As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the motor controller with a waterproof device includes a motor controller 1 and a waterproof housing 2, and in this embodiment, the waterproof housing 2 has a sealed casing structure.

As shown in fig. 3, the interior of the waterproof housing 2 is sequentially provided with a first partition plate 3 and a second partition plate 4 from top to bottom, the peripheries of the first partition plate 3 and the second partition plate 4 are fixedly connected with the inner walls of the waterproof housing 2, and the interior of the waterproof housing 2 is sequentially separated into a first cavity 5, a second cavity 6 and a third cavity 7 from top to bottom by the first partition plate 3 and the second partition plate 4. Motor controller 1 sets up centrally in third chamber 7 through limit structure and shock-absorbing structure.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the limiting structure includes two sets of U-shaped plates, each set of U-shaped plates includes two U-shaped plates 12 disposed opposite to each other. It should be noted here that, when the motor controller 1 is disposed inside the two sets of U-shaped plates in a limited manner, gaps are formed between the peripheral outer walls of the motor controller 1 and the peripheral inner walls of the waterproof housing 2, and the waterproof housing 2 plays a certain role in collision protection for the motor controller 1.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, the shock-absorbing structure includes two corrugated spring plates 13, the two corrugated spring plates 13 are correspondingly and horizontally disposed on the inner sides of the two groups of U-shaped plates, one of the corrugated spring plates 12 is disposed between the top of the motor controller 1 and the bottom of the second partition plate 4 in a pressing manner, and the other corrugated spring plate 13 is disposed between the bottom of the motor controller 1 and the bottom of the third cavity 7 in a pressing manner.

Continuing to refer to fig. 3, the second partition plate 4 is located at the left and right sides of the motor controller 1 and is provided with the circulation port 8 respectively, the circulation fan 9 is arranged at the circulation port 8 located at the right side of the motor controller 1 on the second partition plate 4, the circulation fan 9 is started, under the action of the circulation fan 9, the air in the second chamber 6 enters the third chamber 7 through the circulation port 8 located at the right side of the motor controller 1 on the second partition plate 4, then flows through the front and back sides of the motor controller 1 respectively, and then flows back to the second chamber 6 from the circulation port 8 located at the left side of the motor controller 1 on the second partition plate 4, so as to form the circulation flow of the air in the second chamber 6 and the third chamber 7.
In the air circulation flowing process, when air flows through the front side and the rear side of the motor controller 1, the heat emitted by the motor controller 1 is brought to the second chamber 6, that is, the air carries the heat and then flows back to the second chamber 6. In order to dissipate heat of air flowing back into the second cavity 6, the first partition plate 3 is uniformly and fixedly provided with a heat conducting rod 10 in a penetrating mode, the heat conducting rod 10 is a vertically arranged copper rod or aluminum rod, the upper portion of the heat conducting rod 10 is located in the first cavity 5, and the lower portion of the heat conducting rod 10 is located in the second cavity 6.
Through setting up heat conduction stick 10, the air that flows back to second chamber 6 after absorbing the heat from third chamber 7 can flow through heat conduction stick 10 lower part, and the heat in the air passes through heat conduction stick 10 and transmits to first chamber 5 like this to the realization is at the inside effect of cooling down to the air of second chamber 6, and the air reenters third chamber 7 after cooling down in second chamber 6, with this heat dissipation protection to motor controller 1 of realization. In order to improve the heat dissipation effect of the motor controller 1, heat dissipation fins 16 are respectively provided on the front and rear sides of the motor controller 1.
The heat conducting rod 10 absorbs heat in the air in the second cavity 6, and the heat is transferred into the first cavity 5 through the heat conducting rod 10, specifically, the heat is transferred to the upper part of the heat conducting rod 10, and the upper part of the heat conducting rod 10 is located in the first cavity 5. For this purpose, a heat dissipation fan 11 is arranged at the top in the first cavity 3, and a ventilation structure is arranged on the peripheral side wall of the first cavity 3, so that the heat dissipation fan 11 is turned on and the flow of the outside air and the air in the first cavity 5 is accelerated in cooperation with the ventilation structure, thereby facilitating the rapid heat dissipation of the heat conduction rod 10.
In this embodiment, the ventilation structure includes the air inlet pipe 14 and the air outlet pipe 15, and the air inlet pipe 14 and the air outlet pipe 15 are both set up towards the first chamber 5 interior slant upwards to air inlet pipe 14 and air outlet pipe 15 are evenly fixed inserting on the lateral wall all around of first chamber 5 and are established. In this embodiment, the air inlet pipe 14 and the air outlet pipe 15 are both arranged to be inclined upwards towards the inside of the first cavity 5, so that external rainwater is not easy to enter the first cavity 5 through the air inlet pipe 14 and the air outlet pipe 15, and the damage of the cooling fan 11 due to the wetting by rainwater is avoided.
Furthermore, waterproof cotton balls can be arranged at the openings of the air inlet pipe 14 and the air outlet pipe 15, which extend to one end in the first cavity 5, so that the waterproof effect of the invention is further mentioned.
