技术领域
本发明属于管道阀门技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种平板闸阀。
背景技术
闸阀是目前最为重要的一类阀门,其广泛使用于液体、气体、粉尘等介质的流通与截止。通常,闸阀包括阀体,阀体下部具有进料口和出料口,且进料口的左端和出料口的右端均具有密封面,两个密封面之间动密封配合的设有能够上下移动且不会旋转的阀板。同时,该阀板上部连接有阀杆,该阀杆上部通过丝杠螺母机构连接有手柄。手柄旋转后,通过该丝杠螺母机构带动阀杆上下移动,继而该阀板上下移动对两个密封斜面形成密封或打开,最终形成进料口和出料口的贯通或截止。平板闸阀是闸阀的一种,众所周知,平板闸阀作为一种用来实现管路系统通断及流量控制的部件,其在石油、天然气、水利等很多领域中得到广泛的使用。目前,平板闸阀基本上包括阀体、阀杆、与所述阀体内部两侧通道口相密封设置的阀座、位于两侧阀座之间且设置在所述阀杆上的阀板、以及用于驱动所述的阀杆绕自身轴线转动使得所述阀板上下升降运动将通道拦截或打开的驱动机构,其中所述阀杆与所述阀板构成丝杆螺母结构,阀板的两侧分别与两侧所述阀座端面密封设置。然而,在实际操作中,阀座不仅需要限定阀板的转动,还需要长期的与阀板摩擦,容易造成阀座与阀板损坏,造成密封性不足,从而导致泄漏事故的发生。现有平板闸阀在使用过程中当阀板和阀座损坏造成泄漏时,需要停止整个管道或者设备,拆下闸阀进行阀板和阀座维修或更换,影响生产效率,而且许多工况不允许设备停机,一旦停机会造成重大的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种平板闸阀,其不仅结构简单,而且可以不停机就可以对闸板进行在线更换。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种平板闸阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有下端开口的阀腔,所述阀腔内转动连接有阀块,所述阀体的侧面设有与阀腔连通的进口管和出口管,所述进口管和出口管同轴设置;所述阀体内在阀腔的上方设有与阀腔连通的安装腔,所述安装腔的上端开口处固定安装有上端盖,所述阀腔的下端开口处固定安装有下端盖;所述阀块的底部设有伸出下端盖的套杆,所述阀块内设有方形阀槽,所述阀块内沿垂直于方形阀槽的侧壁设有贯穿的第一阀孔和第二阀孔,所述第一阀孔和第二阀孔相互垂直;所述上端盖内沿套杆的轴向设有下端伸入安装腔内的调节杆,所述调节杆内转动连接有沿轴向设置的连接杆,所述阀体内在安装腔的连两侧设有与安装腔连通的安装槽;所述连接杆的下端伸出调节杆且转动连接有轴杆,所述轴杆与连接杆垂直;所述轴杆的两端分别位于两个安装槽内且均固定安装有阀盘,每个阀盘的外周侧壁沿圆周方向间隔均匀地设有三个阀板,所述阀板用于控制第一阀孔或第二阀孔的通断;所述套杆内螺纹连接有上端伸入安装腔内且与连接杆的下端连接的阀杆,所述阀杆用于带动连接杆上下运动;所述安装腔内设有用于连接调节杆和两个阀盘的传动组件,在调节杆转动时,通过传动组件带动两个阀盘同步转至其中一个阀板处于方形阀槽正上方的位置。
进一步的,所述传动组件包括第一锥齿轮,所述第一锥齿轮固定安装在调节杆的下端,每个阀盘在朝向调节杆的端面均固定安装有与第一锥齿轮啮合的第二锥齿轮,所述第二锥齿轮与轴杆同轴设置。
进一步的,所述连接杆的上端沿径向设有凸边,所述调节杆的上端位于凸边的下方,所述调节杆的下端通过第一锥齿轮抵在两个第二锥齿轮上。
进一步的,每个阀板上均固定安装有密封垫,在闸阀关闭时,所述密封垫压紧在第一阀孔或第二阀孔上。
进一步的,所述连接杆的下端设有T字形切槽,所述阀杆的上端设有位于T字形切槽内的T字形凸块。
进一步的,所述方形阀槽的内侧壁上在第一阀孔和第二阀孔处设有密封圈。

有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
(1)本发明通过在阀块内设有呈九十度分布的第一阀孔和第二阀孔,当处于工作位置的第一阀孔出现塞堵或密封圈损坏时,可以通过旋转第二手柄杆,控制阀块旋转九十度,从而使第二阀孔旋转到工作位置;
(2)本发明在每个阀盘上设置了三个阀板,在处于工作位置的阀板密封件损坏时,可以通过旋转调节杆使两个阀盘同步转动,带动新的阀板转至方形阀槽正上方的位置,由此提高了闸阀的使用寿命,且本发明可以在线不停机更换阀板,确保管道或者设备连续工作,提高系统运行效率,避免停机维修、更换阀座产生的经济损失。

如图1本发明在使用时第一阀孔2b与进口管1a和出口管1b连通,此时两个阀盘31上的一个阀板311插入到方形阀槽2a内将第一阀孔2b封堵;在需要将闸阀打开时,通过手轮82带动与套杆21螺纹连接的阀杆8转动,阀杆8转动时推动连接杆5向上运动,从而通过轴杆51带动阀盘31向上,阀盘31向上运动时带动阀板311离开方形阀槽2a,从而实现进口管1a和出口管1b的连通,如图4所示使得闸阀打开;在需要将闸阀关闭时,反向转动手轮82带动与套杆21螺纹连接的阀杆8向下运动,阀杆8向下运动时拉动连接杆5向下运动,使得阀盘31带动阀板311插入方形阀槽2a内将第一阀孔2b封堵;当第一阀孔2b出现堵塞或第一阀孔2b的密封件损坏时,先控制两个阀板311离开方形阀槽2a,接着通过第二手柄杆2e带动套杆21转动,套杆21转动时带动阀块2转至第二阀孔2c与进口管1a和出口管1b同轴的位置。
当阀板311上的密封垫3a出现损坏,或者密封不严的时候,先控制连接杆5向上运动,使得阀板311的下端离开方形阀槽2a,接着通过第一手柄杆7a转动调节杆7,调节杆7转动时通过第一锥齿轮6带动两个第二锥齿轮41同步转动,第二锥齿轮41转动时带动阀盘31转动,使得新的阀板311转至方形阀槽2a正上方的位置。由此提高了闸阀的使用寿命,且本发明可以在线不停机更换阀板311,确保管道或者设备连续工作,提高系统运行效率,避免停机维修、更换阀座产生的经济损失。

Claims (7)
1.一种平板闸阀,包括阀体,其特征在于,所述阀体内设有下端开口的阀腔,所述阀腔内转动连接有阀块,所述阀体的侧面设有与阀腔连通的进口管和出口管,所述进口管和出口管同轴设置;所述阀体内在阀腔的上方设有与阀腔连通的安装腔,所述安装腔的上端开口处固定安装有上端盖,所述阀腔的下端开口处固定安装有下端盖;所述阀块的底部设有伸出下端盖的套杆,所述阀块内设有方形阀槽,所述阀块内沿垂直于方形阀槽的侧壁设有贯穿的第一阀孔和第二阀孔,所述第一阀孔和第二阀孔相互垂直;所述上端盖内沿套杆的轴向设有下端伸入安装腔内的调节杆,所述调节杆内转动连接有沿轴向设置的连接杆,所述阀体内在安装腔的连两侧设有与安装腔连通的安装槽;所述连接杆的下端伸出调节杆且转动连接有轴杆,所述轴杆与连接杆垂直;所述轴杆的两端分别位于两个安装槽内且均固定安装有阀盘,每个阀盘的外周侧壁沿圆周方向间隔均匀地设有三个阀板,所述阀板用于控制第一阀孔或第二阀孔的通断;所述套杆内螺纹连接有上端伸入安装腔内且与连接杆的下端连接的阀杆,所述阀杆用于带动连接杆上下运动;所述安装腔内设有用于连接调节杆和两个阀盘的传动组件,在调节杆转动时,通过传动组件带动两个阀盘同步转至其中一个阀板处于方形阀槽正上方的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平板闸阀,其特征在于,所述传动组件包括第一锥齿轮,所述第一锥齿轮固定安装在调节杆的下端,每个阀盘在朝向调节杆的端面均固定安装有与第一锥齿轮啮合的第二锥齿轮,所述第二锥齿轮与轴杆同轴设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的平板闸阀,其特征在于,所述连接杆的上端沿径向设有凸边,所述调节杆的上端位于凸边的下方,所述调节杆的下端通过第一锥齿轮抵在两个第二锥齿轮上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的平板闸阀,其特征在于,每个阀板上均固定安装有密封垫,在闸阀关闭时,所述密封垫压紧在第一阀孔或第二阀孔上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的平板闸阀,其特征在于,所述连接杆的下端设有T字形切槽,所述阀杆的上端设有位于T字形切槽内的T字形凸块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的平板闸阀,其特征在于,所述方形阀槽的内侧壁上在第一阀孔和第二阀孔处设有密封圈。
7.根据权利要求1所述的平板闸阀,其特征在于,所述调节杆的上端固定安装有第一手柄杆;所述套杆的下端固定安装有第二手柄杆,所述阀杆的下端固定安装有手轮。
