Abstract

Method, device, computer storage medium and terminal for realizing information processing
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to, but not limited to, artificial intelligence technology, and more particularly, to a method, an apparatus, a computer storage medium, and a terminal for implementing information processing.
Background
With the cancellation of provincial stations for high-speed toll collection, the distribution volume of electronic toll collection systems (ETC) and on-board units (OBU) in China is increased dramatically.
In order to ensure the integrity and accuracy of each issued data of the ETC and OBU, the issued data of each user can be checked in the following way: the method comprises the following steps of identifying a driving license and a vehicle picture uploaded by a user by utilizing an Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, and obtaining the following steps: all persons, addresses, use properties, brand models, vehicle identification codes, the number of persons who are checked and rated, the certificate issuing date, the number plate number, the vehicle types and the like; comparing various checking information with input information filled by a user, when one or more checking information is inconsistent with the input information, taking the driving license and the vehicle picture uploaded by the user and the filled input information as issuing related data, forwarding the issuing related data to a preset server, and manually checking the data with inconsistent checking information and input information by related staff.
When the issued data is checked and the checking information is obtained through AI technology identification, a large amount of information identification errors occur due to the problem of identification precision, so that a large amount of checking misinformation that the checking information is inconsistent with the input information is caused, manual checking is required, the processing is complicated, and great working pressure is brought to related working personnel who charge at high speed. How to reduce the tedious processing caused by checking false alarm becomes a problem to be solved.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, a computer storage medium, and a terminal for implementing information processing, which can reduce manual processing amount and improve checking efficiency of issued data.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for realizing information processing, which comprises the following steps:
determining whether the check information inconsistent with the input information has an identification error according to a preset strategy;
and when the identification error exists in the check information inconsistent with the input information, judging that the check information is consistent with the input information.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the above method for implementing information processing.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Whether the words contained in all people are different from the word information of all people resources or not can be analyzed by means of the existing training model in the related technology.
In an exemplary embodiment, when the check information includes an address, the comparison information includes more than one piece of address information, and determining whether the check information has an identification error according to a comparison result includes: when the address is not matched with each address information, determining that the address has an identification error; here, the matching of the address and the address information includes one of the following cases: the address is identical to the address information; determining that the address and the address information are substantially the same through the existing text analysis method in the related technology; for example, the XYA field and the XY city a field, although there is no field "city" in XYA, it can be determined by a text analysis method that two addresses are actually the same.
In an exemplary embodiment, when the verification information includes the usage property, the comparison information includes more than one usage property classification information, and determining whether the verification information has an identification error according to the comparison result includes: determining that the use property has identification errors when the use property is different from all the use property classification information;

when the checking information comprises the certification date, determining the earliest issuing time of the vehicle with the brand model according to the brand model in the current issuing data; and when the certificate issuing date is earlier than the determined earliest issuing time, determining that the certificate issuing date has an identification error.

The embodiment of the invention analyzes the check information inconsistent with the input information to judge whether the check information is wrongly identified or not, and when the check information is judged to be wrongly identified, the check information is consistent with the input information, so that the issue related information judged to be consistent with the input information does not need to be manually processed, the data volume of the issue related information subjected to manual check is reduced, and the check efficiency of the issue data is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, when the check information inconsistent with the input information determines that there is no error in the recognition, the manual check may be continued with reference to an existing manner; including but not limited to: and transmitting the relevant data of the user corresponding to the checking information to a preset server for manual rechecking.
In an exemplary embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention may set a corresponding distinguishing identifier for each type of checking information; and when the verification information is determined to have no identification error, judging that the verification information is inconsistent with the input information, and feeding back a distinguishing identifier corresponding to the verification information. After the distinguishing mark is fed back, relevant workers can determine specific checking information inconsistent with the input information according to the distinguishing mark, and perform manual checking after the relevant data is consulted and issued through the determined specific checking information.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of implementing information processing according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the checking information includes: all people, addresses, use types, brand models, vehicle identification codes, the number of approved persons, the certificate issuing date, the number plate number and the vehicle type; the number plate number and the vehicle type are information obtained by carrying out image recognition on a vehicle picture; checking other information except the number plate number and the vehicle type, wherein the information is obtained by carrying out image recognition processing on the driving license; according to the embodiment of the invention, the checking information inconsistent with the input information can be respectively used for determining whether the identification error exists through different branches; after the judgment of whether the check information is consistent with the input information is finished according to whether the identification error exists or not, when the check information is still determined to be inconsistent with the input information, the embodiment of the invention feeds back the preset distinguishing identifier of the type of check information so as to carry out manual check
In an exemplary example, after determining that the identification of the check information is incorrect, the embodiment of the present invention may further obtain a driving license and/or a vehicle picture corresponding to the check information; analyzing and adjusting the device for shooting the map and the image recognition algorithm of the AI technology through the obtained driving license and/or the vehicle picture so as to improve the picture shooting quality and the recognition accuracy of the recognition algorithm; the method for improving the picture shooting quality and the recognition accuracy of the recognition algorithm can be implemented by referring to the existing methods in the related art, and is not described herein in detail.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored in the computer storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program realizes the method for realizing the information processing.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal, including: a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program; wherein,

checking that the information is the use property, and determining that the use property has identification errors when the use property does not belong to the pre-stored use property classification information;
the checking information comprises brand models, and when the brand models do not belong to pre-stored brand model classification information, the brand models are determined to have identification errors.
In an exemplary embodiment, the comparison information of the various kinds of check information may be a data set or a database for comparison; for example, the person name information may include a person name database existing in the related art; the address information may include an address database existing in the related art.

1. A method of implementing information processing, comprising:
