Abstract
The invention relates to the field of explosive production, in particular to an automatic control method and device for a paging machine, wherein the paging device comprises a transmission motor, a first photoelectric sensor, a second photoelectric sensor, a specification label, a paper box, a counting controller, a feeding wheel, a conveying belt, a counter-rotating wheel, a pair of upper auxiliary wheels, a paper outlet pressing wheel and a paper pressing plate, which are arranged on one side of a paper box finished product conveying belt, and further comprises a group of brake systems; the brake system is composed of a rectangular stainless steel plate, a screw and a plurality of metal gaskets under the stainless steel plate, the operation technical method is simple and reliable, the operation stability of the whole control device can be improved, the replacement cost of spare parts and the maintenance workload of equipment can be reduced, and therefore the normal operation of production is guaranteed.

Technical Field

Therefore, the design of the automatic control device of the paging machine is of practical significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: aiming at the problems, the invention provides a paging method of a paging device, which has simple and reliable technical method, can improve the operation stability of the whole control device, and can reduce the replacement cost of spare and accessory parts and the maintenance workload of equipment, thereby ensuring the normal operation of production.

The second photoelectric sensor of the device is moved to the rear end of the conveying and rotating mechanism of the paging machine from between a pair of upper auxiliary wheels and a paper outlet pressing wheel; the added brake system is arranged at the rear end of the paper-out pressing wheel.
Before the work, firstly, the brake system is adjusted, the left gasket and the right gasket are enabled to have a certain height difference by adjusting the number of the left gasket and the right gasket, the stainless steel plate is extruded by adjusting the tightness degree of the screws, the left side and the right side of the stainless steel plate reach the height difference of the tightness gaskets, and after the height difference is adjusted repeatedly, when the lowest height of the right side of the stainless steel plate from the conveying surface is between the thickness of one piece of label paper and the thickness of two pieces of label paper, the adjustment work of the brake system is completed.

When a second photoelectric sensor on the automatic paging machine senses the front end of a second specification label, if the first photoelectric sensor obtains a second carton passing signal, the paging machine transmission motor continues to operate to send the label into the second carton, and if the first sensor 1 does not obtain the second carton passing signal at the moment, the paging machine motor stops operating, and the second specification label stands by, which is an action cycle.
