Claims (10)

1. A method of early warning, the method comprising:
acquiring data information of the external personnel on the day from an access base station corresponding to the area to be prevented and controlled;
searching whether the foreign personnel on the current day have the entry and exit data information from the entry and exit database through a crawler plug-in;
determining the to-be-prevented and controlled foreign personnel in the foreign personnel according to the search result;
respectively determining the epidemic prevention level of each foreign person to be prevented and controlled according to the data information or the entry and exit data information according to a preset rule;
and sending a corresponding prevention and control notice according to the epidemic prevention level.
2. The method of warning as recited in claim 1,
the data information includes: identity unique identification;
look for from the entry and exit database through crawler plug-in components whether entry and exit data information exists in the exotic personnel of this day, include:
acquiring an identity unique identification set according to the date of the current day;

and when the to-be-controlled person does not contain the base station location record of the preset number of days before the current day or the contained base station location record of the preset number of days before the current day is not matched with the entry and exit data information, for each to-be-controlled foreign person, matching the country name or the area name of the to-be-controlled foreign person from the country with a preset prevention and control level rule, and determining the prevention and control level of the foreign person.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the predetermined prevention level rule comprises a plurality of country names or region names, and a prevention level corresponding to each country name or region name.
5. The early warning method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring data information of the foreign person on the day from the access base station corresponding to the area to be prevented and controlled comprises:
obtaining the access information of the current day through the access base station corresponding to the area to be prevented and controlled;
carrying out data management on the access information to obtain data information of the external personnel on the day; wherein, the data governance comprises: and removing null data, false data and duplicate unique identification.
6. An early warning device comprising: a memory and a processor; the method is characterized in that:
the memory is used for storing programs for early warning;
the processor is used for reading and executing the program for early warning and executing the following operations:

determining the to-be-prevented and controlled foreign personnel in the foreign personnel according to the search result;
respectively determining the epidemic prevention level of each foreign person to be prevented and controlled according to the data information or the entry and exit data information according to a preset rule;
and sending a corresponding prevention and control notice according to the epidemic prevention level.
