page to be projected. For example, the user may trigger the preview instruction by pressing a shortcut key corresponding to the page preview, or by clicking a button for previewing the visual page to be displayed. At this time, the visualized page screen projection subsystem receives the preview instruction.
And S404, the visual page screen projection subsystem displays a preview page of the visual page to be projected in a preset container page based on the preview instruction.
In this step, after receiving the preview instruction, the visual page screen projection subsystem may generate a preview page corresponding to the visual page to be projected, and display the preview page in a preset container page. The preview page can be the whole visual page to be projected or a page of partial content in the visual page to be projected.
In the embodiment of the invention, through the preview of the visual page to be projected, a user can conveniently and timely view the page content contained in the preset container page, so that the user can conveniently and timely adjust the page content contained in the visual page to be projected.
Step S405, when the visual page screen projecting subsystem receives a screen projecting instruction, the visual page to be projected is projected to a preset container page.
Step S405 is the same as step S103.
In an alternative embodiment, according to the method shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a visual page screen projection method.
