A kitchen fresh air system and method, wherein the fresh air system is set up in the kitchen ceiling, including temperature sensor and controller, the fresh air system also includes communicating the kitchen with outdoor, communicating the kitchen with air-conditioned room air intake channel; the controller is configured to control opening and closing of the air inlet channel according to a detection result of the temperature sensor. In this way, the temperature in the kitchen communicating with the room can be adjusted by the air conditioner in another room, and the cost can be reduced.

Technical Field

With the improvement of living standard of people, the requirement on the air quality of the kitchen is higher and higher. At present, besides the lampblack generated by cooking is removed through a range hood, people can also improve the temperature in a kitchen by installing an air conditioning system or a ceiling fan in the kitchen, so that the living cost of a user is increased. In addition, the user can open the kitchen door to realize ventilation, which easily causes oil smoke pollution in other environments such as living room or bedroom.

The invention provides a fresh air system for a kitchen, which is suitable for the kitchen and arranged on a kitchen ceiling, comprises a temperature sensor, a controller, an air inlet channel, a fresh air inlet channel and a fresh air outlet channel, wherein the air inlet channel is communicated with the kitchen and the outdoor and is communicated with the kitchen and a room provided with an air conditioner; the controller is configured to control opening and closing of the air inlet channel according to a detection result of the temperature sensor. In a possible embodiment, the blowing device further comprises a wind deflector arranged at the outlet of the fan. The direction of the air blowing of the air outlet can be controlled or adjusted.
In one possible embodiment, the temperature sensor is arranged on the range hood, and can detect the ambient temperature around cooking of a user in real time.
In one possible embodiment, the controller is connected with the air conditioner in a wireless communication mode to detect the working mode of the air conditioner and realize linkage with the air conditioner.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a kitchen fresh air control method which is suitable for the kitchen fresh air system, and the method comprises the following steps: after the range hood starts to work, the controller judges whether the temperature in the kitchen is larger than or equal to a preset value or not, and simultaneously detects whether the air conditioners in other rooms start a refrigeration mode or not, if the detected temperature is larger than or equal to the preset value and the air conditioners start, the first valve is controlled to be closed, the second valve is controlled to be opened, and the kitchen is communicated with the other rooms through an air inlet channel. Thereby realizing the regulation of the environmental temperature of the kitchen.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises sending a reminder to the user to close the window.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises controlling the first valve to be opened and the second valve to be closed when the temperature in the kitchen room is less than a preset value.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
Often, a plurality of spaces, such as kitchens, living rooms, etc., will be included inside the house. Wherein the kitchen living room can be arranged in an isolated way. In the embodiment of the invention, the ventilation channel is arranged at the suspended ceiling to communicate the kitchen and the living room, so that the air conditioner arranged in the living room can be effectively utilized, the temperature of the kitchen is improved, and the cost is reduced. In other embodiments, the kitchen may be connected to other air-conditioned rooms.
As shown in fig. 1, a range hood 10, a fresh air system 20 and a kitchen ceiling 30 are arranged in a kitchen 01, wherein the fresh air system 20 is arranged on the kitchen ceiling 30. The fresh air system 20 comprises an air inlet channel 200 which can communicate the kitchen 01 with the outdoor 02 and communicate the kitchen 01 with other rooms 03 of users where air conditioners 40 are installed. The ventilation system 20 further includes a controller 201 and a temperature sensor 202 (fig. 2), wherein the controller 201 is configured to control the opening and closing of the air intake channel 200 according to a detection result of the temperature sensor 202.
In this way, the environment temperature of the kitchen can be adjusted by controlling the communication between the kitchen and the outside or between the kitchen and the room provided with the air conditioner 40 according to the temperature condition in the kitchen. And the user does not need to additionally install an air conditioner in the kitchen, so that the user cost is reduced.
Specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, an air inlet channel 200 is disposed on the ceiling, and the air inlet channel 200 may include a first air inlet channel 2001 and a second air inlet channel 2002; the first air intake passage 2001 is used to communicate the kitchen 01 with the outdoor 02 to allow outdoor air to enter the kitchen 01, and the second air intake passage 2002 is used to communicate the kitchen 01 with other rooms 03 equipped with air conditioners 40 to allow air in the other rooms 03 to enter the kitchen 01.
In an embodiment, the first air inlet channel 2001 and the second air inlet channel 2002 may be communicated with each other to share one air outlet 900 as shown in fig. 1, or may be separately arranged as shown in fig. 3, that is, the first air inlet channel 2001 corresponds to the air outlet 900, and the second air inlet channel 2002 corresponds to the air outlet 900'.
Further, referring to fig. 1, a first valve 2001 'is provided in the first intake duct 2001, and a second valve 2002' is provided in the second intake duct 2002.
In one embodiment, each of the first and second air inlet channels 2001, 2002 includes an air inlet 800 and an air outlet 900, the air inlet 800 is located near the outdoor 02 or other air conditioned room 03 side, and the air outlet 900 is located near the kitchen ceiling 30 side.
In one embodiment, the fresh air system 20 further includes a blower device 203, and the blower device 203 includes a housing 2030, and the housing 2030 is respectively connected to the air outlets 900 of the first air inlet channel 2001 and the second air inlet channel 2002, so that air outside the kitchen enters the kitchen through the air inlet and the blower device in sequence.
In one embodiment, the blower 203 may include a cleaning unit 2031 and a fan 2032 disposed within the housing 2030, and both are disposed in sequence in the air flow direction.
The cleaning unit 2031 may be a nonwoven fabric filter, a fiber membrane, an electrostatic filter, or the like.
In one embodiment, the blowing device 203 may further include a wind shielding plate 2033 disposed below the housing 2030, which may change a blowing direction of the blowing device 203.
In one embodiment, the controller 201 may be in communication with the air conditioner 40, the temperature sensor 202, the first valve 2001 ', the second valve 2002', the blowing device 203. Therefore, the controller 201 may be further configured to control to close the first valve 2001 'and open the second valve 2002' when the temperature of the kitchen 01 detected by the temperature sensor 202 is greater than or equal to a preset value and the air conditioner 40 is in the working state; otherwise, the first valve 2001 'is opened and the second valve 2002' is closed.
In one embodiment, the controller 201 may communicate with the air conditioner 40 through wireless communication means such as WIFI, bluetooth, and the like.
In one embodiment, the controller 201 may be disposed on the range hood 10, as shown in fig. 2; a control unit may also be provided independently and communicate with other devices.
In one embodiment, the temperature sensor 202 can be disposed on the hood of the range hood 10, as shown in FIG. 2.
The working principle of the fresh air system 20 includes the following.
In the cooking process of the user, after the range hood 10 is turned on, the temperature sensor 202 detects the temperature of the environment of the kitchen 01. When the temperature is detected to be greater than or equal to the preset value and the air conditioner 40 in the room 03 is in the cooling operation mode, the first valve 2001 'is closed, the second valve 2002' is opened, the fan 2032 and the wind screen 2033 are opened, and at this time, cold air in the room 03 can enter the kitchen 01 through the second air inlet channel 2002 and the blowing device 203, and the cold air is blown to the user. In addition, the user may also be simultaneously reminded to close the window in the kitchen to maintain the temperature in the kitchen. Further, the direction of the air blowing may be controlled by controlling the direction of the wind shielding plate 2030.
In another case, when the detected temperature is less than the preset value, the first valve 2001 'is opened, the second valve 2002' is closed, the fan 2032 and the wind screen 2033 are opened, and at this time, the air of the outdoor 02 enters the kitchen 01 through the first air intake passage 2001 and the blowing device 203 to supplement the indoor air.
