Abstract
The invention discloses a clear liquid type organic high-potassium fertilizer which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 9.2-15.5 parts of pure water, 8-10 parts of urea, 9-10 parts of phosphorus-potassium fertilizer, 30-35 parts of potassium hydroxide, 0-3 parts of trace elements, 33-38 parts of organic matters and 0.5-0.8 part of active substances; the invention also discloses a preparation method of the clear liquid type organic high-potassium fertilizer, which comprises the following steps: 1) adding pure water into a reaction kettle, starting a stirrer, opening cold water circulation, slowly adding a potassium hydroxide solution, and stirring until the pure water is completely dissolved; 2) slowly adding the organic matters into the reaction kettle one by one in a grading manner, and stirring until the organic matters are completely dissolved; 3) adding urea and phosphorus-potassium fertilizer into a reaction kettle, and stirring until the urea and the phosphorus-potassium fertilizer are completely dissolved; 4) adding trace elements and active substances, and stirring until all the trace elements and the active substances are dissolved; 5) and (3) standing the materials in the reaction kettle to normal temperature, filtering the materials by using a screen, performing sampling inspection, and performing stability test. Compared with the clear liquid fertilizer in the market, the fertilizer prepared in the examples 1 to 4 increases the watermelon yield by 2.99 to 4.65 percent and increases the sugar degree by 1.64 to 4.92 percent, thereby obviously improving the watermelon yield and the watermelon quality.
Test example 2
The test group used the clear liquid type organic high potassium fertilizer of examples 1-4, and the control group fertilizer was the commercial clear liquid type high potassium fertilizer product (index: organic matter is more than or equal to 280g/L, K2O is more than or equal to 500g/L), and five groups of tests are performed in total. The method is characterized in that nectarine is selected as a crop, the variety is Lichun, the test site is selected from the northern ancient village of the salt lake region in Shanxi province, 20 nectarine trees with the same growth vigor and age are selected, the five groups of experiments are carried out by spraying 800 times of leaf surfaces, spraying is continuously carried out for 3 times at intervals of 7 days, other leaf surface fertilizer products are not sprayed during the harvest period, and five groups of fertilizers applied in other forms are kept consistent, such as fertilizer products, the using amount and the mode.

4) adding 0-3 parts of trace elements and 0.5-0.8 part of active substances, and stirring for 30 minutes until the trace elements and the active substances are completely dissolved;
5) standing the materials in the reaction kettle for 2 hours to normal temperature, filtering the materials by a 200-mesh screen, and performing sampling inspection, wherein the sampling inspection standard is that organic matters are more than or equal to 280g/L, N is more than or equal to 50g/L, and P is more than or equal to 50g/L2O5≥50g/L,K2O is more than or equal to 400g/L, the density is more than or equal to 1.4g/ml, the pH value is 6-9, no impurity exists, and the stability test is carried out under the following test conditions: freezing at-15 deg.C for 24 hr, storing at 54 deg.C for 14 days, and obtaining qualified product without crystallization, delamination, precipitation and cleaning.
