Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of functional foods, in particular to a composition and a beverage for regulating intestines and stomach and promoting appetite and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The nutrition is the material basis of the growth and development of children, and any food cannot completely meet the requirements of the growth and development of children. The eating behaviors and habits of children not only influence the growth and development of the children, but also are closely related to the health of adults and the occurrence of various diseases. The study on Wangfang and the like on the eating behaviors of 180 children proves that 53.3 percent of children have the behavior of food selection, and 39.4 percent of children have 1 to 3 kinds of food which are not eaten; food is often uninteresting and anorexia in 28.9% of children.
Anorexia occurs mainly in the pediatric population of 1-6 years of age. The disease is mainly manifested by anorexia and food consumption reduction, which further cause malnutrition and deficiency of vitamins and trace elements, seriously affect growth and development and possibly cause other diseases, such as anemia, rickets, hypoevolutism and the like, and the clinical application of the disease is very important.
The disease has more causes, and the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the spleen is often insufficient in the period of children, and in addition, the food is not self-regulated, choking, monophagia, snacks are eaten well, and the hunger and satiety are caused by untimely eating; most parents lack children-care knowledge, excessively favor infants, and are not restricted in diet, so that the spleen and stomach are disarmed and abnormal in reception, so that the appetite is poor and anorexia is formed for a long time. Food retention in the body can injure the spleen and stomach, and the infant is weak and can cause other diseases. When the spleen and stomach are damaged and the original qi cannot be nourished by food essence, the disease will be caused by the deficiency of spleen and stomach, which leads to anorexia and anorexia of the infant patients. If anorexia is not cured for a long time and nutrition is insufficient, diseases such as malnutrition, anemia and the like can be generated.
Food stagnation, also known as impaired food and food retention, is one of the common spleen diseases in pediatrics, and is characterized by indigestion, abdominal distension, indigestion, eructation with fetid odor and acid regurgitation, stool odor or constipation. The western medicine does not clearly indicate which disease the food belongs to, and the medical profession is inconsistent at present, and the literature has some symptoms such as indigestion in children, anorexia or functional dyspepsia. The western medicine mainly treats the disease from the following aspects: (1) actively treating primary diseases; (2) correcting the deficiency of trace elements, such as zinc deficiency, and orally taking zinc gluconate; (3) digestive aids, such as gastric enzyme cocktail or yeast; (4) gastric motility agents such as morpholine and the like; (5) hormonal therapy, prednisone, small doses of insulin, and the like. The treatment methods mainly aim at symptomatic treatment and symptom improvement, and can not fundamentally treat the problem of insufficient gastrointestinal motility of children patients.
In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.
