Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and particularly relates to a connecting structure of a cladding armor with a bulletproof function and an automobile body frame. The device comprises an armor module, a connecting flange and a thread main body; the threaded main body penetrates through the vehicle body metal plate through hole from the vehicle body metal plate side until the connecting flange is attached to the surface of the vehicle body metal plate; the connecting flange and the vehicle body metal plate are welded and fixed with the vehicle body metal plate through the connecting flange; the hexagonal nut is matched with the thread main body from the side of the cladding armor to fix the cladding armor on the vehicle body frame. a connecting structure of a suspension armor with a bulletproof function and a vehicle body frame comprises an armor module 1, a connecting flange 2 and a thread main body 3; one end of the connecting flange 2 is fixedly connected with the armor module 1; the other end of the connecting flange 2 is fixedly connected with the thread main body 3.
The thread main body 3 penetrates through the vehicle body metal plate through hole 10 from the side of the vehicle body metal plate 7 until the connecting flange 2 is attached to the surface of the vehicle body metal plate 7; the connecting flange 2 and the vehicle body metal plate 7 are welded and fixed with the vehicle body metal plate welding line 6 through the connecting flange; the hexagonal nut 11 is matched with the thread main body 3 from the side of the armor 8 to fix the armor 8 on the vehicle body frame.
The side length of the armor module 1 is larger than the outer diameter of the thread main body 3.
The axes of the armor module 1, the connecting flange 2 and the thread main body 3 are superposed.
The diameter of the through hole 9 of the hanging armor 8 is larger than or equal to that of the through hole 10 of the metal plate of the vehicle body.
The armor module 1 is provided with rounded corners 5.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a connecting structure of a cladding armor with a bulletproof function and a vehicle body frame comprises an armor module 1, a connecting flange 2 and a threaded body 3.
One end of the connecting flange 2 is fixedly connected with the armor module 1 at the joint 4 of the armor module and the connecting flange.
The connection of the armor module 1 and the connecting flange 2 can be realized by various process means such as welding, bonding, riveting and the like.
The other end of the connecting flange 2 is fixedly connected with the thread main body 3.
The shape of the armor module 1 can be round, square, polygonal and other shapes, and the armor module 1 shown in the invention is square.
The armor module 1 is made of armor materials such as armor plates, ballistic composites, ballistic ceramics, and the like.
The shape of the connecting flange 2 can be round, square, polygonal and other shapes, and the connecting flange 2 shown by the invention is round.

The diameter of the through hole 9 of the hanging armor 8 is larger than or equal to that of the through hole 10 of the metal plate of the vehicle body.
The side length of the armor module 1 is larger than the outer diameter of the thread main body 3.
The axes of the armor module 1, the connecting flange 2 and the thread main body 3 are superposed.
The armor module 1 is provided with rounded corners 5.

The connecting structure of the cladding armor with the bulletproof function and the vehicle body frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thread main body (3) penetrates through the vehicle body sheet metal through hole (10) from the side of the vehicle body sheet metal (7) until the connecting flange (2) is attached to the surface of the vehicle body sheet metal (7); the connecting flange (2) and the vehicle body metal plate (7) are welded and fixed with the vehicle body metal plate welding seam (6) through the connecting flange; the hexagonal nut (11) is matched with the thread main body (3) from the side of the hanging armor (8) to fix the hanging armor (8) on the vehicle body frame.
