The picture format specification information specified by the picture resource library management unit 11 includes: uploading local pictures, wherein the formats of the local pictures can only be JPG, PNG and the like, the limited uploading standard information is that the uploading size is 5M online, or 8M online, the pictures can be referenced by ESOP only after being successfully checked, the contents of the resource library are modified, and the referenced pictures need to be modified.
The text resource library is managed and controlled by the text resource library unit 12, the text resource library unit 12 specifies the content of the edited text resource library, the edited content of the text resource library can be referred by the ESOP only after being successfully reviewed, the content of the text resource library is modified, and the referred pictures need to be modified.
The video repository is managed and controlled by the video repository management unit 13, the video repository management unit 13 uploads the local video according to the specification, the format specification is only MP4, and certainly, specifications of other formats can be added, the uploading size is limited to 100M online, and certainly, 120M online is also possible, and no trial delivery is required.
The picture resource source of the picture resource library and the text resource of the text resource library can be quoted only after being successfully checked, and the video resource in the video resource library can be quoted without being checked.
The embodiment provides the management specifications of different types of files by setting the management units corresponding to different resource libraries and correspondingly managing and controlling the file specifications of the corresponding resource libraries through different management units, thereby improving the accuracy of specification formulation, further improving the standardization corresponding to the specification information and improving the performability and accuracy of standardized operation.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the repository management module 10 further includes a dictionary management unit 14,
the dictionary database management unit 14 is used for setting picture and text naming specifications.
The repository management module 10 further includes a dictionary repository management unit 14, which manages naming rules of pictures, texts and videos in the repository, and through the specification of the naming rules, naming in the standard operation flow is standardized, so that uniformity is improved, file naming in the standard operation flow is unified, performability of standard operation is improved, and learning cost of the standard operation flow is improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the document management module 20 includes a present day task management unit 21, an online production management unit 22, and a review management unit 23, wherein:
the present task management unit 21 is configured to process pushed changed or newly added document information;
the online production management unit 22 is configured to perform addition or modification of a document or perform query operation of document information through the task tag;
and the submission management unit 23 is configured to submit the document made online to the next node for submission, and after the document passes the submission, send the standard operation document that passes the submission.
The electronic SOP document management and control function, an ESOP (online standard operating system) present task, manages the present task through a present task management unit 21, processes the pushed change or newly added document information, when the SOP file is changed or newly added, a process change auditing flow is initiated from an MO (online office) system, when an auditing node is audited to IE, the MO pushes the data information to the ESOP system, and the ESOP system processes the document through the present task.
The ESOP online production is managed and controlled by the online production management unit 22, and the new or change of the document is executed through the task tag, or the query operation of the document information is executed. ESOP can be added and edited through the task number, and documents can not be added or changed when the ESOP enters alone, but only document information can be checked instead of entering through the task number.
And the on-line making submission is controlled by the submission management unit 23, the on-line made documents are submitted to the next node for submission, and after the submission is passed, the standard operation documents passing the submission are sent. The edited SOP file needs to be reviewed by the MO again after the task number is edited, the SOP file can be automatically issued to a production line after the review is passed, and related personnel such as IE, production shift and the like can be reminded through internal communication software. The online production is divided into three types of standard files, temporary files and hand-signed files, and different types of files are produced according to different submission requirements or tasks.
According to the embodiment of the application, the management and control of different tasks of different nodes are realized through the subdivision of the online manufactured management and control unit, so that the flow management and control in the standard operation flow are very clear and accurate, the standardization of the standard operation flow is improved, and the operability of the standard operation flow is improved.
In an embodiment, to better describe embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 8, the standardized operation flow includes:
1. the approved document, importing the Excel document, issuing ESOP in effect, displaying ESOP on a flat panel and ending;
2. MO-auditing the MO-result of the process change MO-picture, and returning to continue to reinitiate the process change if the auditing result passes OK and the previous auditing result is negative; ESOP (enterprise service operation) -online production (ESOP end completion) -MO (MO audit push) (ESOP end completion) -MO audit-result-if MO is passed through in the final audit, effective issuing-flat panel display-end; the process change comprises operations such as text, pictures, process change and the like; and returning to continue to reinitiate the process change when the result is not passed. The MO in the circle in the figure is an operation performed by the online office system side or an ESOP is an operation performed by the system side, and represents a case of the execution side.
The present application also proposes a terminal, where the terminal includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and the processor executes the computer program to implement the following steps:
setting resource use standard information of resources used by management standard operation by using a resource library management module;
setting document making standard information before standard operation is sent to be audited and audited by using a document management module, wherein the document making standard information is made and generated according to the resource use standard information set by a resource library management module;
and setting a standard operation flow by using the service management module, and executing the standard information of the approval flow of the submitted submission service, wherein the submission service is generated according to the document operation standard information set by the document management module.
The present application also proposes a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, realizes the steps of:
setting resource use standard information of resources used by management standard operation by using a resource library management module;
setting document making standard information before standard operation is sent to be audited and audited by using a document management module, wherein the document making standard information is made and generated according to the resource use standard information set by a resource library management module;
and setting a standard operation flow by using the service management module, and executing the standard information of the approval flow of the submitted submission service, wherein the submission service is generated according to the document operation standard information set by the document management module.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
It should be noted that in the claims, any reference signs placed between parentheses shall not be construed as limiting the claim. The word "comprising" does not exclude the presence of elements or steps not listed in a claim. The word "a" or "an" preceding an element does not exclude the presence of a plurality of such elements. The application can be implemented by means of hardware comprising several distinct elements, and by means of a suitably programmed computer. In the unit claims enumerating several means, several of these means may be embodied by one and the same item of hardware. The usage of the words first, second and third, etcetera do not indicate any ordering. These words may be interpreted as names.
While alternative embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications of these embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. It is therefore intended that the following appended claims be interpreted as including alternative embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the application.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such modifications and variations as well.
Claims (10)
1. A standard operating system, the system comprising: the system comprises a service management module, a resource library management module and a document management module which are mutually communicated, wherein:
the resource management module is used for setting resource use specification information of resources used by the management standard operation;
the document management module is used for setting document making standard information before standard work is sent to be audited and audited, and the document making standard information is made and generated according to the resource use standard information set by the resource management module;
and the business management module is used for setting a standard operation process and executing the standard information of the approval process of the submitted submission business, and the submission business is produced and generated according to the document operation standard information set by the document management module.
2. The standard operating system of claim 1, wherein the resource library management module comprises: picture resource library management unit, text resource library management unit and video resource library management unit, wherein:
the picture resource library management unit is used for setting format specification information of the picture and uploading specification information of the picture;
the text resource library management unit is used for setting format specification information and text uploading specification information of the text;
and the video resource library management unit is used for setting format specification information of the video and uploading specification information of the video.
3. The standard operating system of claim 2, wherein the picture of the referenced picture repository is modified synchronously when the content of the text repository is modified.
4. The standard operating system of claim 2, wherein the resource library management module further comprises a dictionary library management unit,
the dictionary library management unit is used for setting naming specifications of pictures and texts.
5. The standard operating system of claim 1, wherein the document management module comprises a present day task management unit, an online production management unit, and a review management unit, wherein:
the present task management unit is used for processing the pushed changed or newly added document information;
the online production management unit is used for executing new or change of the document or executing query operation of document information through the task tag;
and the submission management unit is used for submitting the documents made on line to the next node for submission, and sending the standard operation documents passing the submission after the documents pass the submission.
6. The standard work system according to claim 5, wherein the on-line production includes three types of standard documents, temporary documents, and signature documents.
7. A method for managing a standard job, which is applied to the system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the method comprising the steps of:
setting resource use standard information of resources used by management standard operation by using a resource library management module;
setting document making standard information before standard operation is sent to be audited and audited by using a document management module, wherein the document making standard information is made and generated according to the resource use standard information set by a resource library management module;
and setting a standard operation flow by using the service management module, and executing the standard information of the approval flow of the submitted submission service, wherein the submission service is generated according to the document operation standard information set by the document management module.
8. The standard job management method according to claim 7, further comprising:
receiving a bill making request;
selecting corresponding bill information according to the received bill making request;
generating review information according to the resource use specification information and the document making specification information;
and executing the document approval operation according to the standard information of the approval process of the submission business.
9. A terminal comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
setting resource use standard information of resources used by management standard operation by using a resource management module;
setting document making standard information before standard operation is sent to be audited and audited by using a document management module, wherein the document making standard information is made and generated according to the resource use standard information set by a resource library management module;
and setting a standard operation flow by using the service management module, and executing the standard information of the approval flow of the submitted submission service, wherein the submission service is generated according to the document operation standard information set by the document management module.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of:
setting resource use standard information of resources used by management standard operation by using a resource management module;
setting document making standard information before standard operation is sent to be audited and audited by using a document management module, wherein the document making standard information is made and generated according to the resource use standard information set by a resource library management module;
and setting a standard operation flow by using the service management module, and executing the standard information of the approval flow of the submitted submission service, wherein the submission service is generated according to the document operation standard information set by the document management module.
