Abstract
The invention provides a storage mechanism for a billet dummy bar, which is used for a continuous casting machine and comprises: the device comprises a support beam, a swing rod, a tray and a power beam; the supporting beam is fixed on a frame of the continuous casting machine, and a connecting rod is hinged on the supporting beam; the middle part of the swing rod is hinged on the frame; one end of the tray is hinged with the upper end of the connecting rod, and the other end of the tray is hinged with the upper end of the swing rod; the power beam is fixed on a rack of the continuous casting machine, the power beam is provided with a telescopic device in a swinging mode, and the front end of the telescopic device is hinged with the lower end of the swing rod. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of metallurgical continuous casting equipment, and particularly relates to a storage mechanism and a storage method for a square billet dummy bar.
Background
In the production process of the multi-strand square billet and round billet continuous casting machine, flexible dummy bars are adopted according to the production process requirements. Before production begins, a dummy bar is placed on a roller way by a dummy bar collecting device, and the roller way is reversed to send the dummy bar to a crystallizer. In production, when the dummy bar is conveyed to a dummy bar collecting area from a roller way, the dummy bar must be conveyed away from a casting flow through a dummy bar collecting device, and a channel is reserved for casting blank production. The dummy ingot collecting device of square billet or round billet is mostly a four-bar mechanism, and the structural style is simple and practical. However, the storage position of the dummy bar collecting device which is used more at present is higher, so that great inconvenience is brought to the maintainers during cross-runner operation and accidental cutting, and the service life of the dummy bar collecting device is shortened due to the fact that the driving device is too close to the runner and is easily influenced by the high temperature of the casting flow in the runner.

The invention provides a storage mechanism for a billet dummy bar, which is used for a continuous casting machine and comprises:
the supporting beam is fixed on a rack of a continuous casting machine and is hinged with a connecting rod;
the middle part of the swing rod is hinged on the rack;
one end of the tray is hinged with the upper end of the connecting rod, and the other end of the tray is hinged with the upper end of the oscillating rod;
the power beam is fixed on the rack of the continuous casting machine, the power beam is provided with a telescopic device in a swinging mode, and the front end of the telescopic device is hinged with the lower end of the swing rod.

Optionally, a pair of hinged seats is arranged on the supporting beam, each hinged seat is hinged with a connecting rod, a cross rod is fixedly connected between the two connecting rods, and the upper ends of the two connecting rods are hinged on one side of the tray.

The telescopic device 7 is arranged between the lower end of the swing rod 4 and the power hinge seat 601, and can be far away from the tray 5 and the roller way 8, so that the damage of the tray and the roller way due to the high temperature of the casting flow is avoided.

On the basis of embodiment 6, the telescopic device 7 is a hydraulic cylinder, and the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder is hinged on the power hinge base 601.
