Like the left side surface of the wall part 4b, the boss|hub part 10 is provided in the left side surface (surface facing the wall part 4b) of the wall part 4c. That is, the left side surface of the wall portion 4b participates in the formation of the attachable and detachable portion 2a, and the right side surface of the wall portion 4b participates in the formation of the attachable and detachable portion 2b. As described above, the adjacent attaching and detaching parts 2a and 2b share the wall part 4b.

10。The plurality of attachable and detachable portions 2 are arranged along one side forming the outer periphery of the bottom surface portion 3 . That is, in a plan view (see FIG. 2 ), each of the plurality of wall parts 4 is parallel to each other, and is perpendicular to one side forming the outer periphery of the bottom surface part 3 . Four attaching and detaching parts (hereinafter, also referred to as left attaching and detaching parts) 2 including attaching and detaching parts 2 a to 2 b are arranged on the left side of the cable fixing tool attachment part 24 , and on the right side of the cable fixing tool attaching part 24 Four attaching and detaching parts (hereinafter, also referred to as right attaching and detaching parts) 2 including attaching and detaching parts 2c to 2d are arranged. In addition, the left attaching and detaching part 2 and the right attaching and detaching part 2 may not be arranged along one side, and may be provided, for example, on two sides facing each other, respectively. In addition, although the left attaching and detaching part 2 and the right attaching and detaching part 2 have a bilaterally symmetrical structure, they may have the same structure as each other. For example, in the right attaching and detaching part 2 , similarly to the left attaching and detaching part 2 , ribs 5 to 7 , bosses 8 and notch 9 are provided on the left side of the wall part 4 , and protrusions are provided on the right side of the wall part 4 . 10 from the start.

Next, the gripper, the optical adapter, and their positioning will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 8 . In the following description, the "longitudinal direction" refers to a direction parallel to the bottom surface portion 3 and a direction parallel to the wall portion 4 . The "width direction" means a direction parallel to the bottom surface portion 3 and a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The "height direction" means a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and the width direction. The “first wall portion” refers to the wall portion on the side where the ribs 5 to 7 , the boss portion 8 , and the cutout 9 are provided with respect to the attachable and detachable portion 2 among the two wall portions 4 constituting the attachable and detachable portion 2 . The “second wall portion” refers to the wall portion on the side of the attaching and detaching portion 2 on which the boss portion 10 is provided among the two wall portions 4 constituting the attaching and detaching portion 2 . "Equal" is not only a case of being strictly equal, but also a case where the difference between the two is sufficiently small and can be evaluated as being substantially equal.

Gripper]

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which the gripper 41 is mounted on the optical fiber cable tray 1 shown in FIG. 1 . FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the attaching/detaching portion 2d and the gripper 41 shown in FIG. 4 . FIG. 6 is a perspective view when the gripper 41 shown in FIG. 5 is viewed from another direction. FIG. 7 is a plan view showing a state in which the gripper 41 and the optical adapter 51 are mounted on the optical fiber cable tray 1 shown in FIG. 1 . FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the optical fiber cable tray 1 shown in FIG. 7 .

4e。First, the gripper 41 and the positioning of the gripper 41 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4 , the gripper 41 can be mounted on each attaching/detaching part 2 . As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 , the gripper 41 includes protruding portions 42 a and 42 b , recessed portions 43 and 47 , lever plates 44 and 46 , a claw portion 45 , and a plurality of gripping structures 48 . Moreover, the attaching/detaching part 2d has a part of the bottom surface part 3, the 1st wall part 4f, and the 2nd wall part 4e.

41。The protruding parts 42 a and 42 b , the recessed part 43 , the lever plate 44 , and the claw part 45 are formed on the surface of the side surface of the gripper 41 facing the first wall part 4 f. The recessed portion 43 is a recessed space formed between the protruding portion 42a and the protruding portion 42b, and is used for positioning of the gripper 41 in the longitudinal direction. Specifically, in the longitudinal direction, the length of the recessed portion 43 (the distance between the inner end of the protruding portion 42a and the inner end of the protruding portion 42b ) is equal to the distance between the outer end of the rib 5 and the outer end of the rib 6 length. Therefore, movement in the longitudinal direction of the gripper 41 can be restricted by the ribs 5 and 6 and the projections 42a and 42b. In addition, the number of ribs used for positioning in the longitudinal direction may be one, or three or more. When positioning is performed by one rib, for example, a fitting groove into which the rib is fitted may be provided in the gripper 41 .

Moreover, the gripper 41 and the attaching/detaching part 2d are provided with the part which mutually has the same length in the width direction. Specifically, the length in the width direction in the vicinity of the protruding portions 42a and 42b is equal to the distance between the opposing surfaces of the first wall portion 4f and the second wall portion 4e. With the above-described structure, the movement in the width direction of the gripper 41 can be restricted, and the positioning in the widthwise direction of the gripper 41 can be performed.

A lever plate 44 is formed in the recessed portion 43 so as to face the first wall portion 4f. The lever plate 46 paired with the lever plate 44 is formed so as to be exposed from the upper surface of the gripper 41 . In the present embodiment, the lever plates 44 and 46 and the other parts of the gripper 41 (the main body of the gripper 41 ) are formed of resin having predetermined elasticity. That is, when a force in the direction of separation from the first wall portion 4f is applied to the lever plate 44, the lever plate 44 is elastically deformed, and the lever plate 44 is separated in the direction of the lever plate 46, that is, in the direction of separation from the first wall portion 4f move in the direction.

Moreover, the claw part 45 is formed in the lever plate 44. As shown in FIG. The claw portion 45 and the boss portion 8 formed between the rib 5 and the rib 6 at the first wall portion 4f are formed at positions corresponding to each other. When the gripper 41 is mounted on the attaching and detaching part 2 , the protruding part 42 b is pressed into the rib 5 and the protruding part 42 a is abutted on the rib 6 while being pressed in from top to bottom. When the gripper 41 is pushed in to a certain extent, the lower end of the claw portion 45 and the upper end of the protruding portion 8 collide and cannot be pushed in any further. However, in this state, by applying force to the lever plates 44 and 46 so as to approach each other, the lever plate 44 is elastically deformed, and the claw portion 45 can pass over the boss portion 8 . As a result, the gripper 41 can be press-fitted until the bottom surface of the gripper 41 comes into contact with the bottom surface portion 3 . In addition, in this state, the upper end of the claw portion 45 and the lower end of the boss portion 8 are in contact with each other, so that the movement in the height direction is restricted. That is, the claw portion 45 and the boss portion 8 are engaged, thereby realizing the positioning of the gripper 41 in the height direction. In addition, the front end (top end) of the lever plate 44 has an inverted L shape. In a state where the gripper 41 is mounted, the tip of the inverted L-shape is positioned above the cutout 9 between the rib 5 and the rib 6 in the first wall portion 4f. The cutouts 9 are provided so that the pinch lever plates 44 and 46 can be easily grasped with fingers. When removing the gripper 41 from the attaching and detaching portion 2d, the gripper 41 may be lifted up by passing the claw portion 45 over the boss 8 while applying a force to the lever plates 44 and 46 so as to approach each other.

In addition, as mentioned above, as long as the gripper 41 can be attached and detached, the material of the lever plates 44 and 46 and the gripper 41 is not limited. For example, the lever plates 44 and 46 may be formed of resin having higher rigidity than the gripper 41 . Alternatively, the lever plates 44 and 46 may be configured using a single U-shaped leaf spring. In the case of using a leaf spring, the main body of the gripper 41 may not have elasticity. Alternatively, the gripper 41 including the lever plates 44 and 46 may be integrally molded as a whole using resin having predetermined elasticity. The lever plates 44 and 46 may also be formed of metal.

The recessed part 47 and the gripping structure 48 are formed in the surface which opposes the 2nd wall part 4e among the side surfaces of the gripper 41. As shown in FIG. The recessed portion 47 is provided so that the gripper 41 does not collide with the protruding portion 10 when the gripper 41 is loaded on the attaching and detaching portion 2d. That is, the positions of the recessed portions 47 correspond to the positions of the raised portions 10, and when a plurality of raised portions 10 are provided, a plurality of recessed portions 47 may be provided. In addition, in this embodiment, the protruding portion 10 participates in the positioning of the optical adapter 51 and does not participate in the positioning of the gripper 41 , but may also be configured to participate in the positioning of the gripper 41 . For example, the lengths of the protruding portion 10 and the recessed portion 47 in the longitudinal direction may be equal to each other, and the protruding portion 10 and the recessed portion 47 may be engaged to position the gripper 41 in the longitudinal direction.

Four gripping structures 48 ( 48a to 48d ) are arranged in a row in the height direction. The gripper 41 grips the optical cable in a state of being inserted through the gripping structure 48 . The gripping structure 48 is a groove provided in the surface of the gripper 41 facing the second wall portion 4e, and penetrates the gripper 41 in the longitudinal direction. The gripping structure 48 is formed of a member having predetermined elasticity, and grips the optical fiber cable from above and below. The groove-forming member is elastically deformed according to the shape of the optical fiber cable to be gripped. Therefore, various optical cables can be held.

In addition, a spine portion may be provided inside the groove of the gripping structure 48 . For example, when the optical fiber cable is a flat branch cable, the main body is sandwiched by the spine, and when the optical cable is a round branch cable, the inner loose tube is sandwiched by the spine. Grip steadily. That is, a stable gripping force can be exhibited with respect to a plurality of optical cables by one type of gripper 41 . In addition, the height of the groove can be appropriately changed according to the diameter and type of the target optical fiber cable. For example, various grippers 41 having gripping structures corresponding to the diameter and type of the optical cable can be prepared. In the optical fiber cable tray 1 of the present invention, since the gripper 41 is of an attachable and detachable type, the type of the gripper 41 can be changed according to the type of the optical fiber cable. Therefore, it is easy to handle a plurality of optical cables with a single optical cable tray 1 .

Next, the optical adapter 51 and the positioning of the optical adapter 51 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 , the optical adapter 51 can be attached to and detached from the attachment section 2 instead of the gripper 41 . The type of the optical adapter 51 that can be applied to the optical fiber tray of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, an adapter for an LC connector or an adapter for an SC connector. Also, other connector adapters may be used. The optical adapter 51 can mount the optical connectors 52 and 53 at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The optical connectors 52 and 53 can be appropriately changed according to the type and shape of the optical adapter 51 . Optical cables are connected to the optical connectors 52 and 53 . When the optical adapter 51 is used, the optical adapter 51 becomes a connection part of the optical cable. In addition, at least one of the plurality of attaching and detaching parts 2 only needs to be capable of attaching and detaching the optical adapter 51 instead of the gripper 41 .

Although not shown, the bottom surface of the optical adapter 51 is provided with a locking portion having a shape capable of engaging with the adapter locking hole 11 . The locking portion is, for example, a protrusion protruding downward from the bottom surface of the optical adapter 51 , and preferably has a shape corresponding to the adapter locking hole 11 . Movement in the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the optical adapter 51 can be restricted by engaging the locking portion with the adapter locking hole 11 . That is, the locking portion of the optical adapter 51 and the adapter locking hole 11 are involved in the positioning of the optical adapter 51 in the longitudinal direction and the width direction.

When the optical adapter 51 is mounted on the detachable portion 2 , the ribs 5 to 7 provided on the first wall portion participate in the positioning of the optical adapter 51 in the width direction. The length in the width direction of the optical adapter 51 is shorter than the length in the width direction of the attaching/detaching portion 2 (the distance between the opposing surfaces of the first wall portion and the second wall portion). When the optical adapter 51 is mounted on the attaching and detaching part 2 , the ribs 5 to 7 function as spacers for bridging the difference in length between the optical adapter 51 and the attaching and detaching part 2 in the width direction. That is, the distance from the front end of the rib 5 to the second wall portion 4 in the width direction is equal to the width of the portion of the optical adapter 51 corresponding to the rib 5 . The same applies to the ribs 6 and 7 . Further, the distance from the front end of the rib 7 to the second wall portion 4 in the width direction is longer than in the case of the ribs 5 and 6 . As described above, the length in the width direction of each rib can be changed according to the shape of the optical adapter.

The protrusions 10 participate in the positioning of the optical adapter 51 in the height direction. The protruding portion 10 is provided at a position corresponding to the height of the optical adapter 51 . The top portion of the boss 10 has rounded corners, and when a force is applied to press the optical adapter 51 into the attaching/detaching section 2 , the optical adapter 51 can be made to pass under the boss 10 . In this state, the lower end of the protruding portion 10 and the upper end of the optical adapter 51 collide, so that the movement in the height direction of the optical adapter 51 is restricted. That is, positioning in the height direction of the optical adapter 51 is achieved.

1。In FIG. 8 , the optical adapter 51 is mounted on each left attaching/detaching part 2 , and the gripper 41 is mounted on each right attaching/detaching part 2 . In this case, for example, the connector 52 is connected to the front end of one of the optical cables (eg, branch cables drawn from the trunk cable). In addition, the other optical cable (for example, a branch cable) is inserted through the gripper 41 , and the front end of the other optical cable is connected to the connector 53 . Also, in the adapter 51, the optical cables are optically connected to each other. On the other hand, when the optical cables are welded and connected to each other, the gripper 41 is mounted on each left attaching and detaching part 2 instead of the optical adapter 51 . Then, one optical fiber cable inserted through the gripper 41 on the left attaching/detaching portion 2 side and the other optical fiber cable inserted through the gripper 41 on the left attaching/detaching portion 2 side are welded and connected to each other, and the two are optically connected. . Moreover, the connection part of the optical-fiber cables which are fusion-connected is fixed to the optical-fiber-cable tray 1 at the connection fixing part 23. As shown in FIG.

Splice Box for Optical Cable]

Next, the splice closure for an optical fiber cable will be described with reference to FIG. 9 . FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a part of the splice closure 60 for an optical fiber cable according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 9 , the optical fiber tray 1 described above is fixed to the cable fixing member 61 . The cable fixing member 61 has optical cable passing holes 62 ( 62 a to 62 d ), a mounting plate 63 and screws 64 . The optical fiber cable drawn into the optical fiber cable splice closure 60 is inserted through the optical fiber cable passage hole 62, and is guided to the area in which the optical fiber tray 1 is accommodated. The mounting plate 63 is provided with holes corresponding to the holes 25 a and 25 b of the optical fiber tray 1 .
