本发明公开了一种石墨烯改性硅钛纳米重防腐材料的制备方法,所述石墨烯改性硅钛纳米重防腐材料由以下成分组成,石墨烯改性硅钛纳米聚合物浆料:由石墨烯分散液、钛纳米分散液、硅醇树脂、纳米氧化铈、表面活性剂、分散剂和十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷组成,该石墨烯改性硅钛纳米重防腐材料的组成及制作工艺,选用无溶剂或溶剂型环氧树脂、石墨烯改性硅钛纳米聚合物浆料、特殊高分子树脂、分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、偶联剂、增稠剂、活性稀释剂、颜填料等混合砂磨至粒径小于30微米即成涂料A组份,选用改性酚醛胺、脂肪胺、酚醛树脂、聚酰胺等作为固化剂,通过常温或高温烘烤形成重防腐涂膜,该发明形成的涂料是具有耐高温、耐强酸碱盐溶液腐蚀、耐磨损的长效重防腐材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及石墨烯改性硅钛纳米重防腐材料制作领域,具体为一种石墨烯改性硅钛纳米聚合物浆料及其重防腐材料的制备方法。
背景技术
现有的技术均采用球磨法为主,一是单机产量有限,二是生产周期较长,三是工艺质量难以把控,四是采用环氧树脂或丙烯酸树脂对钛纳米表面进行聚合,通用性有限,同时因为这些树脂的分子量较大,分子链较长,位阻较大,官能团数量有限,无法做到完全与纳米级的钛表面进行交联接枝,更多的钛纳米只是游离于高分子材料中而充当细小填料的作用,使效果大打折扣,并且游离的钛具有导电性,电极电位比铁高,当涂层出现异常破损时,极易发生大阴极小阳极的电偶腐蚀,使腐蚀加剧。
现有的石墨烯改性钛纳米聚合物分为两步法,先制备出石墨烯分散液,再制备出钛纳米浆料,两者复合而得石墨烯改性钛纳米聚合物,这种物理上的混合,很难将石墨烯薄片层结构真正与钛纳米聚合物网络结合起来,起到的屏蔽作用有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种石墨烯改性硅钛纳米重防腐材料的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种石墨烯改性硅钛纳米重防腐材料的制备方法,所述石墨烯改性硅钛纳米重防腐材料由以下成分组成,石墨烯分散液、钛纳米分散液、硅醇树脂、纳米氧化铈、表面活性剂、分散剂和十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷。
优选的,所述石墨烯分散液如下配比,石墨烯粉体:10-15份,氨基硅烷偶联剂:4-10份,3%硼酸溶液:1-2份,水:80-90份,所述石墨烯粉体选用厚度2-5纳米,片径为0.1-5微米规格的,通过氨基硅烷偶联剂改性。
优选的,所述钛纳米分散液配方,钛纳米粉末:60-80份,环氧基硅烷偶联剂:5-10份,3%硼酸溶液:1-2份,N甲基吡咯烷酮:10-15份,所述钛纳米粉末选用10-30纳米规格的,通过环氧基硅烷偶联剂性改性。
优选的,所述硅醇树脂通过正硅酸乙酯、苯基乙氧基硅烷、硅溶胶、巯基硅烷偶联剂、乙醇、水合成。
优选的,所述醇醇树脂配比如下:正硅酸乙酯:40-50份,苯基乙氧基硅烷:15-20份,硅溶胶:5-10份,巯基硅烷偶联剂:1-2份,乙醇:30-50份,水:10-15份,通过稀盐酸溶液:调节PH=4。
优选的,所述制备方法将改性好的石墨烯粉体分散液、钛纳米分改散液与制备合成的硅醇树脂混合均匀,加入纳米氧化铈、表面活性剂、分散剂、十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷混合备用,所述配比如下:石墨烯粉体分散液:5-10 份,钛纳米分改散液:60-80份,硅醇树脂:5-10份,纳米氧化铈:0.1-0.5 份,表面活性剂:1-2份,分散剂:1-2份,十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷:0.01-0.03 份;将制备的混合浆料投入不锈钢高压釜内120-150度加热6-20小时,取出即形成石墨烯改性硅钛纳米聚合物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:选用无溶剂或溶剂型环氧树脂、特殊高分子树脂、石墨烯改性硅钛纳米聚合物、分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、偶联剂、增稠剂、活性稀释剂、颜填料等混合砂磨至粒径小于30微米即成涂料A组份,选用改性酚醛胺、脂肪胺、酚醛树脂、聚酰胺等作为固化剂,通过常温或高温烘烤形成重防腐涂膜,该发明形成的涂料是具有耐高温、耐强酸碱盐溶液腐蚀、耐磨损的长效重防腐材料;
用于各类耐酸、碱、盐类等介质腐蚀,适用要求高耐防腐及耐磨要求的脱硫塔喷淋层及入口烟气部位,也可用于循环槽、湿烟道、污水池等设施等环境下的有效防腐,可适应厚涂需求,无溶剂型VOC不超过20克/L,低粘度,辊涂易施工,不需另加入稀释溶剂,保证施工安全和环保;也可施工于其他防腐材料如玻化砖、钛复合板表面;水热釜合成步骤添加纳米氧化铈、表面活性剂、分散剂、十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷,表面活性剂有利于石墨烯和钛纳米表面与改性剂的润湿铺展,纳米氧化铈具有催化作用,加快表面改性接枝速度,分散剂控制形成的浆料避免团聚且具有良好的再分散性,十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷的加入,大幅降低聚合物的表面张力,可通用于各类树脂体系中而不至于引起相容性问题,同时大幅提高涂层表面疏水性,减少水及水汽的浸润穿透,辅助提高涂层的抗腐蚀能力。

石墨烯分散液如下配比,石墨烯粉体:10-15份,氨基硅烷偶联剂:4-10 份,3%硼酸溶液:1-2份,水:80-90份,石墨烯粉体选用厚度2-5纳米,片径为0.1-5微米规格的,通过氨基硅烷偶联剂改性;
钛纳米分散液配方,钛纳米粉末:60-80份,环氧基硅烷偶联剂:5-10份, 3%硼酸溶液:1-2份,N甲基吡咯烷酮:10-15份,钛纳米粉末选用10-30纳米规格的,通过环氧基硅烷偶联剂性改性;
硅醇树脂通过正硅酸乙酯、苯基乙氧基硅烷、硅溶胶、巯基硅烷偶联剂、乙醇、水合成;
硅醇树脂配比如下:正硅酸乙酯:40-50份,苯基乙氧基硅烷:15-20份,硅溶胶:5-10份,巯基硅烷偶联剂:1-2份,乙醇:30-50份,水:10-15份,通过稀盐酸溶液:调节PH=4;
制备方法将改性好的石墨烯粉体分散液、钛纳米分改散液与制备合成的硅醇树脂混合均匀,加入纳米氧化铈、表面活性剂、分散剂、十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷混合备用,配比如下:石墨烯粉体分散液:5-10份,钛纳米分改散液:60-80份,硅醇树脂:5-10份,纳米氧化铈:0.1-0.5份,表面活性剂: 1-2份,分散剂:1-2份,十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷:0.01-0.03份;将制备的混合浆料投入不锈钢高压釜内120-150度加热6-20小时,取出即形成石墨烯改性硅钛纳米聚合物;
选用的石墨烯尺寸与钛纳米尺寸匹配,石墨烯片径应大于形成的钛纳米改性后的包覆直径,避免形成杂乱甚至竖插于间隙中,影响最终涂层屏蔽性。
通过分别将石墨烯与钛纳米通过不同的硅烷偶联剂进行改性,有利于将钛纳米锚固于石墨烯表面或边缘,形成石墨烯片-钛纳米聚合物网交替循环的致密屏蔽结构。
通过硅醇树脂的合成,形成大量的硅羟基,进一步与石墨烯和钛纳米表面未接枝的硅烷偶联剂进行结合,同时提供大量的硅羟基进一步与裸露的石墨烯或钛颗粒的表面进行改性接枝,形成牢固三维稳定的聚合物。
水热釜合成步骤添加纳米氧化铈、表面活性剂、分散剂、十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷,表面活性剂有利于石墨烯和钛纳米表面与改性剂的润湿铺展,纳米氧化铈具有催化作用,加快表面改性接枝速度,分散剂控制形成的浆料避免团聚且具有良好的再分散性,十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷的加入,大幅降低聚合物的表面张力,可通用于各类树脂体系中而不至于引起相容性问题,同时大幅提高涂层表面疏水性,减少水及水汽的浸润穿透,辅助提高涂层的抗腐蚀能力。
通过加入本发明石墨烯改性硅钛纳米聚合物浆料制备的环氧类重防腐材料具有优异的防腐性能,如耐酸、耐碱、耐盐、耐高温、耐磨、10%浓度盐酸、硫酸、氨水、氢氧化钠等腐蚀介质60度浸泡3个月无异常等。专用于各类耐酸、碱、盐类等介质腐蚀,适用要求高耐防腐及耐磨要求的脱硫塔喷淋层及入口烟气部位,也可用于循环槽、湿烟道、污水池等设施等环境下的有效防腐,可适应厚涂需求,无溶剂型VOC不超过20克/L,低粘度,辊涂易施工,不需另加入稀释溶剂,保证施工安全和环保;也可施工于其他防腐材料如玻化砖、钛复合板表面。

解析:由样品的TEM照片分析可知,纳米浆料为不规则片状,其长径分别为1.59μm、0.61μm、0.46μm、0.32μm。
解析:样品中石墨烯和钛的晶间距为表中的d数据。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (2)
1.一种石墨烯改性硅钛纳米重防腐材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述石墨烯改性硅钛纳米重防腐材料选用无溶剂或溶剂型环氧树脂、特殊高分子树脂、石墨烯改性硅钛纳米聚合物浆料、分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、偶联剂、增稠剂、活性稀释剂、颜填料混合砂磨至粒径小于30微米即成涂料A组份,选用改性酚醛胺、脂肪胺、酚醛树脂、聚酰胺作为固化剂,通过常温或高温烘烤形成重防腐涂膜;所述石墨烯改性硅钛纳米聚合物浆料由以下成分组成,石墨烯分散液、钛纳米分散液、硅醇树脂、纳米氧化铈、表面活性剂、分散剂和十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷;
所述石墨烯分散液配比如下:石墨烯粉体:10-15份,氨基硅烷偶联剂:4-10份,3%硼酸溶液:1-2份,水:80-90份,所述石墨烯粉体选用厚度2-5纳米,片径为0.1-5微米规格的,通过氨基硅烷偶联剂改性;
所述钛纳米分散液配比如下:钛纳米粉末:60-80份,环氧基硅烷偶联剂:5-10份,3%硼酸溶液:1-2份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮:10-15份,所述钛纳米粉末选用10-30纳米规格的,通过环氧基硅烷偶联剂性改性;
所述硅醇树脂通过正硅酸乙酯、苯基乙氧基硅烷、硅溶胶、巯基硅烷偶联剂、乙醇、水合成;
所述硅醇树脂配比如下:正硅酸乙酯:40-50份,苯基乙氧基硅烷:15-20份,硅溶胶:5-10份,巯基硅烷偶联剂:1-2份,乙醇:30-50份,水:10-15份,通过稀盐酸溶液调节pH=4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性硅钛纳米重防腐材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述石墨烯改性硅钛纳米聚合物浆料的制备方法是将改性好的石墨烯粉体分散液、钛纳米分散液与制备合成的硅醇树脂混合均匀,加入纳米氧化铈、表面活性剂、分散剂、十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷混合备用,所述配比如下:石墨烯粉体分散液:5-10份,钛纳米分散液:60-80份,硅醇树脂:5-10份,纳米氧化铈:0.1-0.5份,表面活性剂:1-2份,分散剂:1-2份,十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷:0.01-0.03份;将制备的混合浆料投入不锈钢高压釜内120-150度加热6-20小时,取出即形成石墨烯改性硅钛纳米聚合物浆料。
