Abstract
The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly refrigerator buffer packaging side strip, and relates to the technical field of refrigerator packaging. The present invention comprises two films; the two layers of films are co-extruded to form a lower film heat sealing line and an upper film heat sealing line respectively; the two layers of films are separated into a plurality of mutually independent air columns through a plurality of first heat sealing lines; the gas column is filled with gas; an air valve film is heat-sealed between the two layers of films; a plurality of one-way air valves are arranged between the air valve films and are connected with the air columns in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the air valve film comprises an air valve film lower edge line and an air valve film upper edge line; the air valve film and the upper film are heat-sealed to form a second heat-sealing line; an inflation channel is arranged in the vertical direction of the air column; the inflation channel is communicated with the air column through a one-way air valve. According to the invention, the air inflation channel is arranged in the vertical direction of the air column and is communicated with the air column through the one-way air valve, so that air is naturally locked after the air column is inflated, the long-acting buffer performance of the packaging material is ensured, the environment-friendly performance is good, and the cost of raw materials is greatly reduced.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of refrigerator packaging, and particularly relates to a novel environment-friendly side strip for buffer packaging of a refrigerator.
Background
Cushioning packaging, also known as shock-resistant packaging, plays an important role in various packaging methods. The products are transported, stored, stacked, loaded and unloaded through a series of processes from production to use, and can powerfully act on the products in normal environment, and the products are mechanically damaged. In order to prevent the product from being damaged, it is necessary to reduce the influence of external force, and the buffering package is a package with certain protection measures to reduce the impact and vibration of the contents and protect the contents from damage. The household appliances are obviously protected by the buffering packaging material, particularly the refrigerator products are mostly transported by containers, different scenes such as carrying, stacking, loading, unloading and the like exist in the warehouse and the transportation, and how to make the packaging protection of the refrigerator is very important.
At present, in the industry, the common cushioning packaging materials for the refrigerator are mainly divided into two types, namely 1) foamed plastics, mainly EPS, EPE, EPP, EPU and the like, and are widely applied to refrigerator enterprises due to the great cost advantage of the EPS and EPE materials. 2) Paper buffer materials are mainly corrugated paper and honeycomb paperboard, and due to environmental protection, more and more enterprises apply the materials.
In the refrigerator industry, the inner periphery of a refrigerator shell is generally protected by a layer of PE plastic film and four-corner side strips, and for the four-corner side strips, materials are generally made of EPS or corrugated paper. The EPS material has big taste and bad smell, and the EPS board is easy to be broken, has light particles, flies around, is difficult to clean, is difficult to recover and the like; the corrugated paper is made of paper or paper pulp, is high in environmental protection, but the product surface is hard, easily damages the surface of an inner object, has poor moisture resistance and is high in cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel environment-friendly refrigerator buffer packaging side strip, wherein an inflation channel is arranged in the vertical direction of a gas column and is communicated with the gas column through a one-way air valve, so that the problems that the conventional common buffer packaging material for the refrigerator is common EPS or corrugated paper, the EPS material is large in taste and unpleasant in smell, an EPS plate is easy to break, particles are light, flies around, and is difficult to clean and recycle are solved; the corrugated paper has the problems of hard surface, easy damage to the surface of the contents, poor moisture resistance and high cost.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a novel buffer packaging side strip of an environment-friendly refrigerator, which comprises two layers of thin films; the two layers of films are co-extruded to form a lower film heat sealing line and an upper film heat sealing line respectively; the two layers of films are separated into a plurality of mutually independent and parallel air columns through a plurality of first heat sealing lines; the air column is filled with air, 90% of the volume of an air column bag product formed by the whole device is air, the environmental protection performance is good, and the cost of raw materials is greatly reduced; an air valve film is heat-sealed between the two layers of films; a plurality of one-way air valves are arranged among the air valve films and are connected with the air columns in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the one-way air valves can only supply air but cannot discharge air;
the air valve film comprises an air valve film lower edge line and an air valve film upper edge line; the air valve film and the film on the upper layer are heat-sealed to form a second heat-sealing line; an inflation channel is arranged in the vertical direction of the air column; the inflation channel is communicated with the air column through a one-way air valve; the gas enters each one-way gas valve through the inflation channel and further enters each gas column, each independent gas column is used for feeding gas through the one-way gas valve connected with the independent gas column, the inflation is stopped when the pressure of the gas column reaches a set value, and the gas is naturally locked after the inflation is finished, so that the long-acting buffering performance of the packaging material is ensured.
Further, the films are all composite films; the two layers of films are formed by co-extrusion of PE or PA materials.
Furthermore, the number of the co-extrusion layers of the two layers of the film is 7-9.
Furthermore, the one-way air valves are distributed between the lower edge line of the air valve film and the upper edge line of the air valve film; the length of the air valve membrane is 5-7 cm.
Furthermore, the plurality of air columns are folded into an L shape through the first heat sealing lines and distributed at four corners of the refrigerator, and the air columns play a role in buffering the impact of the refrigerator after being inflated; the air column is tightly attached between the refrigerator and the refrigerator packaging box; the width of the gas column is 3-5 cm.
Further, the inflation inlet of the inflation channel is connected with an air pressure controller.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the air inflation channel is arranged in the vertical direction of the air column and is communicated with the air column through the one-way air valve, so that the problems that the conventional common buffer packaging material for the refrigerator is common EPS or corrugated paper, the EPS material is strong in taste and unpleasant, an EPS plate is easy to break, particles are light, flies around, and is difficult to clean and recycle are solved; the corrugated paper has the problems of hard surface, easy damage to the surface of the contents, poor moisture resistance and high cost.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention relates to a novel side strip of a buffer package for an environment-friendly refrigerator, which comprises two layers of films; the two layers of films are co-extruded to form a lower film heat sealing line 7 and an upper film heat sealing line 8 respectively; the two layers of films are separated into a plurality of mutually independent and parallel gas columns 1 through a plurality of first heat sealing lines 2; the air column 1 is filled with air, 90% of the volume of an air column bag product formed by the whole device is air, the environmental protection performance is good, and the cost of raw materials is greatly reduced; an air valve film is heat-sealed between the two layers of films; a plurality of one-way air valves 4 are arranged among the air valve films and are connected with the air columns 1 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the one-way air valves 4 can only intake air and can not discharge air;
the air valve film comprises an air valve film lower edge line 5 and an air valve film upper edge line 6; the air valve film and the upper film are heat-sealed to form a second heat-sealing line 9; an inflation channel 3 is arranged in the vertical direction of the air column 1; the inflation channel 3 is communicated with the air column 1 through a one-way air valve 4; the air enters each one-way air valve 4 through the inflation channel 3 and then enters each air column 1, each independent air column 1 is inflated through the one-way air valve 4 connected with the independent air column 1, the inflation is stopped when the pressure of the air column 1 reaches a set value, the air is naturally locked after the inflation is finished, and the long-acting buffering performance of the packaging material is ensured.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the films are all composite films; the two layers of films are formed by co-extrusion of PE or PA materials.
Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1, the number of coextruded layers of the two-layer film is 7-9.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the one-way air valves 4 are distributed between the lower edge line 5 of the air valve film and the upper edge line 6 of the air valve film; the length of the air valve membrane is 5-7 cm.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a plurality of air columns 1 are folded into an L shape through first heat-seal lines 2 and distributed at four corners of the refrigerator, and the air columns 1 play a role in buffering refrigerator impact after being inflated; the air column 1 is tightly attached between the refrigerator and the refrigerator packaging box; the width of the air column 1 is 3-5 cm.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the inflation port of the inflation channel 3 is connected with a pneumatic controller (not shown).
Example two
The refrigerator with the side-by-side combination door is selected, the size of the side-by-side combination door is 177 x 91 x 69cm, a plurality of air columns 1 are connected to form an air column bag, the height of the air column bag is 1650mm, the width of the air column is 5cm, meanwhile, a film of the air column bag is formed by compounding 7 layers of PE or 7 layers of PA, the thickness of a single layer of film is 0.08mm, in order to consider the protection effect and cost factors of side strips, the total width of the side strips is 65mm, and as the air column bag can be folded into an L shape along a hot air line, the width of the air column bag selected as front protection is 39cm, and 26cm is the width of the air column bag on the side of the refrigerator.
The air column bag can be inflated by adopting compressed air or special inflation equipment, an air pressure controller is connected with the front inflation inlet, and the air column bag is not inflated when the air pressure exceeds a preset value so as to avoid the explosion of the air column bag.
According to the assembly flow of the side-by-side combination process, after all components of the refrigerator and the interior trim part fixing piece are assembled, the refrigerator is sealed by a door closing adhesive tape, a PE refrigerator film cover is sleeved, a mechanical arm or a manual sleeve packing box is sleeved, then the four corner positions of the refrigerator and the packing box are respectively inserted into an inflated air column bag, an upper cover plate is covered, and the refrigerator and the packing box are packed. In addition, in order to consider the effectiveness of the patent, two side-by-side combination refrigerators packaged by the air column bags are selected, and a series of full circulation tests of vibration, inclined plane impact, falling and clamp holding tests are carried out, so that the test is qualified.
The test method of the air column bag comprises the following steps:

4. Clamping test: and (3) clamping the 1 model machine by using a clamping machine with clamping force of 1250 Kg. The side faces are respectively clamped once from top to bottom, and the refrigerator is put down after newspaper clamps and lifting are respectively continued for 30 seconds.
And after all the tests are finished, unpacking the refrigerator, and checking whether the damage condition of the related materials can meet the test requirements. Because the gas column bag elasticity is good, and can be along the heat-seal line position shape-changing at will, so more nimble on sealed buffering can not appear like EPS side strip size is fixed, the phenomenon of not good removal.

1. A novel buffer packaging side strip of an environment-friendly refrigerator comprises two layers of films; the two layers of films are co-extruded to form a lower film heat sealing line (7) and an upper film heat sealing line (8) respectively; the method is characterized in that:
the two layers of films are separated into a plurality of mutually independent air columns (1) through a plurality of first heat sealing lines (2); the gas column (1) is filled with gas; an air valve film is heat-sealed between the two layers of films; a plurality of one-way air valves (4) are arranged among the air valve films and are correspondingly connected with the air columns (1) one by one;
the air valve film comprises an air valve film lower edge line (5) and an air valve film upper edge line (6); the air valve film and the film on the upper layer are heat-sealed to form a second heat-sealing line (9);
an inflation channel (3) is arranged in the vertical direction of the air column (1); the inflation channel (3) is communicated with the air column (1) through a one-way air valve (4); the gas enters each one-way gas valve (4) through the inflation channel (3) and then enters each gas column (1).
2. The novel environment-friendly refrigerator buffer packaging side strip as claimed in claim 1, wherein the films are all composite films; the two layers of films are formed by co-extrusion of PE or PA materials.
3. The novel environment-friendly refrigerator buffer packaging side strip as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the number of the two co-extruded layers of the film is 7-9.
4. The novel environment-friendly refrigerator buffer packaging side strip as claimed in claim 3, wherein the one-way air valve (4) is distributed between an air valve lower edge line (5) and an air valve upper edge line (6); the length of the air valve membrane is 5-7 cm.

The novel environment-friendly refrigerator buffer packaging side strip as claimed in claim 1 or 4, wherein a plurality of air columns (1) are folded into an L shape through first heat sealing lines (2) and distributed at four corners of a refrigerator; the air column (1) is tightly attached between the refrigerator and the refrigerator packaging box; the width of the gas column (1) is 3-5 cm.
6. The novel environment-friendly refrigerator buffering packaging side strip as claimed in claim 5, wherein a pneumatic controller is connected to an inflation port of the inflation channel (3).
